1 Әнди әй башқиларниң үстидин һөкүм қилидиған инсан, ким болушуңдин қәтъийнәзәр банә көрситәлмәйсән; чүнки башқилар үстидин қайси ишта һөкүм қилсаң, шу ишта өз гунайиңни бекитисән. Чүнки әй һөкүмчи, сән өзүңму уларға охшаш ишларни қиливатисән.
Wherefore thou art without excuse, O man that judgest, whoever thou art. For wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.
2 Бизгә мәлумки, Худаниң ундақ ишларни қилғанлар үстидин һөкүм чиқириши [мутләқ] һәқиқәткә асасланғандур.
But we know that the judgment of God is according to truth against those who practise such things.
3 Шуңа, и шундақ ишларни қилғанлар үстидин һөкүм чиқарғучи, шундақла шуниңға охшаш ишларни қилғучи инсан, өзүң Худаниң һөкүмидин қачалаймән дәп хиял қиламсән?
And dost thou suppose, O man, who art judging those who do such things, and art thyself doing the same, that thou wilt escape the judgment of God?
4 Яки Худаниң меһриванлиғиниң сени товва қилиш йолиға башлайдиғанлиғини һеч билмәй, униң меһриванлиғи, кәң қосақлиғи вә сәвир-тақитиниң моллуғиға сәл қараватамсән?
Or dost thou despise the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God is leading thee to repentance?
5 Әксичә, товва қилмайдиған җаһиллиғиң вә таш жүрәклигиңдин, Худа адил һөкүмини аян қилидиған ғәзәплик күни үчүн сән өз бешиңға чүшидиған ғәзивини топлаватисән.
But according to thy hardness and impenitent heart, thou art treasuring up for thyself wrath against the day of wrath and of the manifestation of the righteous judgment of God,
6 Худа һәр кимгә өз әмәллиригә яриша иш көриду.
who will render to every one according to his works;
7 Яхши ишларни сәвирчанлиқ билән қилип, шан-шәрәп, һөрмәт-еһтирам вә бақийлиқни издигәнләргә У мәңгүлүк һаят ата қилиду; (aiōnios g166)
everlasting life to those who by patient continuance in well-doing seek for glory, and honor, and incorruption; (aiōnios g166)
8 лекин шәхсийәтчиләргә, һәқиқәткә тән бәрмәй, әксичә һәққанийәтсизликкә әгәшкәнләргә ғәзәп-қәһр яғдурулиду;
but to those who are contentious, and disobedient to the truth; but obey unrighteousness, there will be wrath and indignation.
9 яманлиқ қилидиған барлиқ җан егисигә, алди билән Йәһудийларға, андин Грекләргә күлпәт вә дәрд-әләм чүшиду;
Tribulation and distress will be upon every soul of man whose works are evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Greek;
10 бирақ, барлиқ яхшилиқ қилғучиларға, алди билән Йәһудийларға, андин Грекләргә шан-шәрәп, һөрмәт-еһтирам вә аман-хатирҗәмлик тәқдим қилиниду.
but glory, honor, and peace, to every one whoso works are good, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
11 Чүнки Худада адәмниң йүз-хатирисини қилиш йоқтур.
For there is no respect of persons with God.
12 — чүнки Тәврат қанунини билмәй гуна садир қилғанларниң һәр бири Тәврат қануниниң һөкүмигә учримисиму, [әйипкә учрап] һалак болиду; Тәврат қанунини билип туруп гуна садир қилғанларниң һәр бири бу қанун бойичә сораққа тартилиду
For as many as have sinned without a law, will also perish without a law; and as many as have sinned under a law, will be judged by a law,
13 (чүнки Худаниң алдида қанунни аңлиғанлар әмәс, бәлки қанунға әмәл қилғучилар һәққаний һесаплиниду.
for it is not the hearers of a law who are righteous before God, but the doers of a law will be accounted righteous; —
14 Чүнки Тәврат қанунини билмәйдиған әлликләр тәбиий һалда бу қанунға уйғун ишларни қилса, гәрчә бу қанундин хәвәрсиз болсиму, Тәврат қануни уларда көрүнгән болиду.
for when the gentiles, who have no law, do by nature what is required by the Law, these, having no law, are a law to themselves;
15 Уларниң бу қилғанлири өз қәлблиригә қанун тәләплириниң пүтүклүк екәнлигини көрситиду; шуниңдәк, уларниң виҗданлириму өзлиригә һәқиқәтниң гувачиси болуп, ой-пикирлири өзини әйипләйду яки өзини ақлайду)
since they show that what the Law requireth is written in their hearts, their conscience bearing witness, and their thoughts in turn accusing or defending them; —
16 — мән йәткүзүп келиватқан бу хуш хәвәргә асасән Худаниң Әйса Мәсиһ арқилиқ инсанларниң қәлбидә пүккән мәхпий ишлар үстидин һөкүм чиқиридиған күнидә [жуқурида ейтилған ишлар чоқум йүз бериду].
in the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to the gospel which I have preached.
17 Сәнчу, әгәр өзүңни Йәһудий дәп атап, Тәврат қануниға үмүт бағлап, Худаға тәвәмән дәп махтансаң,
But if thou art called a Jew, and restest on the Law, and makest thy boast of God,
18 қанундин үгинип униң ирадисини билип, есил билән пәсни пәриқ әткән болсаң,
and knowest his will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the Law;
19 Тәврат қанунидин билим вә һәқиқәтниң җәвһиригә егә болдум дәп қарап, өзүңни корларға йол башлиғучи, қараңғуда қалғанларға маяк, наданларға үгәткүчи, гөдәкләргә устаз дәп ишәнгән болсаң —
and art confident that thou thyself art a guide of the blind, a light to those who are in darkness,
an instructor of those who lack wisdom, a teacher of babes, having the form of knowledge and of the truth in the Law, —
21 әнди сән башқиларға тәлим берисәну, өзүңгә бәрмәмсән? Оғрилиқ қилмаңлар дәп вәз ейтисәну, өзүң оғрилиқ қиламсән?
dost thou then who teachest another, not teach thyself? Thou who proclaimest that others should not steal, dost thou steal?
22 «Зина қилмаңлар» — дәп вәз ейтийсәну, өзүң зина қиламсән? Бутлардин нәпрәтлинисәну, өзүң бутханилардики нәрсиләрни булаң-талаң қиламсән?
Dost thou who forbiddest to commit adultery, thyself commit adultery? Thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou rob temples?
23 Тәврат қануни билән махтинисәну, өзүң шу қанунға хилаплиқ қилип, Худаға дағ кәлтүрәмсән?!
Dost thou who boastest of the Law, dishonor God by breaking the Law?
24 Худди [муқәддәс язмиларда] йезилғинидәк: «Силәрниң қилмишиңлар түпәйлидин Худаниң нами таипиләр арисида күпүрлүкқа учримақта».
For, as it is written, “the name of God is on your account blasphemed among the gentiles.”
25 Тәврат қануниға әмәл қилсаң, хәтнә қилинғиниңниң әһмийити болиду, лекин униңға хилаплиқ қилсаң, хәтнә қилинғиниң хәтнә қилинмиғандәк һесаплиниду.
For circumcision is indeed a benefit to thee, if thou keep the Law; but if thou art a breaker of the Law, thy circumcision hath become uncircumcision.
26 Әнди хәтнисизләр қанунниң тәләплигә әмәл қилса, гәрчә хәтнисиз болсиму, Худа тәрипидин хәтнилик һесапланмамду?
If then he who is uncircumcised keep the precepts of the Law, shall not he though uncircumcised be regarded as circumcised?
27 Тәврат қанун дәстуридин хәвәрдар вә хәтнилик туруқлуқ қанунға хилаплиқ қилғучи, и Йәһудий, қанунға әмәл қилидиған җисманий хәтнисизләр тәрипидин сениң гунайиң үстидин һөкүм чиқириливатмамду?
Yea, those who are by nature uncircumcised, if they perform the law, will judge thee, who having a written Law and circumcision, art a breaker of the Law.
28 Чүнки сиртқи көрүнүши Йәһудий болсила уни [һәқиқий] Йәһудий дегили болмайду, сиртқи җәһәттики җисманий хәтниниму [һәқиқий] хәтнә дегили болмайду,
For he is not a Jew, who is one outwardly, nor is that circumcision, which is outward, in the flesh;
29 роһида Йәһудий болғини [һәқиқий] Йәһудийдур; униң хәтнә қилинғини хәтнә қанун дәстури арқилиқ әмәс, бәлки қәлбидә, Роһтиндур. Бундақ кишиниң тәриплиниши инсанлар тәрипидин әмәс, бәлки Худа тәрипидин болиду.
but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is of the heart, spiritual, not literal, whose praise is not of men, but of God.
