Аюп 35

1 Елиху йәнила җавап берип мундақ деди: —

Elihu spake moreouer, and said,

2 «Сән мошу гепиңни, йәни «Һәққанийлиғим Тәңриниңкидин үстүндур» дегиниңни тоғра дәп қарамсән?

Thinkest thou this right, that thou hast said, I am more righteous then God?

3 Шундақ болғанлиғи үчүн сән: «Һәққанийлиқниң маңа немә пайдиси болсун? Гуна қилмиғинимниң гуна қилғинимға қариғанда артуқчилиғи нәдә?» дәп соридиң.

For thou hast said, What profiteth it thee and what auaileth it me, to purge me from my sinne?

4 Өзүм сөзләр билән саңа [җавап берәй], Саңа һәм сән билән биллә болған үлпәтлириңгә җавап берәй;

Therefore will I answere thee, and thy companions with thee.

5 Асманларға қарап баққин; Пәләктики булутларға сәпсалғин; Улар сәндин жуқуридур.

Looke vnto the heauen, and see and behold the cloudes which are hyer then thou.

6 Әгәр гуна қилған болсаң, ундақта Тәңригә қайси зиянкәшликни қилалайттиң? Җинайәтлириң көпәйсиму, ундақта униңға қандақ зиянларни салалар едиң?

If thou sinnest, what doest thou against him, yea, when thy sinnes be many, what doest thou vnto him?

7 Сән һәққаний болған тәғдирдиму, Униңға немә берәләйттиң? У сениң қолуңдин немиму алар-һә?

If thou be righteous, what giuest thou vnto him? or what receiueth he at thine hand?

8 Сениң әскиликлириң пәқәт сәндәк бир инсанғила, Һәққанийлиғиң болса пәқәт инсан балилириғила тәсир қилиду, халас.

Thy wickednesse may hurt a man as thou art: and thy righteousnes may profite ye sonne of man.

9 Адәмләр зулум көпийип кәткәнлигидин ялвуриду; Күчлүкләрниң бесими түпәйлидин улар налә-пәряд көтириду.

They cause many that are oppressed, to crye, which crye out for ye violence of the mightie.

10 Бирақ һеч ким: «Кечиләрдә инсанларға нахша ата қилғучи яратқучум Тәңрини нәдин издишим керәк?» демәйду.

But none saieth, Where is God that made me, which giueth songs in the nyght?

11 Униң бизгә үгитидиғини йәр-зиминдики һайванларға үгитидиғинидин көп, Һәм асмандики учар-қанатларға үгитидиғинидин артуқ әмәсму?

Which teacheth vs more then the beastes of the earth, and giueth vs more wisdome then the foules of the heauen.

12 Улар налә-пәряд көтириду, бирақ рәзил адәмләрниң һакавурлуғиниң тәсири түпәйлидин, Уни Худа иҗабәт қилмайду.

Then they crye because of the violence of the wicked, but he answereth not.

13 Бәрһәқ, Тәңри қуруқ дуаға қулақ салмиған йәрдә, Һәммигә Қадир мошуларға әһмийәт бәрмигән йәрдә,

Surely God will not heare vanitie, neyther will the Almightie regard it.

14 Сән: «Мән Уни көрәлмәймән» десәң, [У қандақ қулақ салсун]? Дәвайиң техи Униң алдида туриду, Шуңа Уни күтүп турғин.

Although thou sayest to God, Thou wilt not regard it, yet iudgement is before him: trust thou in him.

15 Бирақ У һазир [товва қилиш пурсити берип], Өз ғәзивини техи төкмигән әһвалда, Аюп өзиниң тәкәббурлуғини билмәмдиғанду?

But nowe because his anger hath not visited, nor called to count the euill with great extremitie,

16 Чүнки Аюп қуруқ гәп үчүн ағзини ачқан, У тутуруқсиз сөзләрни көпәйткән».

Therfore Iob openeth his mouth in vaine, and multiplieth wordes without knowledge.
