1 Өтүп кетиш һейтидин илгири, Әйса бу дуниядин айрилип, Атиниң йениға баридиған вақит-саатниң йетип кәлгәнлигини билди вә шуниң үчүн бу дуниядики өз адәмлиригә көрситип кәлгән меһир-муһәббитини ахирғичә толуқ көрситип турди.
Now before the feast of the passover, Jesus knew that his hour had come that he must go out of this world to his Father; and having loved his own that were in the world, he loved them to the end.

And supper being over, the devil having already put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon, to deliver him up,

Jesus, knowing that the Father had delivered all things into his hands, and that he had come from God, and was going to God,

arose from supper, and laid aside his garments, and taking a towel, he girded himself.

Then he poured water into a basin, and began to wash his disciples feet, and to wipe them with the towel with which he was girded.
6 Нөвәт Симон Петрусқа кәлгәндә, Петрус униңға: — И Рәб, путумни сән жуйсаң қандақ болғини?! — деди.
Then he came to Simon Peter; and Peter said to him: Lord, dost thou wash my feet?
7 Әйса униңға: — Немә қиливатқинимни һазир билмәйсән, лекин кейин билисән, — деди.
Jesus answered and said to him: What I am doing you know not now, but you will know hereafter.
8 Петрус: — Сән мениң путумни жуйсаң һәргиз болмайду! — деди. Әйса униңға җававән: — Сени юмисам, мениң билән тәң несивәң болмайду, — деди. (aiōn g165)
Peter said to him: Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him: Unless I wash you, you have no part with me. (aiōn g165)
9 Симон Петрус: — И Рәб, ундақта пәқәт путлиримнила әмәс, қоллиримниму, бешимниму жуйғайсән! — деди.
Simon Peter said to him: Lord, not my feet only, but my hands and my head.
10 Әйса униңға: — Бәдини жуюлуп, тамамән пакиз болған адәм пәқәт путлирини юсила қайта жуюнушиниң һаҗити болмайду. Силәр пакиз, лекин һәммиңлар әмәс, — деди
Jesus said to him: He that has bathed needs nothing else save to wash his feet, but is wholly clean. And you are clean, but not all.
11 (чүнки у өзини кимниң тутуп беридиғанлиғини биләтти; шуниң үчүн у «Һәммиңларла пакиз әмәс» дегән еди).
For he knew who would deliver him up; for this reason he said, You are not all clean.
12 Шуниң билән у уларниң путлирини жуюп болғандин кейин, тон-көйнигини кийип, йәнә дәстиханға олтирип уларға мундақ деди: — Силәргә немә қилғинимни уқтуңларму?
Therefore, when he had washed their feet, and had taken his garments, he reclined at table again, and said to them: Do you understand what I have done for you?
13 Силәр мени «Устаз» вә «Рәб» дәйсиләр вә раст ейтисиләр, мән шундақтурмән.
You call me Teacher and Lord; and you say well, for so I am.
14 Әгәр мән Рәб вә устазиңлар туруқлуқ, путлириңларни жуйған екәнмән, силәрму бир-бириңларниң путлирини жуюшуңлар керәк.
If, then, I, your Lord and your Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet.
15 Мән силәргә қилғандәк силәрниңму һәм шундақ қилишиңлар үчүн бу үлгини қалдурдум.
For I have given you an example, that you also may do as I have done for you.
16 Бәрһәқ, бәрһәқ, мән силәргә шуни ейтип қояйки, қул ғоҗайинидин үстүн турмайду, әлчиму өзини әвәткүчидин үстүн турмайду.
Verily, verily I say to you, the servant is not greater than his master, nor is he that is sent greater than he that sent him.
17 Бу ишларни билгән екәнсиләр, шундақ қилсаңлар бәхитликсиләр!
If you know these things, blessed are you, if you do them.
18 Мән буларни һәммиңларға қаритип ейтмидим. Мән таллиғанлиримни билимән, лекин [муқәддәс язмиларда] алдин пүтүлгән: «Мән билән һәмдәстихан болуп ненимни йегәнму маңа пут атти!» дегән бу сөз әмәлгә ашурулмай қалмайду.
I speak not of you all. I know whom I have chosen: but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eats bread with me has lifted up his heel against me.
19 Мән бу иш йүз бериштин авал уни силәргә ейтип қояйки, у ишлар йүз бәргәндә мениң «Бар Болғучи» екәнлигимгә ишинисиләр.
I tell you this now, before it comes to pass, that when it comes to pass, you may believe that I am he.
20 Бәрһәқ, бәрһәқ, силәргә шуни ейтип қояйки, кимки мән әвәткән һәр қандақ бирисини қобул қилған болса, мени қобул қилған болиду; вә мени қобул қилғучилар мени Әвәткүчини қобул қилған болиду.
Verily, verily I say to you, he that receives him that I shall send, receives me; and he that receives me, receives him that sent me.
21 Әйса бу сөзләрни ейтқандин кейин, роһта қаттиқ пиған чекип, мундақ гувалиқ бәрди: — Бәрһәқ, бәрһәқ, мән силәргә шуни ейтип қояйки, араңларда бирәйлән маңа сатқунлуқ қилиду!
When Jesus had spoken these things, he was troubled in spirit, and testified and said: Verily, verily I say to you, that one of you will deliver me up.
22 Мухлислар кимни дәватқанлиғини биләлмәй, бир-биригә қарашти.
Then the disciples looked at one another, doubting of whom he spoke.
23 Әнди дәстиханда мухлислиридин бири Әйсаниң мәйдисигә йөлинип ятқан еди; у болса «Әйса сөйидиған мухлис» еди.
There was reclining on the bosom of Jesus, one of his disciples, whom Jesus loved.

Then Simon Peter beckoned to this one, that he should inquire who it was of whom he spoke.
25 Шуниң билән у Әйсаниң мәйдисигә йөлинип туруп униңдин: — И Рәб, у кимдур? — дәп сориди.
And he that was reclining on Jesus breast, said to him: Lord, who is it?
26 Әйса җавап берип: — Бу бир чишләм нанни ашқа төгүрүп кимгә сунсам, шудур, — деди. Шуниң билән у бир чишләм нанни [ашқа] төгүрүп, Симонниң оғли Йәһуда Ишқарийотқа сунди.
Jesus answered: It is he to whom I shall give this morsel after I have dipped it. And when he had dipped the morsel, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.
27 Йәһуда нанни еливиди, Шәйтан униң ичигә кирди. — Қилидиғиниңни чапсан қил, — деди Әйса униңға.
And after the morsel was given, then Satan entered into him. Then Jesus said to him: What you do, do quickly.
28 (Әнди дәстиханда олтарғанларниң һеч қайсиси униң [Йәһудаға] бу сөзләрни немә үчүн дегинини билмиди.
But none of those who reclined at table with him knew for what purpose he said this to him.
29 Йәһуда уларниң ортақ һәмянини тутқини үчүн, бәзиләр Әйса униңға: «Бизгә керәклик һейтлиқ нәрсиләрни елип кәл» яки «Кәмбәғәлләргә бирәр нәрсә бәр» дәватса керәк, дәп ойлашти).
For some thought, because Judas had the purse, that Jesus had said to him: Buy what we need for the feast; or, that he should give something to the poor.
30 Йәһуда бу бир чишләм нанни елипла ташқириға чиқип кәтти (бу чағ кечә еди).
Then, on receiving the morsel, he immediately went out; and it was night.
31 Йәһуда ташқириға чиқип кәткәндин кейин, Әйса мундақ деди: — Әнди Инсаноғли улуқлинидиған вақит-саат йетип кәлди вә Худа у арқилиқ улуқлиниду.
When he had gone out, Jesus said: Now is the Son of man glorified, and God is glorified in him.
32 Вә әгәр Худа униңда улуқланса, Худаму Өзидә уни улуқлайду, шундақла дәрһал уни улуқлайду.
If God is glorified in him, God will also glorify him in himself, and will immediately glorify him.
33 Балилирим, силәр билән биллә болидиған йәнә азғина вақтим қалди. Силәр мени издәйсиләр, лекин мениң Йәһудийларға: «Мән баридиған йәргә силәр баралмайсиләр» дәп ейтқинимдәк, буни силәргиму ейтимән.
Little children, yet a little while I am with you. You will seek me, and, as I said to the Jews, whither I go, you can not come, so now I say to you.
34 Силәргә йеңи бир әмир тапшуримәнки, «бир-бириңларни сөйүңлар». Силәрни сөйгинимдәк, силәрму бир-бириңларни сөйүңлар.
A new commandment I give to you, That you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
35 Араңларда бир-бириңларға меһир-муһәббитиңлар болса, һәммә адәм силәрниң мениң мухлислирим екәнлигиңларни билиду.
By this shall all men know that you are my disciples, if you have love one for another.
36 Симон Петрус униңдин: — И Рәб, қәйәргә барисән? — дәп сориди. Әйса җававән: — Мән кетидиған йәргә һазирчә әгишип баралмайсән, лекин кейин маңа әгишип барисән, — деди.
Simon Peter said to him: Lord, whither goest thou? Jesus answered him: Whither I go, you can not follow me now; but you shall follow me hereafter.
37 Петрус униңға: — И Рәб, немә үчүн һазир сениң кәйниңдин әгишип баралмаймән? Сән үчүн җенимни пида қилай! — деди.
Peter said to him: Lord, why can I not follow thee now? I will lay down my life for thee.
38 Әйса җававән мундақ деди: — Мән үчүн растинла җениңни пида қиламсән? Бәрһәқ, бәрһәқ, саңа ейтип қояйки, ғораз чиллиғичә, сән мәндин үч қетим танисән!
Jesus answered him: Will you lay down your life for me? Verily, verily I say to you, the cock will not crow till you have denied me three times.
