Һабаккук 1
1 Һабаккук пәйғәмбәр көргән, униңға жүкләнгән вәһий: —
The burden which Habakkuk the prophet did see.
2 Аһ Пәрвәрдигар, қачанғичә мән Саңа нида қилимән, Сән аңлимайсән? Мән Саңа: «Зулум-зораванлиқ!» дәп налә-пәряд көтиримән, Бирақ Сән қутқузмайсән.
O LORD, how long shall I cry, and thou wilt not hear? I cry out unto thee of violence, and thou wilt not save.
3 Сән немишкә маңа қәбиһликни көргүзисән, Немишкә җапа-зулумға қарап турисән? Чүнки булаңчилиқ, зулум-зораванлиқ көз алдимдидур; Җәңги-җедәлләр бар, Дәвалар көпәймәктә.
Why dost thou shew me iniquity, and look upon perverseness? for spoiling and violence are before me: and there is strife, and contention riseth up.
4 Шуңа қанун паләч болуп қалди, Адаләт мәйданға һеч чиқмайду; Чүнки рәзилләр һәққаний адәмни қистимақта; Шуңа һөкүмләр бурмилинип чиқирилиду.
Therefore the law is slacked, and judgment doth never go forth: for the wicked doth compass about the righteous; therefore judgment goeth forth perverted.
5 Әлләр арисида болидиған бир ишни көрүп беқиңлар, убдан қараңлар, һәйрануһәс қелиңлар! Чүнки силәрниң дәвриңларда бир иш қилимәнки, Бириси силәргә баян қилған тәғдирдиму силәр ишәнмәйттиңлар.
Behold ye among the nations, and regard, and wonder marvelously: for I work a work in your days, which ye will not believe though it be told you.
6 Чүнки мана, Мән һелиқи мүҗәзи осал һәм алдирақсан әл калдийләрни орнидин турғузимән; Әсли өзигә тәвә әмәс маканларни егиләш үчүн, Улар йәр йүзиниң кәңри җайлирини бесип маңиду;
For, lo, I raise up the Chaldeans, that bitter and hasty nation; which march through the breadth of the earth, to possess dwelling places that are not theirs.
7 Улар өзлириниң дегинини һесап қилиду һәм өзини халиғанчә жуқури тутиду;
They are terrible and dreadful: their judgment and their dignity proceed from themselves.
8 Уларниң атлири илпизлардин иштик, Кәчтә овға чиқидиған бөриләрдин әшәддийдур; Атлиқ ләшкәрләр атлирини мәғруранә чапчитиду; Атлиқ ләшкәрләр жирақтин келиду, Улар овға шуңғуған бүркүттәк учуп жүриду.
Their horses also are swifter than leopards, and are more fierce than the evening wolves; and their horsemen spread themselves: yea, their horsemen come from far; they fly as an eagle that hasteth to devour.
9 Уларниң һәммиси зулум-зораванлиққа келиду; Уларниң топ-топ адәмлири йүзлирини алдиға бекитип, алға басиду, Әсирләрни қумдәк көп жиғиду.
They come all of them for violence; their faces are set eagerly as the east wind; and they gather captives as the sand.
10 Бәрһәқ, у падишаларни мазақ қилиду, Әмирләрниму нәзиригә алмайду; У һәммә истиһкамларни мәсқирә қилиду, Чүнки у топа-тупрақларни дога-дога қилип, уларни ишғал қилиду.
Yea, he scoffeth at kings, and princes are a derision unto him: he derideth every strong hold; for he heapeth up dust, and taketh it.
11 Шундақ қилип у шамалдәк ғуюлдап өтиду, Һәддидин ешип гунакар болиду; Униң бу күч-қудрити өзигә илаһ болуп санилиду.
Then shall he sweep by [as] a wind, and shall pass over, and be guilty: [even] he whose might is his god.
12 Сән Әзәлдин Бар Болғучи әмәсму, и Пәрвәрдигар Худайим, мениң Муқәддәс Болғучим? Биз өлмәймиз, и Пәрвәрдигар; Сән уни җазайиңни беҗа кәлтүрүш үчүн бекиткәнсән; Сән, и Қорам Таш Болғучи, уни [бизгә] ибрәт қилип түзитишкә бәлгүлигәнсән.
Art not thou from everlasting, O LORD my God, mine Holy One? we shall not die. O LORD, thou hast ordained him for judgment; and thou, O Rock, hast established him for correction.
13 Сениң көзүң шунчә ғубарсиз едики, Рәзилликкә қарап турмайттиң; Әнди немишкә Сән мунапиқлиқ қилғанларға қарап турисән, Рәзилләр өзидин адил болған кишини жутувалғинида, немишкә сүкүт қилисән?
Thou that art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and that canst not look on perverseness, wherefore lookest thou upon them that deal treacherously, and holdest thy peace when the wicked swalloweth up the man that is more righteous than he;
14 Сән адәмләрни худди деңиздики белиқлардәк, Худди өзлири үстидә һеч йетәклигүчиси йоқ өмилигүчи һайванларға охшаш қилисән;
and makest men as the fishes of the sea, as the creeping things, that have no ruler over them?
15 Шу [калдий киши] уларниң һәммисини чаңгикиға илиндуриду, Уларни өз тори билән тутувалиду, Уларни жиғма ториға жиғиду; Шуниң билән хошал болуп шатлиниду;
He taketh up all of them with the angle, he catcheth them in his net, and gathereth them in his drag: therefore he rejoiceth and is glad.
16 Вә ториға қурбанлиқ суниду, Жиғма ториға исриқ салиду, Чүнки шулар арқилиқ униң несивиси мол, Немәтлири ләззәтлик болди.
Therefore he sacrificeth unto his net, and burneth incense unto his drag; because by them his portion is fat, and his meat plenteous.
17 Әнди у шу тәриқидә торини тохтавсиз бошитивәрсә, Шу тәриқидә әлләрни һеч рәһим қилмай қиривәрсә боламду?
Shall he therefore empty his net, and not spare to slay the nations continually?
