< Rosullarning paaliyetliri 7 >
1 Bash kahin Istipandin: — Bularning éytqanliri rastmu? — dep soridi.
Then the high priest asked Stephen, “Are these charges true?”
2 Istipan mundaq jawab berdi: — Qérindashlar we ata-bowilar, sözümge qulaq sélinglar! Atimiz Ibrahim téxi Mésopotamiye rayonida turuwatqanda, yeni Haran shehirige köchüp makanlishishtin ilgiri, shan-sherepning Igisi Xuda uninggha ayan bolup:
And Stephen declared: “Brothers and fathers, listen to me! The God of glory appeared to our father Abraham while he was still in Mesopotamia, before he lived in Haran,
3 «Sen öz yurtung we uruq-jemetingdin ayrilip chiqip, Men sanga körsitidighan zémin’gha barghin» dégenidi.
and told him, ‘Leave your country and your kindred and go to the land I will show you.’
4 Buning bilen u Kaldiylerning zéminini tashlap, Haran shehirige bérip olturaqlashti. Atisi ölgendin kéyin, Xuda uni bu zémin’gha, yeni siler hazir turuwatqan zémin’gha yötkep keldi.
So Abraham left the land of the Chaldeans and settled in Haran. After his father died, God brought him out of that place and into this land where you are now living.
5 U waqitta, [Xuda] uninggha bu zémindin miras bermidi, hetta uningqa tewe put qoyghudekmu bir yer bermigenidi. Gerche u téxiche perzent körmigen bolsimu, [Xuda] bu zéminni uninggha we uning neslige igiliki bolush üchün bérishke wede qildi.
He gave him no inheritance here, not even a foot of ground. But God promised to give possession of the land to Abraham and his descendants, even though he did not yet have a child.
6 Andin Xuda uninggha mundaq dédi: «Séning nesilliring yaqa yurtta musapir bolup turidu, shu yurttikiler ularni qul qilip töt yüz yil xorlaydu.
God told him that his descendants would be foreigners in a strange land, and that they would be enslaved and mistreated four hundred years.
7 Biraq ularni qulluqqa salghan elni jazalaymen», dédi Xuda, «we uningdin kéyin, [nesilliring] u yerdin chiqip, bu yerde Méning ibadet-xizmitimde bolidu».
‘But I will punish the nation that enslaves them,’ God said, ‘and afterward they will come forth and worship Me in this place.’
8 Kéyin Xuda Ibrahim bilen belgisi xetne bolghan ehdini tüzgen, shuning bilen Ishaq uningdin töreldi; [Ibrahim] uni sekkizinchi küni xetne qildi; shundaq qilip Ishaqtin Yaqup [töreldi], Yaquptin on ikki «qebile atisi» [töreldi].
Then God gave Abraham the covenant of circumcision, and Abraham became the father of Isaac and circumcised him on the eighth day. And Isaac became the father of Jacob, and Jacob of the twelve patriarchs.
9 Kéyin, «qebile atiliri» inisi Yüsüpke heset qilip, uni Misirgha qulluqqa sétiwetti. Lékin Xuda uning bilen bille bolup,
Because the patriarchs were jealous of Joseph, they sold him as a slave into Egypt. But God was with him
10 uni barliq jebir-japalardin qutquzup, uni Misir padishahi Pirewnning neziride iltipatqa ige qilip, uninggha danishmenlik ata qildi. Padishah uni Misirgha bash wezir, ordisigha bash ghojidar qildi.
and rescued him from all his troubles. He granted Joseph favor and wisdom in the sight of Pharaoh king of Egypt, who appointed him ruler over Egypt and all his household.
11 Kéyin, éghir acharchiliq pütkül Misir we Qanaan yerlirini bésip, zor qiyinchiliq boldi. Ata-bowilirimiz ozuq-tülük tapalmidi.
Then famine and great suffering swept across Egypt and Canaan, and our fathers could not find food.
12 Yaqup emdi Misirda ashliq barliqini anglighan bolup, [oghullirini], yeni ata-bowilirimizni u yerge birinchi qétim ewetti.
When Jacob heard that there was grain in Egypt, he sent our fathers on their first visit.
13 Ikkinchi qétim barghanda, Yüsüp akilirigha özini ashkarilidi. Shuning bilen Yüsüpning jemetidikiler Pirewn padishahqa melum boldi.
On their second visit, Joseph revealed his identity to his brothers, and his family became known to Pharaoh.
14 Andin Yüsüp atisi Yaqupning aldigha xewer yetküzüp, uni pütün aile-jemeti bilen, jemiy yetmish besh kishini Misirgha özige chaqirdi.
Then Joseph sent for his father Jacob and all his relatives, seventy-five in all.
15 Shuning bilen Yaqup Misirgha chüshti we shu yerde öldi; kéyin [uningdin bolghan] ata-bowilirimizmu shu yerde öldi.
So Jacob went down to Egypt, where he and our fathers died.
16 Ularning jesetliri kéyin Shekem shehirige qayturulup, Ibrahim burun Hamorning oghulliridin melum pulgha sétiwalghan, Shekemdiki bir yerlikke qoyuldi.
Their bones were carried back to Shechem and placed in the tomb that Abraham had bought from the sons of Hamor at Shechem for a price he paid in silver.
17 Lékin Xuda Ibrahimgha esli qilghan wedining waqti yéqinlashqanda, Misirda turuwatqan [Israil] xelqining nopusi xéli köpeygenidi.
As the time drew near for God to fulfill His promise to Abraham, our people in Egypt increased greatly in number.
18 U waqitta, Yüsüptin xewiri bolmighan yéngi bir padishah Misirda textke chiqti.
Then another king, who knew nothing of Joseph, arose over Egypt.
19 Bu padishah qowmimizgha hiyle-mikirler bilen muamile qilip, ata-bowilirimizni ézip xorlidi, hetta ularni öz bowaqlirini hayat qaldurmasliqi üchün tashliwétishke mejbur qildi.
He exploited our people and oppressed our fathers, forcing them to abandon their infants so they would die.
20 Musa mana shu chaghlarda tughulghanidi. U Xudaning aldida alahide yéqimliq bala bolup, atisining öyide üch ay béqildi.
At that time Moses was born, and he was beautiful in the sight of God. For three months he was nurtured in his father’s house.
21 Kéyin u sirtqa qoyup qoyulghanda, Pirewnning qizi uni [sudin] élip, öz oghli qilip chong qildi.
When he was set outside, Pharaoh’s daughter took him and brought him up as her own son.
22 Musa Misirliqlarning barliq bilim-hékmiti bilen terbiyilinip, sözde we emelde intayin qabiliyetlik adem bolup chiqti.
So Moses was educated in all the wisdom of the Egyptians and was powerful in speech and action.
23 Lékin uning tughulghinigha qiriq yil toshqanda, öz qérindashliri bolghan Israillarning haligha yétish niyitige keldi.
When Moses was forty years old, he decided to visit his brothers, the children of Israel.
24 U ulardin birining uwal qilinip bozek qiliniwatqanliqini körüp, uni qoghdap, xarlan’ghan kishi üchün intiqam élip xarlighuchi Misirliqni öltürdi.
And when he saw one of them being mistreated, Moses went to his defense and avenged him by striking down the Egyptian who was oppressing him.
25 Chünki u öz qérindashlirini: — Xuda méning qolum arqiliq bizge qutquzush yolini achqan dep chüshinidighu, dep oylighanidi. Lékin ular buni chüshenmidi.
He assumed his brothers would understand that God was using him to deliver them, but they did not.
26 Etisi, Musa ularning arisidiki bir urush-jédelni körüp, arisigha kirip yarashturmaqchi bolup: Siler qérindash turup, némishqa bir-biringlargha yolsizliq qiliwatisiler? — dédi.
The next day he came upon two Israelites who were fighting, and he tried to reconcile them, saying, ‘Men, you are brothers. Why are you mistreating each other?’
27 Biraq qérindishini yolsiz bozek qilghan kishi uni chetke ittiriwétip: — Kim séni bizge bash hem soraqchi bolsun deptu?!
But the man who was abusing his neighbor pushed Moses aside and said, ‘Who made you ruler and judge over us?
28 Ménimu tünügünki Misirliqni öltürgendek öltürmekchimusen? — dédi.
Do you want to kill me as you killed the Egyptian yesterday?’
29 Musa bu sözni anglap qorqup, Misirdin qéchip Midiyan zéminigha bérip, u yerde musapir bolup turup qaldi. U shu yerde ikki oghul perzent kördi.
At this remark, Moses fled to the land of Midian, where he lived as a foreigner and had two sons.
30 Qiriq yil toshqandin kéyin, Sinay téghining yénidiki chölde, köyüwatqan bir chatqalliqning ot yalqunida bir perishte uninggha köründi.
After forty years had passed, an angel appeared to Moses in the flames of a burning bush in the desert near Mount Sinai.
31 Bu ghayibane körünüshni körgen Musa uninggha intayin heyran bolup qaldi; buning qandaq ish ikenlikini biley dep yéqinraq barghanda Perwerdigarning awazi anglinip:
When Moses saw it, he marveled at the sight. As he approached to look more closely, the voice of the Lord came to him:
32 «Men séning ata-bowiliringning Xudasi, yeni Ibrahim, Ishaq we Yaqupning Xudasidurmen» dédi. Musa qorqunchta titrep, qarashqimu jür’et qilalmidi.
‘I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.’ Moses trembled with fear and did not dare to look.
33 Perwerdigar uninggha yene: — Ayighingni séliwet; chünki sen turuwatqan yer muqeddestur.
Then the Lord said to him, ‘Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground.
34 Men derheqiqet Misirda turuwatqan xelqimning xarliniwatqanliqini kördüm, ularning nale-peryadlirini anglidim. Shunga men ularni élip chiqqili chüshtüm. Emdi barghin, men séni Misirgha ewetey!» dédi.
I have indeed seen the oppression of My people in Egypt. I have heard their groaning and have come down to deliver them. Now come, I will send you back to Egypt.’
35 Mana héliqi kishiler: «Kim séni bizge bash hem soraqchi bolsun deptu!?» dep ret qilghan del mushu Musani, Xuda uninggha chatqalliqta körün’gen perishtining qoli bilen Israillargha hem bash hem qutquzghuchi bolushqa ewetti.
This Moses, whom they had rejected with the words, ‘Who made you ruler and judge?’ is the one whom God sent to be their ruler and redeemer through the angel who appeared to him in the bush.
36 Ene shu Musa xelqqe yétekchilik qilip, ularni [Misirdin] chiqardi hemde Misir zéminida, Qizil déngizning boyida we qiriq yilni ötküzgen chölde karametlerni we möjizilik alametlerni körsetti.
He led them out and performed wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, at the Red Sea, and for forty years in the wilderness.
37 Ene shu Musa özi Israillargha: «Xuda qérindashliringlar arisidin manga oxshash bir peyghemberni tikleydu» dégenidi.
This is the same Moses who told the Israelites, ‘God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your brothers.’
38 Chöl-bayawandiki jamaetke hemrah bolghan, Sinay téghida özige söz qilghan perishte bilen bille bolghan, ata-bowilirimiz bilen bille bolghan hemrah del ene shu idi; hayatliq bexsh yetküzidighan wehiylerni bizge yetküzüsh üchün qobul qilghuchi bolghan del ene shu idi;
He was in the assembly in the wilderness with the angel who spoke to him on Mount Sinai, and with our fathers. And he received living words to pass on to us.
39 shundaq bolsimu, ata-bowilirimiz uninggha itaet qilishni xalimay, uni chetke qéqip, könglide Misirgha qaytishni arzu qildi;
But our fathers refused to obey him. Instead, they rejected him and in their hearts turned back to Egypt.
40 shunga ular Harun’gha: — «Bizge yol bashlaydighan ilahlarni yasap bergin! Chünki bizni Misir zéminidin élip chiqqan héliqi Musaning néme bolup ketkenlikini bilelmiduq» dédi.
They said to Aaron, ‘Make us gods who will go before us! As for this Moses who led us out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has happened to him.’
41 Shuning bilen shu künlerde ular mozay sheklide bir but yasap, bu mebudqa atap qurbanliq sundi. Shundaq qilip ular öz qolliri bilen yasighan bir nersini xushal-xuramliq bilen tebrikleshke kirishti.
At that time they made a calf and offered a sacrifice to the idol, rejoicing in the works of their hands.
42 Lékin Xuda ulardin yüzini örüp, ularni asmandiki yultuz qoshunlirigha choqunushqa qoyup berdi. Shuning bilen peyghemberlerning muqeddes yazmisida pütülgedek, [Xuda ularni mundaq eyiblidi]: — «Siler chöl-bayawanda bolghan qiriq yil jeryanida qilghan qurbanliq-hediyelerni heqiqeten Manga élip kelgenmusiler, i Israil jemeti?
But God turned away from them and gave them over to the worship of the host of heaven, as it is written in the book of the prophets: ‘Did you bring Me sacrifices and offerings forty years in the wilderness, O house of Israel?
43 Berheq, siler choqunush üchün yasighan mebudlar, yeni «Moloq»ning chédiri hem butung bolghan «Remfan»ning yultuz belgisini kötürüp mangdinglar; emdi Men silerni esir qilip Babildin yiraqqa sürgün qildurimen».
You have taken along the tabernacle of Molech and the star of your god Rephan, the idols you made to worship. Therefore I will send you into exile beyond Babylon.’
44 Ata-bowilirimiz chöldin kezgen waqtida, «höküm-guwahliq» chédiri ularning otturisida tiklen’genidi; u del Musagha söz-kalam Yetküzgüchining buyrughinidek, körsitilgen örnek boyiche yasalghanidi.
Our fathers had the tabernacle of the Testimony with them in the wilderness. It was constructed exactly as God had directed Moses, according to the pattern he had seen.
45 Shu ibadet chédirini ata-bowilirimiz ilgiridikilerdinmu igidarchiliqigha tapshurup, Yeshuaning yétekchilikide, Xuda ularning aldidila qoghlighan ellerning zéminlirini bésiwalghinida, uni bu yerge élip kelgen; chédir shundaqla [padishah] Dawutning zamanighiche turghan.
And our fathers who received it brought it in with Joshua when they dispossessed the nations God drove out before them. It remained until the time of David,
46 Dawut Xudaning shapaitige ériship, Yaqupning Xudasi üchün bir muqim makan sélishqa ijazet sorighan.
who found favor in the sight of God and asked to provide a dwelling place for the God of Jacob.
47 Biraq kéyin, [Xuda] üchün ibadetxana salghan [Dawut emes], emeliyette Sulayman boldi.
But it was Solomon who built the house for Him.
48 Halbuki, Hemmidin Aliy Bolghuchi insanning qolliri bilen yasighan makanlarda turmaydu; xuddi peyghember mundaq déginidek: —
However, the Most High does not dwell in houses made by human hands. As the prophet says:
49 «Asmanlar Méning textim, Zémin bolsa ayaghlirimgha textiperdur, Emdi Manga qandaq öy-imaret yasimaqchisiler? Manga qandaq yer aramgah bolalaydu?
‘Heaven is My throne and the earth is My footstool. What kind of house will you build for Me, says the Lord, or where will My place of repose be?
50 Bularning hemmisini Méning qolum yaratqan emesmidi?»
Has not My hand made all these things?’
51 — Ey, boyni qattiq, yüriki we quliqi xetnisiz bolghanlar! Siler Muqeddes Roh bilen daim qarshilishisiler; siler ata-bowiliringlar néme qilghan bolsa, shuni oxshash qiliwatisiler!
You stiff-necked people with uncircumcised hearts and ears! You always resist the Holy Spirit, just as your fathers did.
52 Peyghemberlerdin zadi qaysisigha ata-bowiliringlar ziyankeshlik qilip baqmighan? Shundaq qilip ular «Heqqaniy Bolghuchi»ning kélidighanliqini aldin jakarlighuchilarni öltürüshken. Emdi u özi hazir kelgende, siler uninggha satqunluq qilghuchi we qatil bolup chiqtinglar,
Which of the prophets did your fathers fail to persecute? They even killed those who foretold the coming of the Righteous One. And now you are His betrayers and murderers—
53 I siler Tewrat qanunini perishtilerning emri-tapilighanliri bilen tapshuruwélip turup, uninggha emel qilmighuchilar!»
you who received the law ordained by angels, yet have not kept it.”
54 [Istipanning] bu sözlirini anglighan [aliy kéngeshmidikiler] yürikige [xenjer] sanjilghandek bolup, uninggha chishlirini ghuchurlatti.
On hearing this, the members of the Sanhedrin were enraged, and they gnashed their teeth at him.
55 Lékin u bolsa Muqeddes Rohqa tolghan, közlirini kökke tikip, Xudaning julasini, shundaqla uning ong yénida Eysaning turghanliqini körüp,
But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, looked intently into heaven and saw the glory of God and Jesus standing at the right hand of God.
56 — Qaranglar! Asmanlar échilip, Insan’oghlining Xudaning ong yénida turghanliqini körüwatimen! — dédi.
“Look,” he said, “I see heaven open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.”
57 Ular buninggha qulaqlirini qolliri bilen étiwélip, awazini qattiq kötürüp warqiriship birlikte uninggha yopurulup kéliwidi,
At this they covered their ears, cried out in a loud voice, and rushed together at him.
58 uni sheherning sirtigha ittirip chiqirip, chalma-kések qilishqa bashlidi. [Uni erz qilghan] guwahchilar [uni chalma-kések qilishtin awwal] chapanlirini Saul isimlik bir yashning puti aldida qoyup qoyushti.
They dragged him out of the city and began to stone him. Meanwhile the witnesses laid their garments at the feet of a young man named Saul.
59 Ular Istipanni chalma-kések qilghinida u: — I Reb Eysa, méning rohimni qobul qilghaysen! — dep nida qildi.
While they were stoning him, Stephen appealed, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.”
60 Andin u tizlinip turup qattiq awaz bilen: — I Reb, bu gunahning hésabini ulardin almighaysen, — dédi. U bu sözni qilip bolupla jan üzüp uxlap ketti.
Falling on his knees, he cried out in a loud voice, “Lord, do not hold this sin against them.” And when he had said this, he fell asleep.
