< Yaqup 1 >

1 Xudaning we Rebbimiz Eysa Mesihning quli bolghan menki Yaquptin tarqaq turuwatqan muhajir on ikki qebilige salam!
James, bondman of God and of [the] Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which [are] in the dispersion, greeting.
2 I qérindashlirim, herqandaq sinaqlargha duch kelsenglar, buni zor xushalliq dep bilinglar.
Count it all joy, my brethren, when ye fall into various temptations,
3 Chünki silerge melumki, bundaq étiqadinglarning sinilishi silerde sewr-chidamliq shekillendüridu;
knowing that the proving of your faith works endurance.
4 sewr-chidamliqning xisliti qelbinglarda turup shundaq piship yétilsunki, shuning bilen siler pishqan, mukemmel we kem-kutisiz bolisiler.
But let endurance have [its] perfect work, that ye may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
5 Biraq eger aranglardiki birsi danaliqqa mohtaj bolsa, hemmige séxiyliq bilen béridighan shundaqla eyiblimeydighan Xudadin tilisun. Shuning bilen uninggha choqum ata qilinidu.
But if any one of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all freely and reproaches not, and it shall be given to him:
6 Biraq u héch délighul bolmay ishench bilen tilisun; chünki délighul kishi xuddi shamalda urulup uyan-buyan yelpün’gen déngiz dolqunigha oxshaydu.
but let him ask in faith, nothing doubting. For he that doubts is like a wave of the sea driven by the wind and tossed about;
7 Undaq kishi Rebdin birer nersige érishimen, dep héch xiyal qilmisun;
for let not that man think that he shall receive anything from the Lord;
8 undaqlar üjme köngül bolup, barliq yollirida tutami yoq ademdur.
[he is] a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.
9 Namrat bolghan qérindash özining yuqirigha kötürülgenlikige tentene qilsun; bay bolghan qérindash bolsa, özining töwen qilin’ghanliqigha tentene qilsun, chünki u ot-chöplerning chéchekliridek tozup kétidu.
But let the brother of low degree glory in his elevation,
and the rich in his humiliation, because as [the] grass's flower he will pass away.
11 Quyash chiqip qizighanda, ot-chöplerni qurutidu, gülliri tozup kétidu-de, uning güzelliki yoqilidu; bay ademler xuddi shuninggha oxshash, öz helekchilikide yoqilidu.
For the sun has risen with its burning heat, and has withered the grass, and its flower has fallen, and the comeliness of its look has perished: thus the rich also shall wither in his goings.
12 Sinaqlargha [sewrchanliq bilen] berdashliq bergen kishi neqeder bextlik-he! Chünki u sinaqtin ötkendin kéyin, [Xuda] Özini söygenlerge wede qilghan hayat tajigha muyesser bolidu.
Blessed [is the] man who endures temptation; for, having been proved, he shall receive the crown of life, which He has promised to them that love him.
13 Adem azdurulushqa duch kelgende «Xuda méni azduruwatidu» démisun. Chünki Xuda yaman ishlar bilen azdurulushi mumkin emes hem bashqilarni azdurmaydu.
Let no man, being tempted, say, I am tempted of God. For God cannot be tempted by evil things, and himself tempts no one.
14 Belki birsi azdurulghanda, öz hewes-nepsi qozghilip, ularning keynige kirgen bolidu;
But every one is tempted, drawn away, and enticed by his own lust;
15 andin hewes-neps hamilidar bolup gunahni tughidu; gunah ösüp yétilip, ölümge élip baridu.
then lust, having conceived, gives birth to sin; but sin fully completed brings forth death.
16 Shunga söyümlük qérindashlirim, aldinip qalmanglar!
Do not err, my beloved brethren.
17 Barliq yüksek séxiyliq we herbir mukemmel iltipat yuqiridin, yeni [asmandiki] [barliq] yoruqluqlarning Atisidin chüshüp kélidu; Uningda héchqandaq özgirish bolmaydu yaki Uningda «aylinish» bilen hasil bolidighan kölenggilermu bolmaydu.
Every good gift and every perfect gift comes down from above, from the Father of lights, with whom is no variation nor shadow of turning.
18 U bizni [Özi yaratqan barliq] mewjudatlarning ichide Özige deslep pishqan méwidek bolsun dep, Öz iradisi boyiche bizni heqiqetning söz-kalami arqiliq tughdurdi.
According to his own will begat he us by the word of truth, that we should be a certain first-fruits of his creatures.
19 Shuning bilen, i söyümlük qérindashlirim, her adem anglashqa téz teyyar tursun, sözleshke aldirimisun, ghezeplinishke aldirmisun.
So that, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath;
20 Chünki insanning ghezipi Xudaning heqqaniyliqini élip kelmeydu.
for man's wrath does not work God's righteousness.
21 Shuning üchün, barliq iplasliqlarni we qininglargha patmaywatqan rezillikni tashlanglar, [qelbinglarda] yiltiz tartquzulghan, silerni qutquzalaydighan söz-kalamni kemterlik-möminlik bilen qobul qilinglar.
Wherefore, laying aside all filthiness and abounding of wickedness, accept with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.
22 Emma öz-özünglarni aldap peqet söz-kalamni anglighuchilardin bolmanglar, belki uni ijra qilghuchilardin bolunglar.
But be ye doers of [the] word and not hearers only, beguiling yourselves.
23 Chünki birsi söz-kalamni anglap qoyupla, uni ijra qilmisa, u xuddi eynekte özining eyni qiyapitige qarap qoyup, kétip qalghan kishige oxshaydu; chünki u öz turqigha qarap bolup, chiqipla, shu haman özining qandaq ikenlikini untuydu.
For if any man be a hearer of [the] word and not a doer, he is like to a man considering his natural face in a mirror:
for he has considered himself and is gone away, and straightway he has forgotten what he was like.
25 Lékin ashu kishilerni erkinlikke érishtüridighan mukemmel qanun’gha estayidilliq bilen dawamliq qarap, untughaq anglighuchi bolmay, belki uning ichide yashap ijra qilghuchi bolghan kishi ishlirida bextlik qilinidu.
But he that fixes his view on [the] perfect law, that of liberty, and abides in [it], being not a forgetful hearer but a doer of [the] work, he shall be blessed in his doing.
26 Birsi özini ixlasmen ademmen dep hésablighan, lékin tilini tizginlimigen bolsa, özini özi aldaydu; bundaq kishining ixlasmenliki bihudiliktur.
If any one think himself to be religious, not bridling his tongue, but deceiving his heart, this man's religion is vain.
27 Xuda’Atimizning neziridiki pak we daghsiz ixlasmenlik shuki, qiyinchiliqta qalghan yétim-yésir, tul xotunlarni yoqlap, ulargha ghemxorluq qilish we özini bu dunyaning bulghishidin daghsiz saqlashtur.
Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, to keep oneself unspotted from the world.
