1 Пәрвәрдигар Мусаға сөз қилип мундақ деди: —
And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying:
2 Сән Исраилларға сөз қилип мундақ дегин: — Әгәр Исраилларниң бири вә яки Исраил зиминида туруватқан мусапирларниң бири Моләк бутиға нәслиниң бирини беғишлиса, униңға өлүм җазаси берилиши керәк; зиминдикиләр уни чалма-кесәк қилсун.
Unto the sons of Israel, therefore shalt thou say, What man soever, there may be of the sons of Israel, or of the sojourners that sojourn in Israel, that giveth of his seed unto Molech, he shall, surely be put to death, —the people of the land shall stone him with stones;
3 Вә Мән Өз йүзүмни бу кишигә қарши қилимән, чүнки өзи өз әвлатлириниң бирини Моләк бутиға беғишлап муқәддәс җайимни паскина қилип, Мениң намимни булғиғини үчүн уни өз хәлқидин үзүп ташлаймән.
I, also, will set my face against that man, and will cut him off out of the midst of his people, —because of his seed, hath he given unto Molech, seeing that he hath made unclean my sanctuary, even to the extent of profaning my holy name.
4 Әгәр зиминда туруватқанлар өз нәслидин бирини Моләккә беғишлиғанда шу кишигә көзлирини жумуп, униң билән кари болмиса, шундақла уни өлтүрмисә,
But, if the people of the land, do even hide, their eyes from that man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, —so as not to put him to death,
5 Мән Өзүм йүзүмни у киши билән униң аилисигә қарши қилимән, уни вә униңға әгишип бузуқчилиқ қилғучилар, йәни Моләкниң кәйнидин жүрүп бузуқчилиқ қилғучиларниң һәммисини өз хәлқидин үзүп ташлаймән.
then will I myself, set my face against that man, and against his family, —and will cut him off, and all that follow unchastely after him—in going unchastely after Molech—out of the midst of their people.
6 Җинкәшләр билән сеһиргәрләргә тайинип, уларниң кәйнигә кирип бузуқчилиқ қилип жүргүчиләр болса, Мән йүзүмни шу кишиләргә қарши қилип, уни өз хәлқидин үзүп ташлаймән.
The person also that turneth unto mediums and unto oracles, in going unchastely after them, then will I set my face against that person, and will cut him off out of the midst of his people.
7 Шуңа өзүңларни пак қилип муқәддәс болуңлар, чүнки Мән Худайиңлар Пәрвәрдигардурмән.
Therefore shall ye hallow yourselves and be holy, —Because I—Yahweh, am your God.
8 Қанун-бәлгүлимилиримни тутуп, уларға әмәл қилиңлар; Мән болсам силәрни муқәддәс қилғучи Пәрвәрдигардурмән.
Therefore shall ye observe my statutes, and do them, —I—Yahweh, am he that is hallowing you.
9 Әгәр бирким өз атиси яки анисини қарғиса, уларға өлүм җазаси берилмисә болмайду; чүнки у өз ата-анисини қарғиғини үчүн өз қени өз бешиға чүшкән болиду.
When, any man whatsoever, curseth his father or his mother, he shall surely be put to death, —his father or his mother, hath he cursed, his blood, shall be upon himself.
10 Әгәр бирким башқисиниң аяли билән зина қилса, йәни өз хошнисиниң аяли билән зина қилса, зина қилған әр билән аял иккиси өлүм җазасини тартмиса болмайду.
And, any man, who committeth adultery with the wife of any other man, he that committeth adultery with the wife of his neighbour shall surely be put to death—the adulterer, and the adulteress.
11 Әгәр бириси атисиниң аяли билән ятса, өз атисиниң әвритигә тәккән болиду; улар иккиси өлүм җазасини тартмиса болмайду; уларниң қени өз бешиға чүшкән болиду.
And any man who lieth with his father’s wife, the shame of his father, hath uncovered, —they both shall, surely be put to death—their blood shall be upon themselves.
12 Бириси өз келини билән ятса, иккиси ипласлиқ қилғини үчүн өлүм җазасини тартмиса болмайду; уларниң қени өз бешиға чүшкән болиду.
And any man who lieth with his daughter-in-law, they both shall, surely be put to death, confusion, have they wrought—their blood shall be upon themselves.
13 Бириси аял киши билән ятқандәк әр киши билән ятса иккиси жиркиничлик иш қилған болиду; уларға өлүм җазаси берилмисә болмайду. Өз қени өз бешиға чүшкән болиду.
And any man who lieth with mankind as with womankind, an abomination, have both of them wrought, —they shall, surely be put to death, —their blood, shall be upon themselves.
14 Әгәр бириси қизи билән анисини қошуп хотунлуққа алса пәсәндилик қилған болиду. Әр билән икки аял отта көйдүрүлсун. Шуниң билән араңларда һеч пәсәндилик иш болмайду.
And, any man, who taketh a woman and her mother, wickedness, it is, —in fire, shall both he and they be consumed, that wickedness be not in your midst.
15 Бириси бир һайван билән мунасивәт өткүзсә, у өлүм җазасини тартсун, һайванниму өлтурүңлар.
And, any man, who hath carnal knowledge of a beast, shall, surely be put to death, —and, the beast, shall ye slay.
16 Әгәр аял киши бир һайванниң қешиға берип мунасивәт қилдурса, аял билән һайванниң иккисини өлтүрүңлар; өз қени өз бешиға чүшкән болиду.
And, a woman, who approacheth unto any beast, to couch down thereto, then shalt thou slay the woman and the beast, —they shall surely be put to death, —their blood, shall be upon themselves.
17 Бириси ача-сиңлисини, йәни атисидин яки анисидин болған қизни елип, әвритигә тәгсә вә бу қизму униң әвритигә тәгсә уятлиқ иш болиду; шуниң үчүн әр-аял иккиси өз хәлқиниң көз алдидин үзүп ташлансун; у өз һәдә яки сиңлисиниң әвритигә тәккәчкә, өз қәбиһлиги өз бешиға чүшкән болиду.
And, any man, who taketh his sister—his father’s daughter or his mother’s daughter, and vieweth her shame, and, she, vieweth his shame, a disgrace, it is, —they shall therefore be cut off in the sight of the sons of their people, —the shame of his sister, hath he uncovered—his iniquity, shall he bear.
18 Бириси адәт көргән ағриқ вақтида бир аял билән биргә йетип, униң әвритигә тәгсә, ундақта у униң қан мәнбәсигә тәккән, аялму қан мәнбәсини ечип бәргән болуп, иккиси өз хәлқидин үзүп ташлиниду.
And, any man, who lieth with a woman having her sickness, and uncovereth her shame, her fountain, hath he exposed, she, also hath uncovered her fountain of blood, —they shall therefore both be cut off out of the midst of their people.
19 Сән өз анаңниң ача-сиңлиси вә атаңниң ача-сиңлисиниң әвритигә тәгмә; чүнки кимки шундақ қилса йеқин туққининиң әвритигә тәккән болиду; улар иккилисиниң өз қәбиһлиги өз бешиға чүшкән болиду.
And the shame of thy mother’s sister, or of thy father’s sister, shalt thou not uncover, —for his near of kin, hath he exposed—their iniquity, shall they bear.
20 Бириси тағисиниң аяли билән ятса тағисиниң әвритигә тәккән болиду; иккилиси өз гунайини өз бешиға алиду; улар пәрзәнтсиз өлиду.
And, any man, who lieth with his uncle’s wife, the shame of his uncle, hath he uncovered, —their sin, shall they bear—childless, shall they die.
21 Бириси ака-инисиниң аялини алса паскина бир иш болиду. У өз биртуққан ака-инисиниң әвритигә тәккән болиду; улар иккилиси пәрзәнтсиз қалиду.
And, any man, who taketh his brother’s wife, impurity, it is, —the shame of his brother, hath he uncovered—childless, shall they remain.
22 Силәр Мениң барлиқ қанун бәлгүлимилирим билән барлиқ һөкүмлиримни тутуп, буниңға мувапиқ әмәл қилиңлар; болмиса, Мән силәрни елип берип турғузидиған зимин силәрни қусуп чиқириветиду.
Therefore shall ye observe all my statutes and all my regulations, and do them, —So shall the land whereinto I am bringing you to dwell therein, not vomit you forth;
23 Силәр Мән алдиңлардин һайдиветидиған әлләрниң рәсим-қаидилири бойичә маңсаңлар болмайду; чүнки улар бу жиркиничлик ишларниң һәммисини қилип кәлди, вә шуниң үчүн улар Маңа жиркиничлик болди.
So shall ye not walk in the—statutes of the nations, which I am casting out from before you, —For all these things, had they done, Therefore I abhorred them;
24 Шуниң үчүн Мән силәргә: «Силәр уларниң зиминини мирас қилип алисиләр; Мән шу сүт билән һәсәл ақидиған зиминни силәргә беримән», дәп ейтқан едим; силәрни башқа хәлиқләрдин айрим қилған Худайиңлар Пәрвәрдигардурмән.
And said unto you—Ye, shall possess their soil, Yea, I myself, will give it you to possess it, A land flowing with milk and honey, —I—Yahweh, am your God, who have distinguished you from the peoples;
25 Шуңа силәр пак вә напак чарпайларни пәриқ етип, пак вә напак учар-қанатларни тонуп, Мән силәр үчүн айрип, напак қилип бекитип бәргән җаниварларниң ичидин һәр қандиқи, чарпай яки учар-қанат болсун яки йәрдә өмилигүчи җанивар болсун, уларниң һеч бири билән өзүңларни напак қилмаңлар.
Therefore shall ye make a distinction—Between the clean beasts, and the unclean, —And between the unclean birds and the clean, —So shall ye not make your persons abominable with beast, or with bird or with anything which creepeth upon the ground, which I have distinguished for you, as unclean.
26 Силәр Маңа хас пак-муқәддәс болушуңлар керәк; чүнки Мән Пәрвәрдигар пак-муқәддәстурмән, силәрни Маңа хас болсун дәп барлиқ әлләрдин айрим қилғанмән.
Therefore shall ye be unto me, holy persons, for, holy, am, I—Yahweh, —Therefore have I distinguished you from the peoples, that ye may be mine.
27 Җинкәш яки сеһиргәр болған һәр қандақ әр яки хотун кишигә өлүм җазаси берилмисә болмайду; хәлиқ уларни чалма-кесәк қилсун; уларниң қени өз бешиға чүшкән болиду.
And as touching man or woman, when there shall be in them a familiar spirit, or the spirit of an oracle, they shall, surely be put to death, —with stones, shall they be stoned—their blood, shall be upon themselves.
