1 Пәрвәрдигар һөкүм сүриду! У һәйвәтни кийим қилип кийгән; Пәрвәрдигар кийингән, У белини қудрәт билән бағлиған; Бәрһәқ, шуңа дуния мәзмут қилинған, У тәврәнмәс әсла.

Yahweh, you are the King! You are majestic, and the power that you have is [like] [MET] a robe that a king wears. You put the world firmly in place, and it will never be moved/shaken.

2 Сениң тәхтиң қедимдила бәрпа қилинған; Сән әзәлдин бар болғучисән!

You ruled as king a very long time ago; you have always existed.

3 Кәлкүн-ташқинлар өз садасини көтәрди, и Пәрвәрдигар, Кәлкүн-ташқинлар өз садасини көтәрди! Кәлкүн-ташқинлар урғучи долқунлирини жуқури көтәрди!

Yahweh, [when you created the world, you separated] the water from [the chaotic mass and formed oceans], and the waves of the waters [of those oceans] still roar,

4 Көп суларниң шавқунлиридин, Деңиз-океандики қудрәтлик долқунлардин, Үстүн турған Пәрвәрдигар қудрәтликтур!

[but] you are greater than the roar of those oceans, more powerful than the ocean waves! You are Yahweh, the one who is greater than any other god!

5 Сениң агаһ-гувалиқлириң немидегән ишәшликтур! Күнләр йоқ болғичә, и Пәрвәрдигар, Өйүңгә пак-муқәддәслик әбәдил-әбәт равадур.

Yahweh, your laws never change, and your temple has always been holy/sacred. And that will be true forever.
