1 Сулайман үчүн: — И Худа, падишаға һөкүмлириңни тапшурғайсән; Падишаһниң оғлиға Өз һәққанийлиғиңни бәргәйсән.
“By Solomon.” O God, give unto the king thy decisions, and thy righteousness unto the king's son.
2 Шундақ болғанда у Өз хәлқиң үчүн һәққанийлиқ билән, Саңа тәвә езилгән мөминләр үчүн адиллиқ билән һөкүм чиқириду;
He shall decide for thy people with righteousness, and for thy afflicted with justice.
3 Тағлар хәлиққә теч-аманлиқ елип келиду, Едирлиқларму һәққанийлиқ билән шундақ қилиду.
The mountains shall bear peace for the people, and the hills [the same], through righteousness.
4 Падиша хәлиқ арисидики езилгәнләргә адил һөкүмләрни чиқириду; У намратларниң балилирини қутқузиду, Залимларни битчит қилиду.
He shall judge the afflicted of the people, he shall give help to the children of the needy; but he shall crush the oppressor.
5 Шундақ болғанда күн вә ай йоқ болуп кәтмисила, Әвлаттин-әвлатқа хәлиқ Сәндин әйминиду.
They shall fear thee as long as the sun shineth, and in the presence of the moon, throughout all generations.
6 У болса гоя йеңидин орған отлаққа яққан ямғурдәк, Йәр суғиридиған һөл-йеғинлардәк чүшиду.
He shall come down like rain upon the mown grass, as showers which are dropping on the earth.
7 Униң күнлиридә һәққанийлар ронақ тапиду; Ай йоқ болғичә теч-аманлиқ тешип туриду.
In his days shall the righteous flourish; and abundance of peace [shall be] till the moon shall be no more.
8 У деңиздин-деңизларғичә, [Әфрат] дәриясидин йәр йүзиниң чәтлиригичә һөкүм сүриду.
And he shall have dominion from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth.
9 Чөл-баяванда яшаватқанлар униң алдида баш қойиду; Униң дүшмәнлири топиларни ялайду.
Before him shall bend down those that dwell in the wilderness; and his enemies shall lick the dust.
10 Таршишниң вә аралларниң падишалири униңға һәдийәләр тәқдим қилиду, Шеба вә Себаниң падишалириму соғатлар суниду.
The kings of Tharshish and of the isles shall bring presents: the kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer gifts.
11 Дәрвәқә, барлиқ падишалар униң алдида сәҗдә қилиду; Пүткүл әлләр униң хизмитидә болиду;
Yea, there shall bow down before him all kings: all nations shall serve him.
12 Чүнки у пәряд көтәргән йоқсулларни, Панаһсиз езилгәнләрни қутулдуриду;
For he will deliver the needy when he crieth; the afflicted also, who hath no helper.
13 У йоқсул-аҗизларға ичини ағритиду, Йоқсулларниң җенини қутқузиду;
He will spare the poor and needy; and the souls of the needy will he assist.
14 Уларниң җенини зулум-зомигәрликтин һөрлүккә чиқириду, Уларниң қени униң нәзиридә қиммәтликтур.
From wrong and violence will he deliver their soul; and precious shall their blood be in his eyes.
15 [Падишаһ] яшисун! Шебаниң алтунлиридин униңға сунулиду; Униң үчүн дуа тохтавсиз қилиниду; Униңға күн бойи бәхит тилиниду;
And he shall live; and he will give him of the gold of Sheba: and he will pray in his behalf continually; all the time will he bless him.
16 Йәр йүзидики һосул мол болиду, Һәтта тағ чоққилиридиму шундақ болиду. [Миғ-миғ] чүшкән мевиләр Ливандики орманлардәк тәвриниду; Шәһәрдикиләр болса даладики от-йешиллиқтәк гүллиниду;
There shall be an abundance of corn in the land; upon the top of the mountains its fruit shall shake like [the trees of] Lebanon; and [men] shall blossom out of the city like herbs of the earth.
17 Униң нами мәңгүгә өчмәйду, Униң нами қуяш йоқалғичә туриду; Адәмләр униң билән өзлиригә бәхит тиләйду, Барлиқ әлләр уни бәхитлик дәп атишиду.
His name will endure for ever; in the presence of the sun his name shall flourish: and men shall bless themselves with him: all nations shall call him happy.
18 Исраилниң Худаси, Пәрвәрдигар Худаға тәшәккүр-мәдһийә болғай! Карамәт ишларни Яратқучи ялғуз Удур!
Blessed be the Lord the God, the God of Israel, who alone doth wondrous things.
19 Униң шәрәплик намиға мәңгүгә тәшәккүр-мәдһийә оқулсун! Униң шан-шөһрити пүткүл дунияни қаплиғай! Амин! Вә амин!
And blessed he his glorious name for ever; and with his glory may the whole earth be filled: Amen, and Amen.
20 Йәссәниң оғли Давутниң дуалири шуниң билән тамам болди.
