< Qanun sherhi 23 >

1 Kimki soqulush yaki késilish tüpeylidin axta qiliwétilgen bolsa, Perwerdigarning jamaitige kirmisun.
No man with crushed or severed genitals may enter the assembly of the LORD.
2 Kimki haramdin tughulghan bolsa Perwerdigarning jamaitige kirelmes; oninchi ewladighiche mundaqlardin héchkim Perwerdigarning jamaitige kirmisun.
No one of illegitimate birth may enter the assembly of the LORD, nor may any of his descendants, even to the tenth generation.
3 Héchbir Ammoniy we ya héchbir Moabiy Perwerdigarning jamaitige kirmisun; oninchi ewladighiche ulardin héchkim Perwerdigarning jamaitige hergiz kirmisun.
No Ammonite or Moabite or any of their descendants may enter the assembly of the LORD, even to the tenth generation.
4 Seweb shuki, siler Misirdin chiqqininglarda ular aldinglargha yémeklik, su élip chiqmidi we silerge ziyankeshlik qilishqa silerni qarghisun dep, Aram-Naharaimdiki Pétorluq Béorning oghli Balaamni yallidi.
For they did not meet you with food and water on your way out of Egypt, and they hired Balaam son of Beor from Pethor in Aram-naharaim to curse you.
5 Lékin Perwerdigar Xudayinglar bolsa Balaamning sözini anglimay, belki siler üchün qarghishni beriketke aylanduruwetti; chünki Perwerdigar Xudayinglar silerge muhebbet baghlighan.
Yet the LORD your God would not listen to Balaam, and the LORD your God turned the curse into a blessing for you, because the LORD your God loves you.
6 Siler hemme künliringlarda [Ammoniylar we Moabiylar]ning aman-ésenliki we bextini hergiz istimenglar.
You are not to seek peace or prosperity from them as long as you live.
7 Lékin Édomiylar qérindishinglar bolghach, ulargha nepret bilen qarimanglar. Misirliqlarghimu nepret bilen qarimanglar, chünki siler ularning zéminida musapir bolup turghanidinglar.
Do not despise an Edomite, for he is your brother. Do not despise an Egyptian, because you lived as a foreigner in his land.
8 Bularning üchinchi ewladidin tughulghan balilar Perwerdigarning ibadet jamaitige kirse bolidu.
The third generation of children born to them may enter the assembly of the LORD.
9 Düshmenliringge qarshi jengge chiqip chédir tikseng, herxil napakliqtin éhtiyat qilghin.
When you are encamped against your enemies, then you shall keep yourself from every wicked thing.
10 Eger aranglarda kéchisi birsi chüshide Sheytan atlap napak bolghan bolsa, u chédirgahdin chiqip ketsun; chédirgahqa udulla kirmisun;
If any man among you becomes unclean because of a nocturnal emission, he must leave the camp and stay outside.
11 kechqurun kirgende u sugha chüshüp, kün patqanda chédirgahgha yénip kirsun.
When evening approaches, he must wash with water, and when the sun sets he may return to the camp.
12 [Hajitinglar] üchün chédirgahning sirtida bir jayinglar bolsun; teretke shu yerge béringlar.
You must have a place outside the camp to go and relieve yourself.
13 Saymanliring ichide bir gürjek bolsun; sen sirtta teretke oltursang, uning bilen örek kolap teritingni kömüwet.
And you must have a digging tool in your equipment so that when you relieve yourself you can dig a hole and cover up your excrement.
14 Chünki Perwerdigar Xudaying séni qutquzushqa, düshmenliringni aldinglargha tapshurushqa chédirgahing otturisida yüridu; shunga séning chédirgahing pak bolsun. Bolmisa U séningkide birer paskiniliq körse sendin ayrilip kétishi mumkin.
For the LORD your God walks throughout your camp to protect you and deliver your enemies to you. Your camp must be holy, lest He see anything unclean among you and turn away from you.
15 Öz xojisidin qéchip yéninggha kelgen qulni öz xojisigha tutup bermigin.
Do not return a slave to his master if he has taken refuge with you.
16 U aranglarda siler bilen bille turup, qaysi sheherning derwazisi ichide qaysi yerni tallisa, shu yerde tursun. Siler uninggha zulum qilmanglar.
Let him live among you wherever he chooses, in the town of his pleasing. Do not oppress him.
17 Israilning qizlirining arisida héchbir pahishe bolmisun, Israilning oghullirining arisida héchbir pahishe hezilek bolmisun.
No daughter or son of Israel is to be a shrine prostitute.
18 Bir qesemni beja keltürmek üchün Perwerdigar Xudayinglarning öyige pahishining pulini yaki hezilekning pulini keltürmigin; chünki bu ikkisi Perwerdigar Xudayingning aldida yirginchliktur.
You must not bring the wages of a prostitute, whether female or male, into the house of the LORD your God to fulfill any vow, because both are detestable to the LORD your God.
19 Siler öz qérindishinglardin ösüm almanglar; pulning ösümi bolsun, ashliqning ösümi bolsun yaki herqandaq ösüm alghudek bashqa nersining ösümini alsanglar bolmaydu.
Do not charge your brother interest on money, food, or any other type of loan.
20 Emma chetelliktin ösüm alsanglar bolidu, lékin qérindishinglardin héch ösüm almanglar. Shundaq qilsanglar Perwerdigar Xudayinglar siler uni igileshke kiridighan zéminda, qolliringlarning barliq emgikide silerge beriket béridu.
You may charge a foreigner interest, but not your brother, so that the LORD your God may bless you in everything to which you put your hand in the land that you are entering to possess.
21 Sen Perwerdigar Xudaying aldida bir nersini atashqa qesem qilghan bolsang, uninggha emel qilishqa hayal qilma. Bolmisa, Perwerdigar Xudaying uni sendin telep qilghinida gunahkar bolisen.
If you make a vow to the LORD your God, do not be slow to keep it, because He will surely require it of you, and you will be guilty of sin.
22 Lékin eger sen bir nersini atashqa qesem qilmisang, u sanga héch gunah bolmaydu.
But if you refrain from making a vow, you will not be guilty of sin.
23 Aghzingdin chiqqan’gha emel qilghin; Perwerdigar Xudayinggha qesem qilip atighiningni, yeni aghzingning sözi boyiche ixtiyariy hediyengni sunushung kérek.
Be careful to follow through on what comes from your lips, because you have freely vowed to the LORD your God with your own mouth.
24 Sen qoshnangning talliqigha kirseng xalighiningche yep toyun, emma qacha-quchanggha élip mangmighin.
When you enter your neighbor’s vineyard, you may eat your fill of grapes, but you must not put any in your basket.
25 Qoshnangning pishqan ziraetlikige kirseng, qolung bilen ziraetning béshini üzüp alsang bolidu; emma qoshnangning ziraetlirige orghaq salghuchi bolma.
When you enter your neighbor’s grainfield, you may pluck the heads of grain with your hand, but you must not put a sickle to your neighbor’s grain.
