1 Шу вақитта, — дәйду Пәрвәрдигар, — Мән Исраилниң җәмәтлириниң Худаси болимән, улар Мениң хәлқим болиду.
At that time, saith Jehovah, will I be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be my people.
2 Пәрвәрдигар мундақ дәйду: — Қиличтин аман қалған хәлиқ, йәни Исраил, чөл-баяванда илтипатқа егә болған; Мән келип уларни арам тапқузимән.
Thus saith Jehovah, The people that were left of the sword found favor in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.
3 Пәрвәрдигар жирақ жутта бизгә көрүнүп: «Мән сени мәңгү бир муһәббәт билән сөйүп кәлдим; шуңа Мән өзгәрмәс меһриванлиқ билән сени Өзүмгә тартип кәлгәнмән.
Jehovah appeared of old unto me, [saying], Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.
4 Мән сени қайтидин қуримән, шуниң билән сән қурулисән, и Исраил қизи! Сән қайтидин даплириңни елип шат-хурам қилғанларниң уссуллириға чиқисән.
Again will I build thee, and thou shalt be built, O virgin of Israel: again shalt thou be adorned with thy tabrets, and shalt go forth in the dances of them that make merry.
5 Сән қайтидин Самарийәниң тағлири үстигә үзүмзарлар тикисән; уларни тиккүчиләр өзлири тикип, мевисини өзлири йәйду.
Again shalt thou plant vineyards upon the mountains of Samaria; the planters shall plant, and shall enjoy [the fruit thereof].
6 Чүнки Әфраимниң егизлигидә турған күзәтчиләр: «Туруңлар, Пәрвәрдигар Худайимизға ибадәт қилишқа Зионға чиқайли!» — дәп нида көтиридиған күни келиду.
For there shall be a day, that the watchmen upon the hills of Ephraim shall cry, Arise ye, and let us go up to Zion unto Jehovah our God.
7 Чүнки Пәрвәрдигар мундақ дәйду: — Яқуп үчүн шат-хурамлиқ билән нахша ейтиңлар, Әлләрниң беши болғучи үчүн айһай көтириңлар; Җакалаңлар, мәдһийә оқуп: «И Пәрвәрдигар, Сениң хәлқиңни, Йәни Исраилниң қалдисини қутқузғайсән!» — дәңлар!
For thus saith Jehovah, Sing with gladness for Jacob, and shout for the chief of the nations: publish ye, praise ye, and say, O Jehovah, save thy people, the remnant of Israel.
8 Мана, Мән уларни шималий жутлардин епкелимән, Йәр йүзиниң чәт-чәтлиридин жиғимән; Улар арисида әмалар вә токурлар болиду; Һамилдар вә туғай дегәнләр биллә болиду; Улар улуқ бир җамаәт болуп қайтип келиду.
Behold, I will bring them from the north country, and gather them from the uttermost parts of the earth, [and] with them the blind and the lame, the woman with child and her that travaileth with child together: a great company shall they return hither.
9 Улар жиға-зерәлар көтирип келиду, Улар дуа-тилавәт қилғанда уларни йетәкләймән; Мән уларни ериқ-өстәңләр бойида, һеч путлашмайдиған түз йол билән йетәкләймән; Чүнки Мән Исраилға ата болимән, Әфраим болса Мениң тунҗа оғлумдур.
They shall come with weeping; and with supplications will I lead them: I will cause them to walk by rivers of waters, in a straight way wherein they shall not stumble; for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my first-born.
10 Пәрвәрдигарниң сөзини аңлаңлар, и әлләр, Деңиз бойидики жирақ жутларға: — «Исраилни тарқатқучи уни қайтидин жиғиду, Пада баққучи падисини баққандәк У уларни бақиду;
Hear the word of Jehovah, O ye nations, and declare it in the isles afar off; and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd doth his flock.
11 Чүнки Пәрвәрдигар Яқупни бәдәл төләп қутулдурған, Униңға Һәмҗәмәт болуп өзидин зор күчлүк болғучиниң чаңгилидин қутқузған!» — дәп җакалаңлар.
For Jehovah hath ransomed Jacob, and redeemed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he.
12 Улар келип Зиондики егизликләрдә шат-хурамлиқта товлайду, Пәрвәрдигарниң илтипатидин, йәни йеңи шараптин, зәйтун мейидин, мал-варанниң қозилиридин бәрқ уриду; Уларниң җени худди мол суғирилған бағдәк болиду, Улар иккинчи һеч солашмайду.
And they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall flow unto the goodness of Jehovah, to the grain, and to the new wine, and to the oil, and to the young of the flock and of the herd: and their soul shall be as a watered garden; and they shall not sorrow any more at all.
13 Шу чағда қизлар уссулда шатлиниду, Жигитләр вә мойсипитларму тәң шундақ болиду; Чүнки Мән уларниң аһ-зарлирини шат-хурамлиққа айландуримән; Мән уларға тәсәлли берип, дәрд-әлиминиң орниға уларни шатлиққа чөмдүримән.
Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, and the young men and the old together; for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow.
14 Мән каһинларни молчилиқ билән тойғузимән, Хәлқим илтипатимға қанаәт қилиду, — дәйду Пәрвәрдигар.
And I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, saith Jehovah.
15 Пәрвәрдигар мундақ дәйду: — Рамаһ шәһиридә бир сада, Аччиқ жиға-зериниң пиғани аңлиниду, — Бу Раһиләниң өз балилири үчүн көтәргән аһ-зарлири; Чүнки у балилири болмиғачқа, тәсәллини қобул қилмай пиған көтириду.
Thus saith Jehovah: A voice is heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping, Rachel weeping for her children; she refuseth to be comforted for her children, because they are not.
16 Пәрвәрдигар [униңға] мундақ дәйду: — Жиға-зерәиңни тохтат, көзлириңни яшлардин тарт; чүнки муну тартқан җапайиңдин мевә болиду, — дәйду Пәрвәрдигар; — улар дүшмәнниң зиминидин қайтиду;
Thus saith Jehovah: Refrain thy voice from weeping, and thine eyes from tears; for thy work shall be rewarded, saith Jehovah; and they shall come again from the land of the enemy.
17 бәрһәқ, келәчикиң үмүтлик болиду, — дәйду Пәрвәрдигар; — вә сениң балилириң йәнә өз чегарисидин кирип келиду.
And there is hope for thy latter end, saith Jehovah; and [thy] children shall come again to their own border.
18 Мән дәрвәқә Әфраимниң өзи тоғрилиқ өкүнүп: «Сән бизгә шаш топаққа тәрбийә бәргәндәк савақ-тәрбийә бәрдиң; Әнди бизни товва қилдурғайсән, Биз шуниң билән товва қилип қайтип келимиз, Чүнки Сән Пәрвәрдигар Худайимиздурсән;
I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself [thus], Thou hast chastised me, and I was chastised, as a calf unaccustomed [to the yoke]: turn thou me, and I shall be turned; for thou art Jehovah my God.
19 Чүнки биз товва қилдурулушимиз билән һәқиқәтән товва қилдуқ; Биз өзимизни тонуп йәткәндин кейин, йотимизни урдуқ; Биз яшлиғимиздики [қилмишниң] шәрм-һаяси түпәйлидин номус қилип, хиҗаләттә қалдуқ!» — дегәнлигини аңлидим.
Surely after that I was turned, I repented; and after that I was instructed, I smote upon my thigh: I was ashamed, yea, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach of my youth.
20 — Әфраим Маңа нисбәтән җан-җигәр балам әмәсму? Чүнки Мән уни әйиплигән тәғдирдиму, уни һәрдайим көңлүмдә сеғинимән; Шуңа ич-бағрим униңға ағриватиду; Мән униңға рәһим қилмисам болмайду, — дәйду Пәрвәрдигар.
Is Ephraim my dear son? is he a darling child? for as often as I speak against him, I do earnestly remember him still: therefore my heart yearneth for him; I will surely have mercy upon him, saith Jehovah.
21 — Шуңа өзүңгә йол бәлгүлирини бекитип қойғин; Сән сүргүнгә маңған йолға, шу көтирилгән йолға көңүл қоюп диққәт қилғин; Һазир шу йол билән қайтип кәл, и җан-җигирим Исраил қизи, Мошу шәһәрлириңгә қарап қайтип кәл!
Set thee up waymarks, make thee guide-posts; set thy heart toward the highway, even the way by which thou wentest: turn again, O virgin of Israel, turn again to these thy cities.
22 Сән қачанғичә тенәп жүрисән, и йолдин чиққучи қизим? Чүнки Пәрвәрдигар йәр йүзидә йеңи иш яритиду: — Аял киши батурниң әтрапида йепишип хәвәр алиду!
How long wilt thou go hither and thither, O thou backsliding daughter? for Jehovah hath created a new thing in the earth: A woman shall encompass a man.
23 Самави қошунларниң Сәрдари болған Пәрвәрдигар — Исраилниң Худаси мундақ дәйду: — Мән уларни сүргүнлүктин қайтуруп әслигә кәлтүргинимдә Йәһуданиң зиминида вә шәһәрлиридә хәқләр йәнә [Йерусалим тоғрилиқ]: «Пәрвәрдигар сени бәхитлиқ қилғай, и һәққанийлиқ турған җай, пак-муқәддәсликниң теғи!» дәйдиған болиду.
Thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, Yet again shall they use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity: Jehovah bless thee, O habitation of righteousness, O mountain of holiness.
24 Шу йәрдә Йәһуда — шәһәрлиридикиләр, деханлар вә пада баққучи көчмән чарвичилар һәммиси биллә туриду.
And Judah and all the cities thereof shall dwell therein together, the husbandmen, and they that go about with flocks.
25 Чүнки Мән һерип кәткән җан егилириниң һаҗитидин чиқимән, һәр бир һалидин кәткән җан егилирини йеңиландуримән.
For I have satiated the weary soul, and every sorrowful soul have I replenished.
26 — Мән [Йәрәмия] буни аңлап ойғандим, әтрапқа қаридим, наһайити татлиқ ухлаптимән.
Upon this I awaked, and beheld; and my sleep was sweet unto me.
27 Мана, шу күнләр келидуки, — дәйду Пәрвәрдигар, — Мән Исраил җәмәтидә вә Йәһуда җәмәтидә инсан нәслини вә һайванларниң нәслини терип өстүримән.
Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast.
28 Шундақ болидуки, Мән уларни жулуш, сөкүш, һалак қилиш, ағдуруш үчүн, уларға нәзиримни салғандәк, Мән уларни қуруш вә тикип өстүрүш үчүнму уларға нәзиримни салимән, — дәйду Пәрвәрдигар.
And it shall come to pass that, like as I have watched over them to pluck up and to break down and to overthrow and to destroy and to afflict, so will I watch over them to build and to plant, saith Jehovah.
29 Шу күнләрдә улар йәнә: «Атилар аччиқ-чүчүк үзүмләрни йегән, шуңа балиларниң чиши қериқ сезилиду» дегән мошу мақални һеч ишләтмәйду.
In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children’s teeth are set on edge.
30 Чүнки һәр бирси өз гунайи үчүн өлиду; аччиқ-чүчүк үзүмләрни йегәнләрниң болса, өзиниң чиши қериқ сезилиду.
But every one shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eateth the sour grapes, his teeth shall be set on edge.
31 Мана, шу күнләр келидуки, — дәйду Пәрвәрдигар, — Мән Исраил җәмәти вә Йәһуда җәмәти билән йеңи әһдә түзимән;
Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
32 бу әһдә уларниң ата-бовилири билән түзгән әһдигә охшимайду; шу әһдини Мән ата-бовилирини қолидин тутуп Мисирдин қутқузуп йетәклигинимдә улар билән түзгән едим; гәрчә Мән уларниң йолдиши болған болсамму, Мениң улар билән түзүшкән әһдәмни бузған, — дәйду Пәрвәрдигар.
not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was a husband unto them, saith Jehovah.
33 Чүнки шу күнләрдин кейин, Мениң Исраил җәмәти билән түзидиған әһдәм мана шуки: — Мән Өз Тәврат-қанунлиримни уларниң ичигә салимән, Һәмдә уларниң қәлбигиму язимән. Мән уларниң Илаһи болимән, Уларму Мениң хәлқим болиду.
But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith Jehovah: I will put my law in their inward parts, and in their heart will I write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
34 Шундин башлап һеч ким өз йеқиниға яки өз қериндишиға: — «Пәрвәрдигарни тонуғин» дәп үгитип жүрмәйду; чүнки уларниң әң кичигидин чоңиғичә һәммиси Мени тонуп болған болиду; чүнки Мән уларниң қәбиһлигини кәчүримән һәмдә уларниң гунайини һәргиз есигә кәлтүрмәймән, — дәйду Пәрвәрдигар.
And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know Jehovah; for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith Jehovah: for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin will I remember no more.
35 Қуяшни күндүздә нур болсун дәп бәргән, ай-юлтузларни кечидә нур болсун дәп бәлгүлигән, долқунлирини шарқиритип деңизни қозғайдиған Пәрвәрдигар мундақ дәйду (самави қошунларниң Сәрдари болған Пәрвәрдигар Униң намидур): —
Thus saith Jehovah, who giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, who stirreth up the sea, so that the waves thereof roar; Jehovah of hosts is his name:
36 — Мошу бәлгүлигәнлирим Мениң алдимдин йоқап кәтсә, — дәйду Пәрвәрдигар, — әнди Исраилниң әвлатлириму Мениң алдимдин бир әл болуштин мәңгүгә қелиши мүмкин.
If these ordinances depart from before me, saith Jehovah, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever.
37 Пәрвәрдигар мундақ дәйду: — Жуқирида асманлар мөлчәрләнсә, төвәндә йәр һуллири тәкшүрүлүп билинсә, әнди Мән Исраилниң барлиқ әвлатлириниң қилған һәммә қилмишлири түпәйлидин улардин ваз кечип ташлиғучи болимән, — дәйду Пәрвәрдигар.
Thus saith Jehovah: If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, then will I also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith Jehovah.
38 Мана, шу күнләр келидуки, — дәйду Пәрвәрдигар, — шәһәр мәхсус Маңа атилип «Һананийәлниң мунари»дин «Доқмуш дәрвазаси»ғичә қайтидин қурулиду;
Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, that the city shall be built to Jehovah from the tower of Hananel unto the gate of the corner.
39 әлчәм таниси қайтидин өлчәш үчүн шу йәрдин «Гарәб дөңи»гичә, андин Гоатқа бурулуп созулиду;
And the measuring line shall go out further straight onward unto the hill Gareb, and shall turn about unto Goah.
40 җәсәтләр вә [қурбанлиқ] күллири ташлинидиған пүткүл җилға, шундақла Кидрон дәриясиғичә һәм шәриқкә қарайдиған «Ат дәрвазиси»ниң доқмушиғичә ятқан етизларниң һәммиси Пәрвәрдигарға пак-муқәддәс дәп һесаплиниду; шәһәр қайтидин һеч жулуп ташланмайду, һәргиз қайтидин ағдуруп ташланмайду.
And the whole valley of the dead bodies and of the ashes, and all the fields unto the brook Kidron, unto the corner of the horse gate toward the east, shall be holy unto Jehovah; it shall not be plucked up, nor thrown down any more for ever.
