1 Menki aqsaqal özüm heqiqette söygen söyümlük Gayusqa salam!
The elder to Gaius the beloved, whom I love in truth.
2 I söyümkük [dostum], jéning güllen’gendek, hemme ishliringning güllinishige we téningning salamet bolushigha tilekdashmen.
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in good health, even as your soul prospers.
3 Qérindashlar kélip, sende bolghan heqiqet toghruluq guwahliq bergende, men intayin bek xushallandim; chünki sen heqiqette dawamliq méngiwatisen.
For I rejoiced greatly, when brothers came and testified about your truth, even as you walk in truth.
4 Manga nisbeten, eziz balilirimning heqiqette méngiwatqanliqini anglashtinmu chong xushalliq yoqtur.
I have no greater joy than this, to hear about my children walking in truth.
5 Söyümlük [dostum], yéninggha barghan qérindashlargha (gerche ular sanga natonush bolsimu) qilghanliringning hemmiside ixlasmenliking ispatlinidu.
Beloved, you do a faithful work in whatever you accomplish for those who are brothers and strangers.
6 Ular jamaet aldida séning bu méhir-muhebbiting toghrisida guwahliq berdi. Ularni yene Xudaning yoligha layiq sepirige uzitip qoysang, yaxshi qilghan bolisen.
They have testified about your love before the church. You will do well to send them forward on their journey in a manner worthy of God,
7 Chünki ular [seperde] yat ellik [étiqadsizlardin] héch néme almay, shu mubarek nam üchün yolgha chiqti.
because for the sake of the Name they went out, taking nothing from the non-believers.
8 Shunga, heqiqet bilen xizmetdash bolup teng ishligüchi bolush üchün biz shundaqlarni qollap-quwwetlishimizge toghra kélidu.
We therefore ought to receive such, that we may be fellow workers for the truth.
9 Bu toghruluq jamaetke mektüp yazdim. Lékin ularning arisida özini chong tutup, jamaetke bash bolush temeside bolghan Diotrepes bizni qobul qilmaydu.
I wrote something to the church, but Diotrephes, who loves to be first among them, does not accept what we say.
10 Shuning üchün men barghanda, uning qilghan eskiliklirini, yeni uning bizning üstimizdin qilghan rezil sözliri bilen gheywitini yüzige salimen; u uningliq bilenla toxtap qalmaydu, yene [seperdiki] qérindashlarni qobul qilmayla qalmay, qobul qilmaqchi bolghanlarnimu tosidu we hetta ularni jamaettin qoghlap chiqiriwatidu.
Therefore, if I come, I will call attention to his deeds which he does, unjustly accusing us with wicked words. Not content with this, neither does he himself receive the brothers, and those who would, he forbids and throws out of the church.
11 I söyümlük [dostum], yamanliqtin emes, yaxshiliqtin ülge alghin. Yaxshiliq qilghuchi Xudadindur. Yamanliq qilghuchi Xudani héch körmigendur.
Beloved, do not imitate that which is evil, but that which is good. He who does good is of God. He who does evil hasn't seen God.
12 Démitriusni bolsa hemmeylen, hetta Heqiqetning özi yaxshi guwahliq bérip teripleydu. Bizmu uninggha guwahliq bérimiz we guwahliqimizning heqiqet ikenlikini senmu bilisen.
Demetrius has the testimony of all, and of the truth itself; yes, we also testify, and you know that our testimony is true.
13 Sanga yazidighan yene köp sözlirim bar idi; lékin qelem bilen siyahni ishletkendin köre,
I had many things to write to you, but I am unwilling to write to you with ink and pen;
14 Sen bilen pat arida didar körüshüshni arzu qilimen; shu chaghda derqemde sözlishimiz. Sanga xatirjemlik yar bolghay! Dostlardin sanga salam. Senmu [u yerdiki] dostlargha isim-famililiri boyiche mendin salam éytqaysen.
but I hope to see you soon, and we will speak face to face. Peace be to you. The friends greet you. Greet the friends by name.
