< Tarix-tezkire 1 21 >
1 Sheytan Israillargha zerbe bérish üchün, Dawutni Israillarni sanaqtin ötküzüshke éziqturdi.
And Satan stood up against Israel, and moved David to number Israel.
2 Shunga Dawut Yoabqa we xelqning yolbashchilirigha: «Siler Beer-Shébadin Dan’ghiche arilap Israillarni sanaqtin ötküzüp kélip méning bilen körüshünglar, ularning sanini biley» dédi.
And David said to Joab and to the princes of the people: 'Go, number Israel from Beersheba even to Dan; and bring me word, that I may know the sum of them.'
3 Lékin Yoab jawaben: —«Perwerdigar Öz xelqini hazir meyli qanchilik bolsun, yüz hesse ashuruwetkey. Lékin i xojam padishahim, ularning hemmisi özüngning xizmitingde turuwatqanlar emesmu? Xojam bu ishni zadi néme dep telep qilidu? Xojam Israilni némishqa gunahqa muptila qilidila?» — dédi.
And Joab said: 'The LORD make His people a hundred times so many more as they are; but, my lord the king, are they not all my lord's servants? why doth my lord require this thing? why will he be a cause of guilt unto Israel?'
4 Lékin padishahning sözi Yoabning sözini bésip chüshti; shunga Yoab chiqip pütün Israil zéminini arilap Yérusalémgha qaytip keldi.
Nevertheless the king's word prevailed against Joab. Wherefore Joab departed and went throughout all Israel, and came to Jerusalem.
5 Yoab sanaqtin ötküzülgen xelqning sanini Dawutqa melum qildi; pütün Israilda qolida qilich kötüreleydighan ademler bir milyon bir yüz ming; Yehudalardin qolida qilich kötüreleydighan ademler töt yüz yetmish ming bolup chiqti.
And Joab gave up the sum of the numbering of the people unto David. And all they of Israel were a thousand thousand and a hundred thousand men that drew sword; and Judah was four hundred three-score and ten thousand men that drew sword.
6 Biraq Lawiylar bilen Binyaminlarla sanaqqa kirmidi; chünki padishahning bu buyruqi Yoabning neziride yirginchlik idi.
But Levi and Benjamin he did not number among them; for the king's word was abominable to Joab.
7 Xuda bu ishni yaman körgechke, Israillargha zerbe berdi.
And God was displeased with this thing; therefore He smote Israel.
8 Dawut Xudagha: «Men bu ishni qilip chong gunah ötküzüptimen; emdi menki qulungning bu qebihlikini kechürüshingni tileymen, chünki men tolimu exmiqane ish qiptimen» — dédi.
And David said unto God: 'I have sinned greatly, in that I have done this thing; but now, put away, I beseech Thee, the iniquity of Thy servant; for I have done very foolishly.'
9 Perwerdigar Dawutning aldin körgüchisi bolghan Gadqa:
And the LORD spoke unto Gad, David's seer, saying:
10 Sen bérip Dawutqa éytip: «Perwerdigar mundaq deyduki, Men sanga üch bala-qazani aldingda qoyimen; shuningdin birini talliwal, Men shuni béshinglargha chüshürimen» dégin, — dédi.
'Go and speak unto David, saying: Thus saith the LORD: I offer thee three things; choose thee one of them, that I may do it unto thee.'
11 Shuning bilen Gad Dawutning yénigha kélip: «Perwerdigar mundaq deydu:
So Gad came to David, and said unto him: 'Thus saith the LORD: Take which thou wilt:
12 «Qéni tallighin: Ya üch yil acharchiliqta qélishtin, ya üch ay düshmenlerning aldidin qéchip, yawliring teripidin qoghlap qilichlinishidin we yaki üch kün Perwerdigarning qilichining urushi — yeni waba késilining zéminda tarqilishi, Perwerdigarning Perishtisining Israilning pütün chégrisini xarab qilishidin birini tallighin». Emdi oylinip kör, bir néme dégin; men méni ewetküchige néme dep jawap bérey?» dédi.
either three years of famine; or three months to be swept away before thy foes, while the sword of thine enemies overtaketh thee; or else three days the sword of the LORD, even pestilence in the land, and the angel of the LORD destroying throughout all the borders of Israel. Now therefore consider what answer I shall return to Him that sent me.'
13 Dawut Gadqa: «Men bek qattiq tenglikte qaldim; emdi Perwerdigarning qoligha chüshey deymen, chünki U tolimu shepqetliktur. Peqet insanlarning qoligha chüshmisem, deymen» dédi.
And David said unto Gad: 'I am in a great strait; let me fall now into the hand of the LORD, for very great are His mercies; and let me not fall into the hand of man.'
14 Shu seweblik Perwerdigar Israilgha waba tarqatti; Israillardin yetmish ming adem öldi.
So the LORD sent a pestilence upon Israel; and there fell of Israel seventy thousand men.
15 Xuda Yérusalémni weyran qilip tashlash üchün bir Perishtini ewetti; u weyran qiliwatqanda, Perwerdigar ehwalni körüp özi chüshürgen bu bala-qazadin pushayman qilip qaldi-de, weyran qilghuchi Perishtige: «Bes! Emdi qolungni tart!» dédi. U chaghda Perwerdigarning Perishtisi Yebusiy Ornanning xaminining yénida turatti.
And God sent an angel unto Jerusalem to destroy it; and as he was about to destroy, the LORD beheld, and He repented Him of the evil, and said to the destroying angel: 'It is enough; now stay thy hand.' And the angel of the LORD was standing by the threshing-floor of Ornan the Jebusite.
16 Dawut béshini kötürüp, Perwerdigarning Perishtisining asman bilen yerning ariliqida, qolidiki ghilaptin sughurghan qilichini Yérusalémgha tenglep turghanliqini kördi. Dawut bilen aqsaqallarning hemmisi böz rextke oralghan halda yerge düm yiqildi.
And David lifted up his eyes, and saw the angel of the LORD standing between the earth and the heaven, having a drawn sword in his hand stretched out over Jerusalem. Then David and the elders, clothed in sackcloth, fell upon their faces.
17 Dawut Xudagha: «Xelqning sanini élip chiqishni buyrughuchi men emesmu? Gunah qilip bu rezillik ötküzgüchi mendurmen; bu bir pada qoylar bolsa, zadi néme qildi? Ah, Perwerdigar Xudayim, qolung Öz xelqingge emes, belki manga we méning jemetimge chüshkey, wabani Öz xelqingning üstige chüshürmigeysen!» dédi.
And David said unto God: 'Is it not I that commanded the people to be numbered? even I it is that have sinned and done very wickedly; but these sheep, what have they done? let Thy hand, I pray Thee, O LORD my God, be against me, and against my father's house; but not against Thy people, that they should be plagued.'
18 Perwerdigarning Perishtisi Gadqa: Sen bérip Dawutqa éytqin, u Yebusiy Ornanning xaminigha chiqip Perwerdigargha bir qurban’gah salsun, déwidi,
Then the angel of the LORD commanded Gad to say to David, that David should go up, and rear an altar unto the LORD in the threshing-floor of Ornan the Jebusite.
19 Dawut Gadning Perwerdigarning namida éytqini boyiche shu yerge chiqti.
And David went up at the saying of Gad, which he spoke in the name of the LORD.
20 U chaghda Ornan bughday tépiwatatti; Ornan burulup Perishtini körüp, özi töt oghli bilen möküwalghanidi.
And Ornan turned back, and saw the angel; and his four sons that were with him hid themselves. Now Ornan was threshing wheat.
21 Dawut Ornanning yénigha kelgende, u béshini kötürüp Dawutni körüp, xamandin chiqip keldi-de, béshini yerge tegküdek égip Dawutqa tezim qildi.
And as David came to Ornan, Ornan looked and saw David, and went out of the threshing-floor, and bowed down to David with his face to the ground.
22 Dawut Ornan’gha: «Xelq ichide taralghan wabani tosup qélish üchün, mushu xamanni we etrapidiki yerni manga sétip berseng, bu yerde Perwerdigargha atap bir qurban’gah salay deymen. Sen toluq baha qoyup bu yéringni manga sétip berseng» dédi.
Then David said to Ornan: 'Give me the place of this threshing-floor, that I may build thereon an altar unto the LORD; for the full price shalt thou give it me; that the plague may be stayed from the people.'
23 — Alsila, ghojam padishahimning qandaq qilghusi kelse shundaq qilghay; qarisila, qurbanliq qilishqa kalilarni bérey, xaman tépidighan tirnilarni otun qilip qalisila, bughdayni ash hediyesige ishletsile; bularning hemmisini men özlirige tuttum, dédi Ornan Dawutqa.
And Ornan said unto David: 'Take it to thee, and let my lord the king do that which is good in his eyes; lo, I give thee the oxen for burnt-offerings, and the threshing-instruments for wood, and the wheat for the meal-offering; I give it all'
24 «Yaq», — dédi Dawut Ornan’gha, — «qandaqla bolmisun men toluq bahasi boyiche sétiwalimen; chünki men séningkini éliwélip Perwerdigargha atisam bolmaydu, bedel tölimey köydürme qurbanliqni hergiz sunmaymen».
And king David said to Ornan: 'Nay, but I will verily buy it for the full price; for I will not take that which is thine for the LORD, nor offer a burnt-offering without cost.'
25 Shuning bilen Dawut alte yüz shekel altunni ölchep Ornan’gha bérip u yerni sétiwaldi.
So David gave to Ornan for the place six hundred shekels of gold by weight.
26 Dawut u yerge Perwerdigargha atap bir qurban’gah saldi we köydürme qurbanliq we inaqliq qurbanliqi sunup, Perwerdigargha nida qildi; Perwerdigar uning tiligini qobul körüp, jawaben asmandin köydürme qurbanliq qurban’gahigha ot chüshürdi.
And David built there an altar unto the LORD, and offered burnt-offerings and peace-offerings, and called upon the LORD; and He answered him from heaven by fire upon the altar of burnt-offering.
27 Perwerdigar Perishtisini buyruwidi, U qilichini qaytidin ghilipigha saldi.
And the LORD commanded the angel; and he put up his sword back into the sheath thereof.
28 U chaghda, Dawut Perwerdigarning Yebusiylardin bolghan Ornanning xaminida uning tilikige jawab bergenlikini körüp, shu yerde qurbanliq sunushqa bashlidi.
At that time, when David saw that the LORD had answered him in the threshing-floor of Ornan the Jebusite, then he sacrificed there.
29 U chaghda, Musa chölde yasatqan Perwerdigarning chédiri we köydürme qurbanliq qurban’gahi Gibéonning égizlikide idi;
For the tabernacle of the LORD, which Moses made in the wilderness, and the altar of burnt-offering, were at that time in the high place at Gibeon.
30 lékin Dawut Perwerdigarning Perishtisining qilichidin qorqup, u yerning aldigha bérip Xudadin yol sorashqa jür’et qilalmaytti.
But David could not go before it to inquire of God; for he was terrified because of the sword of the angel of the LORD.
