1 Shu chaghda Sulayman Perwerdigarning ehde sanduqini «Dawut shehiri»din, yeni Ziondin yötkep kélish üchün Israil aqsaqallirini, qebile beglirini we Israil jemetlirining beglirini Yérusalémgha öz yénigha yighilishqa chaqirdi.

Then, did Solomon call together the elders of Israel, and all the heads of the tribes, chiefs of the fathers of the sons of Israel, unto King Solomon in Jerusalem, —that they might bring up the ark of the covenant of Yahweh, out of the city of David, the same is Zion.

2 Buning üchün Israilning hemme ademliri Étanim éyida, yeni yettinchi aydiki békitilgen héytta Sulayman padishahning qéshigha yighildi.

So all the men of Israel came together unto King Solomon, in the month of steady flowings, at the festival, —the same is the seventh month.

3 Israilning hemme aqsaqalliri yétip kelgende Lawiylar ehde sanduqini kötürüp [mangdi].

And all the elders of Israel came in, —and the priests took up the ark;

4 Ular Perwerdigarning ehde sanduqini, jamaet chédiri bilen uning ichidiki barliq muqeddes buyumlarni kötürüp élip chiqti. Kahinlar bilen Lawiylar mushularni élip chiqti.

and they brought up the ark of Yahweh, and the Tent of Meeting, and all the hallowed vessels that were in the tent, —yea, the priests and the Levites, did bring them up.

5 Sulayman padishah we uning aldigha yighilghan barliq Israil jamaiti ehde sanduqining aldida méngip, köplikidin sanini élip bolmaydighan san-sanaqsiz qoy bilen kalilarni qurbanliq qilishatti.

And, King Solomon, and all the assembly of Israel who had assembled themselves unto him, were with him, before the ark, —sacrificing sheep and oxen, which could neither be recorded nor counted, for multitude.

6 Kahinlar Perwerdigarning ehde sanduqini öz jayigha, ibadetxanining ichki «kalamxana»sigha, yeni eng muqeddes jaygha élip kirip, kérublarning qanatlirining astigha qoydi.

So the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of Yahweh into its place, into the shrine of the house, into the holy of holies, —under the wings of the cherubim.

7 Chünki kérublarning yéyilip turghan qaniti ehde sanduqining orni üstide bolghachqa, ehde sanduqi bilen uni kötürüp turidighan baldaqlarni yépip turatti.

For, the cherubim, were spreading forth their two wings, over the place of the ark, —and the cherubim made a covering over the ark and over the staves thereof, above.

8 Bu baldaqlar nahayiti uzun bolghachqa, kalamxanining aldidiki muqeddes jayda turup, ehde sanduqining yénidiki ikki baldaqning uchlirini körgili bolatti, biraq öyning sirtida ularni körgili bolmaytti; bu baldaqlar taki bügün’ge qeder shu yerde turmaqta.

And they drew out the staves, and the heads of the staves were seen from the holy place, in front of the shrine, although they were not seen on the outside, —and they have remained there until this day.

9 Ehde sanduqining ichide Musa peyghember Horeb téghida turghanda ichige salghan ikki tash taxtidin bashqa héchnerse yoq idi (Israillar Misir zéminidin chiqqandin kéyin Perwerdigar ular bilen horebde ehde tüzgenidi).

There was nothing in the ark, save the two tables of stone, which Moses deposited there in Horeb, —the tables of the covenant which Yahweh solemnised with the sons of Israel, when they came forth out of the land of Egypt.

10 We shundaq boldiki, kahinlar muqeddes jaydin chiqishighila, bir bulut Perwerdigarning ibadetxanisini qapliwaldi.

And so it was, when the priests came forth out of the holy place, that, a cloud, filled the house of Yahweh;

11 Kahinlar bulut tüpeylidin öz wezipilirini öteshke öre turalmaytti; chünki Perwerdigarning julasi Perwerdigarning öyini toldurghanidi.

so that the priests could not stand to minister, because of the cloud, —for, the glory of Yahweh, filled, the house of Yahweh.

12 Bu peytte Sulayman: — Perwerdigar tum qarangghuluq ichide turimen, dep éytqanidi;

Then, said Solomon, —Yahweh, said, that he would make his habitation in thick gloom:

13 lékin, [i Perwerdigar], men derweqe Séning üchün bir heywetlik makan bolsun dep, Sen menggü turidighan bir öyni yasidim, dédi.

I have, built, a house as a high abode for thee, —A settled place for thee to abide in, for ages.

14 Andin padishah burulup barliq Israil jamaitige bext tilidi; Israilning barliq jamaiti uning aldida turatti.

And the king turned about his face, and blessed all the convocation of Israel, —while all the convocation of Israel was standing;

15 U mundaq dédi: — «Israilning Xudasi Perwerdigargha teshekkür-medhiye bolghay! U Öz aghzi bilen atam Dawutqa wede qilghanidi we Öz qoli bilen uni emelge ashurdi. U Dawutqa yene: —

and he said—Blessed, be Yahweh, God of Israel, who spake with his mouth, unto David my father, —that which with his hand he hath fulfilled, saying: —

16 «Men Öz xelqim Israilni Misir zéminidin élip chiqqan kündin buyan namim üchün bu yerde bir öy salay dep Israilning herqaysi qebililirining sheherliridin héchqaysisini tallimidim; biraq xelqim bolghan Israilgha hökümranliq qilsun dep Dawutni tallidim» dégenidi.

Since the day that I brought forth my people Israel, out of Egypt, I had chosen no city, out of all the tribes of Israel, for building a house, where my Name might be, —but I have chosen Jerusalem, that my Name should be there, and I have chosen David, to be over my people Israel:

17 Emdi atam Dawutning Israilning Xudasi Perwerdigarning namigha atap bir öy sélish arzu-niyiti bar idi.

And so it came to pass, that it was near the heart of David my father, —to build a house for the Name of Yahweh, God of Israel.

18 Biraq Perwerdigar atam Dawutqa: «Könglüngde Méning namimgha bir öy yasashqa qilghan niyiting yaxshidur;

Then said Yahweh unto David my father, Because it was near thy heart to build a house for my Name, thou didst well that it was near thy heart;

19 emma shu öyni sen yasimaysen, belki séning pushtungdin bolidighan oghlung, u Méning namimgha atap shu öyni salidu», dégenidi.

Only, thou thyself, must not build the house, —but, thine own son who hath proceeded out of thy loins, he, shall build the house, for my Name.

20 Mana emdi Perwerdigar Öz sözige emel qildi. Men Perwerdigar wede qilghinidek, atamning ornini bésip, Israilning textige olturdum; Israilning Xudasi Perwerdigarning namigha atap bu öyni saldim.

So then Yahweh hath established his word which he spake, —and I have been raised up in the room of David my father, and have taken my seat upon the throne of Israel, as spake Yahweh, and have built the house for the Name of Yahweh, God of Israel;

21 Öyde ehde sanduqi üchün bir jayni rastlidim; ehde sanduqi ichide Perwerdigarning ata-bowilirimizni Misir zéminidin élip chiqqanda, ular bilen tüzgen ehde [taxtiliri] bardur».

and have appointed there a place for the ark, wherein is the covenant of Yahweh, —which he solemnised with our fathers, when he brought them forth out of the land of Egypt.

22 Andin Sulayman Israilning barliq jamaitige yüzlinip, Perwerdigarning qurban’gahining aldida turup, qollirini asman’gha qaritip kötürüp

And Solomon stood before the altar of Yahweh, in the presence of all the convocation of Israel, —and spread forth his hands towards the heavens;

23 mundaq dua qildi: — «I Israilning Xudasi Perwerdigar! Ne yuqiriqi asmanda ne töwenki yerde sendek Xuda yoqtur; aldingda pütün qelbi bilen mangidighan qulliring üchün ehdengde turup özgermes muhebbitingni körsetküchisen.

and said—O Yahweh, God of Israel! Not like thee, is there a God, in the heavens above, or upon the earth beneath, —keeping Covenant and Lovingkindness for thy servants who are walking before thee, with all their heart;

24 Chünki Sen Öz qulung atam Dawutqa bergen wedide turdung; Sen Öz aghzing bilen éytqan sözüngge mana bügünkidek Öz qolung bilen emel qilding.

who hast kept for thy servant David my father, that which thou didst promise him, —in that thou didst promise with thy mouth, and, with thy hand, hast fulfilled, as it is this day.

25 Emdi hazir, i Israilning Xudasi Perwerdigar, Öz qulung atam Dawutqa: — «Eger séning ewladliring öz yollirigha segek bolup sen Méning aldimda mangghandek mangidighan bolsa, sanga ewladingdin Israilning textide olturidighan bir zat kem bolmaydu» dep bergen wedengde turghaysen.

Now, therefore, O Yahweh, God of Israel, keep thou for thy servant David my father, that which thou didst promise him, saying, There shall not be cut off to thee a man from before me, to sit upon the throne of Israel, —if only, thy sons take heed to their way, by walking before me, as thou hast walked before me.

26 Emdi hazir, i Israilning Xudasi, Sen qulung Dawutqa éytqan sözliring emelge ashurulghay, dep ötünimen!

Now, therefore, O God of Israel, —verified be thy word, I pray thee, which thou didst speak to thy servant, David my father.

27 Lékin Xuda Özi rastla yer yüzide makan qilamdu? Mana, asmanlar bilen asmanlarning asmini séni sighduralmighan yerde, men yasighan bu öy qandaqmu Séning makaning bolalisun?!

But, in very deed, will God dwell, upon the earth? Lo! the heaven, yea the heaven of heavens, cannot contain thee, how much less this house which I have built?

28 Lékin i Perwerdigar Xudayim, qulungning duasi bilen iltijasigha qulaq sélip, qulungning bügün Sanga kötürgen nidasi we tilikini anglighaysen;

Yet wilt thou turn unto the prayer of thy servant, and unto his supplication, O Yahweh my God, —to hearken unto the cry, and unto the prayer, wherewith thy servant doth pray before thee to-day;

29 shuning bilen Öz közliringni kéche-kündüz bu öyge, yeni Sen: «Méning namim u yerde ayan bolsun» dep éytqan jaygha kéche-kündüz tikkeysen; Öz qulungning u jaygha qarap qilghan duasigha qulaq salghaysen.

that thine eye may be opened toward this house, night and day, toward the place of which thou hast said, My Name shall be, there; hearkening unto the prayer which thy servant shall offer toward this place.

30 qulung we xelqing Israil bu jaygha qarap dua qilghan chaghda, ularning iltijisigha qulaq sélip, Öz makaning qilghan asmanlardin turup anglighaysen, anglighiningda ularni kechürgeysen.

Wilt, thou, therefore, hearken unto the supplication of thy servant, and of thy people Israel, whensoever they shall pray toward this place, —yea wilt, thou thyself, hear, in thine own dwelling-place, in the heavens, and, when thou hearest, then wilt thou forgive?

31 Eger birsi öz qoshnisigha gunah qilsa we shundaqla ishning rast-yalghanliqini békitish üchün qesem ichküzülse, bu qesem bu öydiki qurban’gahingning aldigha kelse,

When a man shall sin against his neighbour, and there shall be taken up against him an oath, to put him on oath, —and he shall come in and swear before thine altar, in this house,

32 Sen qesemni asmanda turup anglap, amal qilip öz bendiliring otturisida höküm chiqarghaysen; gunahi bar ademni gunahqa tartip, öz yolini öz béshigha yandurup, gunahsiz ademni aqlap, öz adilliqigha qarap uninggha heqqini bergeysen.

then wilt, thou thyself, hear in the heavens, and act, and judge thy servants, condemning the lawless, by setting his way upon his own head, —and justifying the righteous, by giving to him, according to his righteousness?

33 Öz xelqing Israil Séning aldingda gunah qilghini üchün düshmendin yéngilse, Sanga qaytip bu öyde turup, namingni étirap qilip, Sanga dua bilen iltija qilsa,

When thy people Israel are smitten before an enemy, because they have been sinning against thee, —and they turn again unto thee, and confess thy Name, and pray and make supplication unto thee, in this house,

34 Sen asmanda anglap, Öz xelqing Israilning gunahini kechürüp, ularni Sen ata-bowilirigha teqdim qilghan zémin’gha qayturup kelgeysen.

then wilt, thou thyself, hear in the heavens, and forgive the sin of thy people Israel, and bring them back unto the soil, which thou gavest unto their fathers?

35 Ular Sanga gunah qilghini üchün asman étilip yamghur yaghmaydighan qiliwétilgen bolsa, lékin ular bu jaygha qarap Sanga dua qilip namingni étirap qilip, Séning ularni qiyinchiliqqa salghining tüpeylidin öz gunahidin yénip towa qilsa,

When the heavens are shut up, and there is no rain, because they have been sinning against thee, —and they shall pray toward this place, and confess thy Name, and, from their sin, shall return, because thou hast been afflicting them,

36 Sen asmanda turup qulaq sélip, qulliringning we xelqing Israilning gunahini kechürgeysen; chünki Sen ulargha méngish kérek bolghan yaxshi yolni ögitisen we Öz xelqingge miras qilip bergen zéminning üstige yamghur yaghdurisen!

then wilt, thou thyself, hear in the heavens and forgive the sin of thy servants, and of thy people Israel, that thou mayest teach them the good way, wherein they should walk, —and give rain upon thy land, which thou hast given unto thy people, for an inheritance?

37 Eger zéminda acharchiliq ya waba bolsa, ya ziraetler Dan almisa ya hal chüshse ya uni chéketkiler yaki chéketke lichinkiliri bésiwalsa, ya düshmenler ularning zémindiki sheherlirining qowuqlirigha hujum qilip qorshiwalsa, ya herqandaq apet ya késellik bolsa,

When there shall be, famine, in the land, when there shall be, pestilence, when there shall be, blasting, mildew locust, caterpillar, when their enemy shall besiege them in one of their own gates, —whatsoever plague, whatsoever sickness;

38 Séning xelqing bolghan Israildiki herqandaq kishi öz könglidiki wabani bilip, ulardin herqaysi kishi qollirini bu öyge sunup, herqandaq dua yaki iltija qilghan bolsa,

any prayer, any supplication which, any son of earth, may have, of all thy people Israel, —who will certainly know every man the plague of his own heart, and so he shall spread abroad his hands towards this house,

39 emdi Sen turuwatqan makaning asmanda turup anglap, kechürüm qilghaysen; Sen herbir ademning qelbini bilgechke, amal qilip özining yollirini özige yandurghaysen (chünki Senla, yalghuz Senla hemme insan balilirining qelblirini bilgüchidursen);

then wilt, thou thyself, hear in the heavens, in the settled place of thine abode, and forgive and act, and give unto every man according to all his ways, whose heart thou wilt know, —for, thou thyself alone, knowest the heart of all the sons of men;

40 shundaq qilip, ular Sen ata-bowilirimizgha teqdim qilghan zéminda olturup ömrining hemme künliride sendin qorqidighan bolidu.

to the end they may revere thee, all the days which they do live, upon the face of the soil, —which thou gavest unto our fathers?

41 Öz xelqing Israildin bolmighan, Séning ulugh naming tüpeylidin yiraq-yiraqlardin kelgen musapir bolsa

Moreover also, unto the stranger, who is, not of thy people Israel, —but hath come in out of a far country, for the sake of thy Name, —

42 (chünki ular Séning ulugh naming, qudretlik qolung we sozghan biliking toghrisida angliylaydu), — undaq birsi kélip bu öy terepke qarap dua qilsa,

(for they will certainly hear of thy great Name, and of thy strong hand, and of thy stretched-out arm, —and so will come in and pray towards this house),

43 Sen turuwatqan makaning bolghan asmanlarda uninggha qulaq sélip, u musapir Sanga nida qilip tiliginining hemmisige muwapiq qilghaysen; shuning bilen yer yüzidiki barliq eller namingni tonup yétip, Öz xelqing Israildek Sendin qorqidighan bolup, men yasighan bu öyning Séning naming bilen atalghinini bilidu.

wilt, thou thyself, hear in the heavens, the settled place of thine abode, and act, according to all for which, the stranger, shall cry unto thee, —to the end that all the peoples of the earth may truly know thy Name, so as to revere thee, like thy people Israel, and to know that, thine own Name, hath been given unto this house, which I have built?

44 Eger Séning xelqing Séning tapshuruqung bilen düshmini bilen jeng qilishqa chiqqanda, Sen tallighan bu sheherge, shundaqla men naminggha atap yasighan bu öy terepke qarap Sen Perwerdigargha dua qilsa,

When thy people go forth to war against their enemy, whithersoever thou mayest send them, —and shall pray unto Yahweh, in the direction of the city which thou hast chosen, and the house which I have built for thy Name,

45 Sen asmanlarda turup ularning duasi bilen iltijasigha qulaq sélip, ularni nusretke érishtürgeysen.

then wilt thou hear, in the heavens, their prayer and their supplication, —and maintain their cause?

46 Eger ular sanga gunah sadir qilghan bolsa (chünki gunah qilmaydighan héchkishi yoqtur) Sen ulargha ghezeplinip, ularni düshmenlirining qoligha tapshurghan bolsang, bular ularni yiraq-yéqin’gha, özlirining zéminigha sürgün qilip élip barghan bolsa,

When they sin against thee—for there is, no son of earth, that sinneth not, and thou shalt be angry with them, and deliver them up before an enemy, —who shall carry them away as their captives, into the land of the enemy, far or near;

47 lékin ular sürgün qilin’ghan yurtta es-hoshini tépip towa qilip, özi sürgün bolghan yurtta Sanga: — Biz gunah qilip, qebihlikke bérilip Sendin yüz örüp kettuq, dep yélinsa,

and they come back to their right mind, in the land whither they have been taken captive, —and so turn and make supplication unto thee, in the land of their captors, saying, We have sinned and done perversely, we have been lawless;

48 — eger ularni sürgün qilghan düshmenlirining zéminida pütün qelbi we pütün jénidin Séning teripingge yénip, Sen ularning ata-bowilirigha teqdim qilghan zémin’gha, Sen tallighan sheher terepke we men naminggha atap yasighan bu öy terepke yüzini qilip, Sanga qarap dua qilsa,

and so they turn unto thee with all their heart, and with all their soul, in the land of their enemies, who have carried them away captive, —and pray unto thee in the direction of their own land, which thou gavest unto their fathers, the city which thou hast chosen, and the house which I have built for thy Name,

49 Sen turuwatqan makaning bolghan asmanlarda turup ularning duasi we iltijasini anglap ular üchün höküm chiqirip,

then wilt thou hearken in the heavens, the settled place of thine abode, unto their prayer, and unto their supplication, —and maintain their cause;

50 Öz xelqingning Sanga sadir qilghan gunahini, Sanga ötküzgen hemme itaetsizliklirini kechürüm qilghaysen we ularni sürgün qilghanlarning aldida ulargha rehim tapquzghaysenki, shular ulargha rehim qilsun

and grant forgiveness to thy people, who have sinned against thee, even as to all their transgressions wherein they have transgressed against thee, —and grant them compassion before their captors, so that they may have compassion upon them;

51 (chünki ular Özüng Misirdin, yeni tömür tawlash péchidin chiqarghan Öz xelqing we Öz mirasingdur);

because, thy people and thine inheritance, they are, —whom thou didst bring forth out of Egypt, out of the midst of the smelting-pot of iron;

52 Séning közliring Öz qulungning iltijasigha we Öz xelqingning iltijasigha ochuq bolghay, ular her ishta sanga nida qilip tiliginide ulargha qulaq salghaysen;

that thine eyes may be open unto the supplication of thy servant, and unto the supplication of thy people Israel, —to hearken unto them, in all their crying unto thee;

53 chünki Sen ata-bowilirimizni Misirdin chiqarghiningda Öz qulung Musa arqiliq éytqiningdek, Sen xelqingni Özüngge xas mirasing bolsun dep, yer yüzidiki hemme eller arisidin ularni ayrim élip talliding, i Reb Perwerdigar!».

because, thou thyself, didst separate them unto thee, for an inheritance, out of all the peoples of the earth, —as thou spakest by the hand of Moses thy servant, when thou broughtest forth our fathers out of Egypt, O Lord Yahweh.

54 Sulayman Perwerdigargha shu barliq dua we iltijalirini qilip bolghanda, qollirini asman’gha qarap kötürüp Perwerdigarning qurban’gahining aldida tizlinip turghan yerdin qopup,

And it came to pass, when Solomon had made an end of praying unto Yahweh all this prayer and supplication, that he arose from before the altar of Yahweh, from kneeling on his knees, with his hands outspread to the heavens;

55 öre turup Israilning barliq jamaitige yuqiri awazda bext tilep mundaq dédi: —

and stood and blessed all the convocation of Israel, —with a loud voice, saying:

56 «Uning barliq wede qilghini boyiche Öz xelqi Israilgha aram bergen Perwerdigar mubarektur! U Öz quli Musaning wasitisi bilen qilghan hemme méhribane wedilerning héchbiri yerde qalmidi!

Blessed, be Yahweh, who hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised, —there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant.

57 Perwerdigar Xudayimiz ata-bowilirimiz bilen bolghandek biz bilen bille bolghay; U ne bizdin waz kechmisun ne bizni tashlimisun;

Yahweh our God be with us, as he was with our fathers, —let him not leave us, nor forsake us;

58 buning bilen U qelbimizni Uning yollirida méngishqa, Özi ata-bowilirimizgha buyrughan emrler, belgilimiler we hökümlerni tutushqa Özige mayil qilghay;

but bow our heart unto himself, —to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and his statutes, and his regulations, which he commanded our fathers.

59 méning Perwerdigarning aldida iltija qilghan bu sözlirim kéche-kündüz Perwerdigar Xudayimizning yénida tursun; shuning bilen Öz qulung üchün toghra höküm qilip, xelqing Israil üchün toghra höküm qilip, her kündiki derdige yetkeysen;

And let these my words, wherewith I have made supplication before Yahweh, be near unto Yahweh our God, day and night, —that he may maintain the cause of his servant, and the cause of his people Israel, as any need ariseth:

60 shuning bilen yer yüzidiki hemme eller Perwerdigar Özi Xudadur, Uningdin bashqisi héchqaysisi yoqtur dep bilgey,

To the end that all the peoples of the earth may know, that, Yahweh, is God, —there is none else.

61 shundaqla bügün qilghininglargha oxshash Uning belgilimiliride méngishqa we emrlirini tutushqa qelbinglar Perwerdigar Xudayimizgha mukemmel bolghay!».

So shall your heart be sound with Yahweh our God, —to walk in his statutes, and to keep his commandments, as at this day.

62 We padishah pütün Israil bilen bille Perwerdigarning aldida qurbanliqlarni qildi.

And, the king, and all Israel with him, were offering sacrifice before Yahweh.

63 Sulayman Perwerdigargha inaqliq qurbanliqi süpitide yigirme ikki ming kala we bir yüz yigirme ming qoy qurbanliq qildi. Padishah bilen barliq Israillar shundaq qilip Perwerdigarning öyini uninggha béghishlidi.

So Solomon offered as a sacrifice of peace-offerings, which he offered unto Yahweh—Oxen, two and twenty thousand, and Sheep, a hundred and twenty thousand, —Thus did, the king and all the sons of Israel, dedicate the house of Yahweh.

64 Shu küni padishah Perwerdigarning öyining aldidiki hoylisining otturisini ayrip muqeddes qilip, u yerde köydürme qurbanliqlar, ashliq hediyeliri we inaqliq qurbanliqilirining yaghlirini sundi; chünki Perwerdigarning aldida turghan mis qurban’gah köydürme qurbanliqlar, ashliq hediyeliri we inaqliq qurbanliqilirining yaghlirini qobul qilishqa kichik keldi.

On that day, did the king hallow the middle of the court, that was before the house of Yahweh, —for he offered there the ascending-sacrifice, and the meal-offering, and the fat portions of the peace-offerings, because, the altar of bronze that was before Yahweh, was too small to receive the ascending-sacrifice and the meal-offering, and the fat portions of the peace-offerings.

65 Shuning bilen u waqitta Sulayman we uning bilen bolghan pütün Israil, yeni Xamat rayonigha kirish éghizidin tartip Misir éqinighiche hemme yerlerdin kelgen zor bir jamaet Perwerdigar Xudayimizning aldida yette kün we yene yette kün, jemiy on töt kün’gichilik héyt ötküzdi.

And Solomon made, at that time, a festival—and all Israel with him—a great convocation, from the entering in of Hamath unto the ravine of Egypt, before Yahweh our God, seven days, and seven days, —fourteen days.
