1 Пәрвәрдигар Муса билән Һарунға мундақ деди: —
After, the Lord spake vnto Moses and to Aaron, saying vnto them,
2 Исраилларға мундақ дегин: — Йәр йүзидики барлиқ һайванларниң ичидин силәргә йейишкә болидиған җаниварлар шуки: —
Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say, These are the beastes which yee shall eate, among all the beasts that are on the earth.
3 Һайванлар ичидә һәм туяқлири пүтүн ачимақ (туяқлири пүтүнләй йериқ) һәм көшигүчи һайванларниң һәр бирини йесәңлар болиду.
Whatsoeuer parteth the hoofe, and is clouen footed, and cheweth the cudde, among the beastes, that shall ye eate.
4 Лекин көшигүчи яки ачимақ туяқлиқ һайванлардин төвәндикиләрни йемәслигиңлар керәк: — Төгә: чүнки у көшигини билән туйиғи ачимақ әмәс. Шуңа у силәргә һарам болиду.
But of them that chewe the cud, or deuide the hoofe onely, of them yee shall not eate: as the camel, because he cheweth the cud, and deuideth not ye hoofe, he shall be vncleane vnto you.
5 Суғур болса көшигини билән туйиғи ачимақ әмәс — у силәргә һарам болиду.
Likewise the conie, because he cheweth the cud and deuideth not the hoofe, he shall bee vncleane to you.
6 Тошқан болса буму көшигини билән туйиғи ачимақ әмәс — у силәргә һарам болиду.
Also the hare, because he cheweth the cud, and deuideth not the hoofe, he shalbe vncleane to you.
7 Чошқа болса туяқлири ачимақ (туяқлири пүтүнләй йериқ) болғини билән көшимигини үчүн силәргә һарам болиду.
And the swine, because he parteth ye hoofe and is clouen footed, but cheweth not the cud, he shalbe vncleane to you.
8 Силәр шу һайванларниң гөшидин йемәслигиңлар керәк вә уларниң өлүгигиму тәгмәңлар. Улар болса силәргә һарам болиду.
Of their flesh shall yee not eate, and their carkeise shall yee not touch: for they shall bee vncleane to you.
9 Суда яшайдиған җаниварлардин төвәндикиләрни йейишкә болиду: — судики, йәни дәрия-деңизлардики җаниварлардин қанити вә қасирақлири болғанларни йейишкә болиду;
These shall ye eate, of all that are in the waters: whatsoeuer hath finnes and skales in ye waters, in the seas, or in the riuers, them shall ye eate.
10 лекин дәрия-деңизларда яшайдиған, йәни суларда топ-топ үзидиған барлиқ җаниварлардин, қасирақлири яки қанити болмиғанлирини йемәслигиңлар керәк; улар силәргә жиркиничлик саналсун.
But all that haue not finnes nor skales in the seas, or in the riuers, of all that moueth in the waters, and of al liuing things that are in the waters, they shalbe an abomination vnto you.
11 Мәзкур җаниварлар дәрвәқә силәргә жиркиничлик саналсун; силәр уларниң гөшидин йемәслигиңлар керәк; уларниң өлүгини жиркиничлик дәп қараңлар.
They, I say, shalbe an abomination to you: ye shall not eate of their flesh, but shall abhorre their carkeis.
12 Судики җаниварларниң ичидин қанити билән қасириғи болмиған җаниварларниң һәммиси силәргә жиркиничлик саналсун.
Whatsoeuer hath not fins nor skales in the waters, that shalbe abomination vnto you.
13 Учар-қанатлардин төвәндикиләр силәргә жиркиничликтур; улар йейилмәслиги керәк вә силәргә жиркиничлик болсун: — йәни бүркүт, қорултаз-тапқушлар, деңиз бүркүти,
These shall ye haue also in abomination among the foules, they shall not be eaten: for they are an abomination, the eagle, and the goshauke, and the osprey:
14 қарлиғач қуйруқлуқ сар, лачин вә уларниң хиллири,
Also the vultur, and the kite after his kinde,
15 һәммә қарға-қозғунлар вә уларниң хиллири,
And all rauens after their kinde:
16 мөшүкяпилақ, төгиқуш, чайка, сар вә уларниң хиллири,
The ostrich also, and the night crowe, and the seameaw, and the hauke after his kinde:
17 һувқуш, қарна, ибис,
The litle owle also, and the connorant, and the great owle.
18 аққу, сақийқуш, белиқъалғуч,
Also the redshanke and the pelicane, and the swanne:
19 ләйләк, турна вә униң хиллири, һөпүп вә шәпәрәң қатарлиқлар силәргә һарам саналсун.
The storke also, the heron after his kinde, and the lapwing, and the backe:
20 Буниңдин башқа төрт путлап маңидиған, учидиған ушшақ җаниварларниң һәммиси силәргә жиркиничлик болиду.
Also euery foule that creepeth and goeth vpon all foure, such shalbe an abomination vnto you.
21 Һалбуки, төрт путлап маңидиған, учидиған ушшақ җаниварлардин төвәндикиләрни йесәңлар болиду: — пути билән үгилик пачиғи болуп, йәр йүзидә сәкрәләйдиғанларни йесәңлар болиду;
Yet these shall ye eate: of euery foule that creepeth, and goeth vpon all foure which haue their feete and legs all of one to leape withal vpon the earth,
22 буларниң ичидин силәргә йейишкә болидиғанлири: — чекәткә вә униң хиллири, қара чекәткә вә униң хиллири, томузға вә униң хиллири, чақчиқиз вә униң хиллири.
Of them ye shall eate these, the grashopper after his kinde, and the solean after his kinde, the hargol after his kinde, and the hagab after his kind.
23 Лекин төрт путлуқ болған өмилигүчи һәм учидиған һәммә башқа җаниварлар силәргә жиркиничлик саналсун.
But al other foules that creepe and haue foure feete, they shalbe abomination vnto you.
24 Бу җаниварлардинму мундақ йол билән напак болисиләр; бирким уларниң өлүк тенигә тәгсә кәч киргичә напак һесаплиниду.
For by such ye shalbe polluted: whosoeuer toucheth their carkeis, shalbe vncleane vnto the euening.
25 Кимдәким буларниң өлүгиниң бир қисмини көтәрсә өз кийимлирини жуюши керәк, у киши кәч киргичә напак һесаплиниду.
Whosoeuer also beareth of their carkeis, shall wash his clothes, and be vncleane vntil euen.
26 Туяқлири ачимақ, бирақ пүтүнләй бөлүнмигән яки көшимәйдиған һайванларниң һәммиси силәргә һарамдур; һәр ким [уларниң өлүгигә] тәгсә напак саналсун.
Euery beast that hath clawes deuided, and is not clouen footed, nor cheweth the cud, such shalbe vncleane vnto you: euery one that toucheth them, shalbe vncleane.
27 Төрт пути билән маңидиған һайванларниң ичидин тапини билән маңидиғанларниң һәммиси силәргә напак болуп, һәр ким уларниң өлүк тәнлиригә тәгсә кәч киргичә напак санилиду.
And whatsoeuer goeth vpon his pawes among all maner beastes that goeth on all foure, such shalbe vncleane vnto you: who so doth touch their carkeis shalbe vncleane vntil the euen.
28 Кимки уларниң өлүгини көтәрсә өз кийимлирини жуюши керәк, у киши кәч киргичә напак туриду. Бу һайванлар болса силәргә һарам болиду.
And he that beareth their carkeis, shall wash his clothes, and be vncleane vntill the euen: for such shalbe vncleane vnto you.
29 Йәр йүзидә өмилигүчи ушшақ җаниварларниң ичидин силәргә һарам болғанлар мунулар: — қариғу зокор, чашқан, кәсләнчүк вә уларниң түрлири,
Also these shalbe vncleane to you amog the things that creepe and moue vpon the earth, the weasell, and the mouse, and the frog, after his kinde:
30 салма, қизил кәсләнчүк, там кәсләнчүги, түгүрүк кәсләнчүк вә хамелеон қатарлиқлар һарам болиду.
Also the rat, and the lizard, and the chameleon, and the stellio, and the molle.
31 Буларниң һәммиси йәр йүзидә өмүлигүчи һәммә ушшақ җаниварларниң ичидә силәргә һарам болиду; уларниң өлүгигә тәгсә, кәч киргичә напак санилиду.
These shall be vncleane to you among all that creepe: whosoeuer doeth touch them when they be dead, shalbe vncleane vntil the euen.
32 Бу җаниварларниң өлүги һәр қандақ немигә чүшүп қалса шу немә напак һесаплиниду — һәр қандақ яғач қача-қуча болсун, кийим болсун, терә болсун, тағар болсун, һәр қандақ ишқа ишлитилидиған әсвап болсун, суға чилиниши керәк; улар кәч киргичә напак санилип, кейин пак болиду.
Also whatsoeuer any of the dead carkeises of them doth fall vpon, shalbe vncleane, whether it be vessel of wood, or rayment, or skinne, or sacke: whatsoeuer vessel it be that is occupied, it shalbe put in the water as vncleane vntil the euen, and so be purified.
33 Буларниң бири сапалдин ясалған һәр қандақ қача ичигә чүшүп қалса, шу қача ичидики һәммә нәрсә напак саналсун вә қача өзи сундурулсун.
But euery earthen vessel, whereinto any of them falleth, whatsoeuer is within it shalbe vncleane, and ye shall breake it.
34 Әгәр қачидики судин аш-таам үстигә чачрап кәтсә, аш-таам напак саналсун вә шундақла қачидики һәр қандақ ичимликму напак саналсун.
Al meate also that shalbe eaten, if any such water come vpon it, shalbe vncleane: and all drinke that shalbe drunke in al such vessels shalbe vncleane.
35 Һәр немигә ундақ өлүкниң бирәр қисми чүшүп қалсиму, напак саналсун. Әгәр тонур вә очақ болса, напак болди дәп чеқиветилсун; улар силәргә һарам болсун.
And euery thing that their carkeis fall vpon, shalbe vncleane: the fornais or the pot shalbe broken: for they are vncleane, and shalbe vncleane vnto you.
36 Лекин шундақ әһвалда булақ яки су жиғилидиған көлчәк йәнила пак санилиду; амма бирким уларниң өлүк тенигә тәгсә напак болиду.
Yet the fountaines and welles where there is plentie of water shalbe cleane: but that which toucheth their carkeises shalbe vncleane.
37 Әгәр ундақ өлүкниң бирәр қисми теришқа тәйярланған данларға чүшүп қалса, буму йәнила пак санилиду.
And if there fal of their dead carkeis vpon any seede, which vseth to be sowe, it shalbe cleane.
38 Лекин әгәр данниң үстигә су қуюлғандин кейин шундақ бир өлүкниң бирәр қисми чүшүп қалса, ундақта бу данлар силәргә напак саналсун.
But if any water be powred vpon ye seede, and there fal of their dead carkeis thereon, it shall be vncleane vnto you.
39 Әгәр силәргә йейишкә болидиған һайванлардин бири өлүп қалса, униң өлүгигә тәккән киши кәч киргичә напак саналсун.
If also any beast, whereof ye may eate, die, he that toucheth the carkeis thereof shall be vncleane vntil the euen.
40 Кимки ундақ өлүкниң гөшидин йесә, өз кийимлирини жуюши керәк вә кәч киргичә напак саналсун; шундақла ундақ бир өлүкни көтәргән кишиму кийимлирини жуюши керәк вә у киши кәч киргичә напак саналсун.
And he that eateth of the carkeis of it, shall wash his clothes and be vncleane vntil the euen: he also that beareth the carkeis of it, shall wash his clothes, and be vncleane vntil the euen.
41 Йәр йүзидә өмүлигүчи һәммә ушшақ җаниварлар жиркиничлик санилип, һәргиз йейилмисун.
Euery creeping thing therefore that creepeth vpon the earth shalbe an abomination, and not be eaten.
42 Қосиғи билән беғирлап маңидиған җанивар болсун, йәр йүзидә жүрүп төрт пути билән яки көп путлири билән маңидиған өмилигүчи җаниварларниң һәртүрлүгини болса, уларни һәргиз йемәңлар; чүнки улар жиркиничликдур.
Whatsoeuer goeth vpon the breast, and whatsoeuer goeth vpon al foure, or that hath many feete among all creeping thinges that creepe vpon the earth, ye shall not eate of them, for they shalbe abomination.
43 Силәр болсаңлар мундақ өмилигүчи җаниварниң сәвәвидин өзүңларни жиркиничлик қилмаслиғиңлар керәк. Өзүңларни улар түпәйлидин напак қилмаңлар, болмиса уларниң сәвәвидин булғинип қалисиләр;
Ye shall not pollute your selues with any thing that creepeth, neither make your selues vncleane with them, neither defile your selues thereby: ye shall not, I say, be defiled by them,
44 чүнки Мән Худайиңлардурмән. Силәр өзүңларни [Өзүмгә] атап муқәддәс қилишиңлар керәк; Мән Өзүм муқәддәс болғач силәрму өзүңларни муқәддәс тутушуңлар керәк. Силәр өзүңларни йәр йүзидә өмилигүчи ушшақ һәр қандақ җаниварларниң сәвәвидин напак қилмаңлар.
For I am the Lord your God: be sanctified therefore, and be holy, for I am holy, and defile not your selues with any creeping thing, that creepeth vpon the earth.
45 Чүнки Мән өз Худайиңлар болушқа силәрни Мисир зиминидин чиқирип кәлгән Пәрвәрдигардурмән; силәр муқәддәс болуңлар, чүнки Мән муқәддәстурмән.
For I am the Lord that brought you out of the lande of Egypt, to be your God, and that you should be holy, for I am holy.
46 Шулар болса чарпай билән учар-қанатлар, суда жүридиған һәр бир җанивар билән йәр йүзидә өмилигүчи һәр бир ушшақ җаниварлар тоғрисидики қанун-бәлгүлимидур.
This is the law of beasts, and of foules, and of euery liuing thing that moueth in the waters, and of euery thing that creepeth vpon the earth:
47 Булар билән һарам-һалални уқуп, йейишкә болидиған һайван билән йейишкә болмайдиған һайванларни пәриқ етәләйсиләр.
That there may be a difference betweene the vncleane and cleane, and betweene the beast that may be eaten, and the beast that ought not to be eaten.
