1 Bizning Italiyege déngiz yoli bilen bérishimiz qarar qilin’ghandin kéyin, emeldarlar Pawlus bilen bashqa birnechche mehbusni «Awghustus qismi»diki Yuliyus isimlik bir yüzbéshigha tapshurdi.
And when it was determined that we should sail into Italy, they delivered Paul and certain other prisoners to [one] named Julius, a centurion of Augustus' band.
2 Biz Adramittiumning bir kémisige chiqtuq. Kéme Asiya ölkisining déngiz boyliridiki sheherlerge baratti. Tésalonika shehiridin bolghan Makédoniyelik, Aristarxus isimlik bir kishi biz bilen hemseper boldi.
And entering into a ship of Adramyttium, we lanched, meaning to sail by the coasts of Asia, [one] Aristarchus, a Macedonian of Thessalonica, being with us.
3 Etisi biz Zidon shehirige yétip kelduq. Yuliyus Pawlusqa kengchilik qilip, shu yerdiki dost-buraderlirining yénigha bérip ularning ghemxorliqini qobul qilishigha ruxset qildi.
And the next [day] we touched at Sidon. And Julius courteously treated Paul, and gave [him] liberty to go to his friends to refresh himself.
4 Biz u yerdin yene déngizgha chiqtuq. Shamallar qérishqandek qarshi teripimizdin chiqqanliqi üchün, Siprus arilining shamalgha dalda teripi bilen mangduq.
And when we had lanched from thence, we sailed under Cyprus, because the winds were contrary.
5 Kilikiye we Pamfiliye ölkilirining udulidiki déngizdin ötüp, Likiye ölkisidiki Mira shehirige kelduq.
And when we had sailed over the sea of Cilicia and Pamphylia, we came to Mira, [a city] of Lycia.
6 Shu yerde yüzbéshi Iskenderiye shehiridiki Italiyege baridighan bashqa bir kémini tépip, bizni uninggha chiqirip qoydi.
And there the centurion found a ship of Alexandria sailing into Italy; and he put us therein.
7 Déngizda köp künler nahayiti asta méngip, teslikte Kinidos shehirining uduligha kelduq. Shamal mingish yönilishimizni tosughachqa, Krét arilining shamaldin dalda teripi bilen méngip, Salmoniy [yérim arili]din ötüp,
And when we had sailed slowly many days, and scarce had come over against Cnidus, the wind not suffering us, we sailed under Crete, over against Salmone:
8 déngizda teslikte ilgirilep qirghaqni boylap, Laséya shehirige yéqin bolghan «Güzel aramgah» dep atilidighan bir yerge kelduq.
And hardly passing it, came to a place which is called, The fair havens; nigh to which was the city [of] Lasea.
9 Seper bilen xéli waqitlar ötüp, roza küni alliqachan ötken bolghachqa, déngizda seper qilish xeterlik idi. Shunga Pawlus köpchilikke nesihet qilip:
Now when much time was spent, and when sailing was now dangerous, because the fast was now already past, Paul admonished [them].
10 — Buraderler, bu seperning balayi’apet we éghir ziyan bilen tügeydighanliqini körüwatimen; mal we kémidin mehrum bolupla qalmay, seper öz jénimizghimu zamin bolidu! — dep agahlandurdi.
And said to them, Sirs, I perceive that this voyage will be with hurt and much damage, not only of the lading and ship, but also of our lives.
11 Biraq yüzbéshi bolsa Pawlusning sözige ishenmey, kéme bashliqi bilen kéme igisining sözige ishendi.
Nevertheless, the centurion believed the master and the owner of the ship more than the things which were spoken by Paul.
12 Uning üstige, bu portmu qishlashqa muwapiq jay bolmighachqa, köpchilik yene déngizgha chiqip, mumkinqeder Féniks shehirige yétip bérip, shu yerde qishlashni quwwetlidi. Féniks bolsa Krét arilidiki bir déngiz porti bolup, bir teripi gherbiy jenubqa we bir teripi gherbiy shimalgha qaraytti.
And because the haven was not commodious to winter in, the greater part advised to depart thence also, if by any means they might attain to Phenice, [and there] to winter; [which is] a haven of Crete, and lieth towards the south-west and north-west.
13 Jenubtin meyin shamal chiqiwatatti, köpchilik nishanimizgha yétidighan bolduq dep, lenggerni éliwétip, kémini Krét arilining qirghiqini boylap heydep mangdi.
And when the south wind blew softly, supposing that they had obtained [their] purpose, loosing [thence], they sailed close by Crete.
14 Lékin uzun ötmey, araldin qattiq «sherqiy shimaldin kelgüchi» dep atilidighan esheddiy qara boran chiqip ketti.
But not long after there arose against it a tempestuous wind, called Euroclydon.
15 Kéme buranning qamalliqida qalghachqa, uni shamalgha yüzlendürelmey, boranning meyliche méngishigha qoyup berduq.
And when the ship was caught, and could not bear up into the wind, we let [her] drive.
16 Klawda dégen kichik bir aralning shamalgha dalda teripige ötüwélip, qolwaqni kémige chiqiriwélip, aranla uni saqlap qalaliduq. Andin kémichiler kémini arghamchilar bilen sirtidin orap baghliwaldi. Kémining Sirtis dep atalghan déngiz astidiki tash-qum döwilirige qéqilip pétip qélishidin qorqup, tormuz lenggerlirini chüshürüp, kémini shamalning heydishige qoyup berdi.
And running under a certain isle which is called Clauda, we had much work to come by the boat:
Which when they had taken up, they used helps, undergirding the ship; and fearing lest they should fall into the quicksands, struck sail, and so were driven.
18 Boran üstimizge shiddetlik soqqachqa, etisi malni déngizgha tashlashqa bashlidi.
And we being exceedingly tossed with a tempest, the next [day] they lightened the ship;
19 Üchinchi künide ular öz qolliri bilen kémidiki qoral-jabduqlirini déngizgha tashliwetti.
And the third [day] we cast out with our own hands the tackling of the ship.
20 Köp künlergiche ya kün ya yultuzlar körünmey, boran-chapqun yenila shiddetlik üstimizge toxtimay soquwergechke, axirda qutulup qélish ümidimizmu yoqqa chiqqanidi.
And when neither sun nor stars in many days appeared, and no small tempest lay on [us], all hope that we should be saved was then taken away.
21 Kémidikiler birnerse yémiginige köp künler bolghandin kéyin, Pawlus ularning arisida turup: — Buraderler, siler baldurla méning gépimge qulaq sélip Kréttin déngizgha chiqmasliqinglar kérek idi. Shundaq qilghan bolsanglar bu balayi’apet we ziyan-zexmetlerge uchrimighan bolattinglar.
But after long abstinence, Paul stood forth in the midst of them, and said, Sirs, ye should have hearkened to me, and not have loosed from Crete, and to have gained this harm and loss.
22 Lékin emdi silerni gheyretlik bolushqa dewet qilimen. Chünki aranglarda héchqaysinglar jénidin ayrilghini yoq, peqet kémidinla mehrum qalisiler.
And now I exhort you to be of good cheer: for there shall be no loss of life among you, but of the ship.

For there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and whom I serve,
24 manga: «Pawlus, qorqma! Sen Qeyserning aldigha bérip turushung kérek; we mana, Xuda shapaet qilip sen bilen bille seper qilghanlarning hemmisining jénini tiliginingni sanga ijabet qildi!» dédi.
Saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Cesar: and lo, God hath given thee all them that sail with thee.
25 Shuning üchün ey ependiler, gheyretlik bolunglar; chünki Xudagha ishinimenki, manga qandaq éytilghan bolsa shundaq emelge ashurulidu.
Wherefore, sirs, be of good cheer: for I believe God, that it will be even as it was told to me.
26 Biraq biz melum aralning qirghiqigha urulup kétishimiz muqerrer bolidu.
But we must be cast upon a certain isle.
27 Sepirimizning on tötinchi küni kéchisi, kéme Adriatik déngizida leylep yürüwatqan bolup, tün nispide, kémichiler quruqluqqa yéqinlap qéliptuq, dep oylidi.
When the fourteenth night was come, as we were driven up and down in Adria, about midnight the shipmen suspected that they drew near to some country:
28 Ular chongqurluqni ölchesh arghamchisini déngizgha chüshürüp, suning chongqurluqini ölchep körgenidi, yigirme ghulach chiqti. Sel aldigha méngip yene ölchiwidi, on besh ghulach chiqti.
And sounded, and found [it] twenty fathoms: and when they had gone a little further, they sounded again, and found [it] fifteen fathoms.
29 Ular kémining xada tashlargha urulup kétishidin qorqup, kémining keynidin töt lenggerni tashliwétip, tang étishni telmürüp kütüp turdi.
Then fearing lest we should fall upon rocks, they cast four anchors out of the stern, and wished for the day.
30 Lékin kémichiler kémidin qachmaqchi bolup kémining béshidinmu lenggerni élip tashliwéteyli dep bahane körsitip, qolwaqni déngizgha chüshürdi.
And as the shipmen were about to flee out of the ship, when they had let down the boat into the sea, under color as though they would cast anchors out of the foreship,
31 Pawlus yüzbéshi we leshkerlerge: — Bu [kémichiler] kémide qalmisa, siler qutulalmaysiler! — dédi.
Paul said to the centurion, and to the soldiers, Except these abide in the ship, ye cannot be saved.
32 Buning bilen leshkerler kémidiki qolwaqning arghamchilirini késip, uni leylitip qoydi.
Then the soldiers cut off the ropes of the boat, and let her fall off.
33 Tang atay dégende, Pawlus hemmeylenni bir’az ghizaliniwélishqa dewet qildi. U: — Silerning dekke-dükke ichide héchnéme yémey turghininglargha on töt kün boldi.
And while the day was coming on, Paul besought [them] all to take food, saying, This day is the fourteenth day that ye have tarried, and continued fasting, having taken nothing.
34 Emdi bir’az ghizalinishinglarni ötünimen. Chünki hayat qélishinglar üchün mushundaq qilishqa toghra kélidu; chünki héchqaysinglarning béshidiki bir tal moymu ziyan’gha uchrimaydu! — dédi.
Wherefore I pray you to take [some] food; for this is for your health: for there shall not a hair fall from the head of any of you.
35 Bu sözni qilip bolup, u qoligha bir parche nanni élip, köpchilikning aldida Xudagha teshekkür éytip oshtup yédi.
And when he had thus spoken, he took bread, and gave thanks to God in presence of them all; and when he had broken [it], he began to eat.
36 Shuning bilen hemmeylen gheyretlinip ghizalinishqa bashlidi
Then they were all of good cheer, and they also took food.
37 (kémide biz jemiy ikki yüz yetmish alte kishi iduq).
And we were in all in the ship two hundred and seventy six souls.
38 Hemmeylen qorsaqlirini toqlighandin kéyin, kémini yéniklitish üchün, kémidiki bughdaylarnimu déngizgha tashliwetti.
And when they had eaten enough, they lightened the ship, and cast the wheat into the sea.
39 Tang atqanda, kémichiler quruqluqning ne ikenlikini tonumidi. Lékin uningdiki bir qumluq qoltuqni bayqap, kémini bir amal qilip shu yerde uruldurup quruqluqqa chiqarmaqchi boldi.
And when it was day, they knew not the land: but they discovered a certain creek with a shore, into which they purposed, if it were possible, to thrust in the ship.
40 Ular aldi bilen lenggerlerni boshiwétip, ularni déngizgha tashliwetti. Shuning bilen bir waqitta, kémining ikki yönilish paliqining baghlirini boshitip, ularni chüshürüwetti. Andin kémining béshidiki yelkenni shamalgha chiqirip, kémini qumluqning qirghiqigha qaritip mangdurdi.
And when they had taken up the anchors, they committed [themselves] to the sea, and loosed the rudder bands, and hoisted the mainsail to the wind, and made towards the shore.
41 Emdi ikki éqim bir-birige uchrashqan yerge kirip qélip, ular kémini qiraqqa soqturuwaldi; kémining béshi déngiz tégige urulup pétip, midirlimay qaldi, lékin kémining arqa teripi dolqunlarning zerbisi bilen chuwulup kétishke bashlidi.
And falling into a place where two seas met, they ran the ship aground; and the forepart stuck fast, and remained immovable, but the hinder part was broken with the violence of the waves.
42 Leshkerler mehbuslarning sugha sekrep qéchip kétishining aldini élish üchün, hemmisini öltürüwetmekchi boldi.
And the soldiers' counsel was to kill the prisoners, lest any of them should swim out, and escape.
43 Lékin yüzbéshi Pawlusni qutquzushni xalighan bolup, leshkerlerning bundaq qilishigha yol qoymidi. U aldi bilen su üzüshni bilidighanlarning sugha chüshüp qirghaqqa chiqishini,
But the centurion, willing to save Paul, kept them from [their] purpose, and commanded that they who could swim, should cast [themselves] first [into the sea], and get to land:
44 qalghanlarning bezilirini taxtaylargha, bezilirini kémining chuwulup ketken parchilirigha ésilip, qirghaqqa chiqishini buyrudi. Shundaq boldiki, hemmeylen qutulup saq-salamet quruqluqqa chiqti.
And the rest, some on boards, and some on [broken pieces] of the ship: And so it came to pass, that they all escaped safe to land.
