1 Йүсүпниң оғли Манассәһниң нәслидин болған җәмәтләр ичидә Манассәһниң чәвриси, Макирниң әвриси, Гилеадниң нәвриси, Һәфәрниң оғли Зәлофиһадниң қизлири болуп, уларниң исми Маһлаһ, Ноаһ, Һоглаһ, Милкаһ, вә Тирзаһ еди.
Then the daughters of Zelophehad, the son of Hepher, the son of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh [Causing to forget], of the families of Manasseh [Causing to forget] the son of Joseph [May he add] came near. These are the names of his daughters: Mahlah, Noah [Rest], and Hoglah, and Milcah, and Tirzah.
2 Улар җамаәт чедириниң дәрвазиси алдиға келип, Муса билән каһин Әлиазар вә әмирләр билән пүткүл җамаәтниң алдида туруп:
They stood before Moses [Drawn out], and before Eleazar [Help of God] the priest, and before the princes and all the congregation, at the door of the Tent of Meeting, saying,
3 — Бизниң атимиз чөлдә өлүп кәткән; у у йәрдә Пәрвәрдигарға һуҗум қилғили жиғилғанлардин әмәс, йәни Кораһ гуруһидикиләрдин әмәс; у бәлки өз гунайи ичидә өлгән, вә униң оғул пәрзәнти йоқ еди.
“Our father died in the wilderness. He was not among the company of those who gathered themselves together against Adonai in the company of Korach [Bald one, Frost], but he died in his own crime deserving penalty, sin ·missing the goal·. He had no sons.
4 Немә үчүн атимизниң оғли йоқлуғи сәвәплик униң нами униң җәмәтидин өчүрүветилиду? Өзлириниң бизгә атимизниң қериндашлири қатарида мирас бөлүп беришлирини өтүнимиз, — деди.
Why should the name of our father be taken away from among his family, because he had no son? Give to us a possession among the brothers of our father.”
5 Муса уларниң бу ишини Пәрвәрдигарниң алдиға қойди.
Moses [Drawn out] brought their mishpat ·case· before Adonai.
6 Пәрвәрдигар Мусаға сөз қилип мундақ деди: —
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
7 Зәлофиһадниң қизлириниң ейтқини дурус, сән чоқум уларға атисиниң қериндашлири қатарида мирас бәр; уларниң атисиниң мирасини уларға өткүзүп бәргин.
“The daughters of Zelophehad speak right. You shall surely give them a possession of an inheritance among their father’s brothers. You shall cause the inheritance of their father to pass to them.
8 Сән Исраилларға ейтқин: «Бир адәм өлүп кәткән чағда униң оғли болмиса, ундақта силәр униң мирасини қизиға өткүзүп бериңлар.
You shall speak to the children of Israel [God prevails], saying, ‘If a man dies, and has no son, then you shall cause his inheritance to pass to his daughter.
9 Қизи болмиса, мирасини қериндашлириға бериңлар.
If he has no daughter, then you shall give his inheritance to his brothers.
10 Қериндашлири болмиса, мирасини ата җәмәт тағилириға бериңлар.
If he has no brothers, then you shall give his inheritance to his father’s brothers.
11 Әгәр униң атисиниң қериндашлири болмиса, ундақта униң мирасини униң җәмәтидики әң йеқин бир туққиниға бериңлар; у адәм униң мирасиға егә болсун. Бу Пәрвәрдигар Мусаға буйруғандәк, Исраилларға чүшүрүлгән һөкүм, қанун-бәлгүлимә болуп қалсун».
If his father has no brothers, then you shall give his inheritance to his kinsman who is next to him of his family, and he shall possess it. This shall be a statute and judgement for the children of Israel [God prevails], as Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out].’”
12 Пәрвәрдигар Мусаға: — Сән маву Абарим теғиға чиқип, Мән Исраилларға тәқдим қилған зиминға қарап бақ.
Adonai said to Moses [Drawn out], “Go up into this mountain of Abarim, and see the land which I have given to the children of Israel [God prevails].
13 Көрүп болғандин кейин сәнму акаң Һарунға охшаш өз хәлиқлириңгә қошулисән.
When you have seen it, you also shall be gathered to your people, as Aaron [Light-bringer] your brother was gathered;
14 Чүнки Зин чөлидә, җамаәт җедәл чиқарған чағда, иккиңлар Мениң буйруғимға асийлиқ қилип, суниң ишида (Зин чөлидә, Қадәштики «Мәрибаһ сулири» дегән җайда) Мени җамаәтниң алдида муқәддәс дәп һөрмәтлимидиңлар, — деди.
because in the strife of the congregation, you rebelled against my word in the wilderness of Zin, to honor me as holy at the waters before their eyes.” (These are the waters of Meribah [Quarreling] of Kadesh in the wilderness of Zin.)
15 Муса Пәрвәрдигарға сөз қилип:
Moses [Drawn out] spoke to Adonai, saying,
16 — И Пәрвәрдигар, барлиқ әт егилириниң роһлириниң Худаси, Өз җамаитиниң падичисиз падидәк болуп қелишиниң алдини елиш үчүн җамаәтни идарә қилидиған, уларниң алдиға кирип чиқалайдиған, уларни башлап маңалайдиған бир адәмни тикләп беришиңни тиләймән, — деди.
“Let Adonai, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation,
who may go out before them, and who may come in before them, and who may lead them out, and who may bring them in; that the congregation of Adonai not be as sheep which have no shepherd.”
18 Сән Нунниң оғли Йәшуани таллиғин, — деди Пәрвәрдигар Мусаға, — Униңда Роһум бар, сән қолуңни униң бешиға қой,
Adonai said to Moses [Drawn out], “Take Joshua [Yah Salvation] the son of Nun, a man in whom is the breath mind Spirit, and lay your hand on him.
19 уни каһин Әлиазар вә барлиқ җамаәтниң алдида турғузуп вәзипигә қой.
Set him before Eleazar [Help of God] the priest, and before all the congregation; and enjoin him in their sight.
20 Сән пүткүл Исраил җамаити униң гепигә кириши үчүн өзүңниң иззәт-шөһритиңдин бир қисмини униңға бәргин.
You shall give authority to him, that all the congregation of the children of Israel [God prevails] may obey.
21 У каһин Әлиазарниң алдида турсун, [Әлиазар] уримниң һөкүмини васитә қилип туруп, Пәрвәрдигарниң һозурида униң үчүн йол сорисун; Исраил хәлқи, йәни пүткүл җамаәт униң буйруғи билән чиқиду, униң буйруғи билән кириши керәк.
He shall stand before Eleazar [Help of God] the priest, who shall inquire for him by the judgments of the Urim before Adonai. At his word they shall go out, and at his word they shall come in, both he, and all the children of Israel [God prevails] with him, even all the congregation.”
22 Шуниң билән Муса Пәрвәрдигарниң буйруғи бойичә иш көрүп, Йәшуани башлап келип, каһин Әлиазарниң вә барлиқ җамаәтниң алдида турғузди;
Moses [Drawn out] did as Adonai enjoined him. He took Joshua [Yah Salvation], and set him before Eleazar [Help of God] the priest, and before all the congregation.
23 [Әлиазар] қолини униң бешиға қоюп, уни Пәрвәрдигарниң Мусаниң вастиси билән буйруғинидәк вәзипигә қойди.
He laid his hands on him, and enjoined him, as Adonai spoke by Moses [Drawn out].
