1 Вә Пәрвәрдигарниң сөзи маңа келип шундақ дейилди: —

And the word of Yahweh came unto me, saying,

2 И инсан оғли, йүзүңни Сеир теғиға қаритип, бешарәт берип уни әйипләп мундақ дегин: —

Son of man Set thy face against Mount Seir, —and prophesy against it;

3 Рәб Пәрвәрдигар мундақ дәйду: — «Мана, и Сеир теғи, Мән саңа қаршимән; Мән қолумни үстүңгә узартип, сени бир вәйранә вә чөл-баяван қилимән.

and thou shalt say to it Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, Behold me! against thee Mount Seir, —Therefore will I stretch out my hand against thee, And I will make thee a desolation and an astonishment:

4 Мән шәһәрлириңни харабә қиливетимән, вә сән вәйранә болисән; андин сән Мениң Пәрвәрдигар екәнлигимни тонуп йетисән.

Thy cities, will I lay waste, And thou—a desolation, shalt become, So shalt thou know that I, am Yahweh.

5 Чүнки сән мәңгүгә өчмәнлик сақлап кәлгәнсән, Исраилларниң бешиға күлпәт чүшкән күнидә, қәбиһликниң җазалиниш вақти-саити тошқанда, уларни қилич күчигә тапшуруп бәргәнлигиң түпәйлидин,

Because thou hast had an age-abiding enmity, And hast delivered up the sons of Israel unto the hands of the sword, - In the time of their misfortune, In the time of the final punishment for iniquity,

6 Шуңа Мән һаятим билән қәсәм қилимәнки, — дәйду Рәб Пәрвәрдигар, — Мән саңа қан төкүлүшни бекиттим; қан сени қоғлайду. Сән қан төкүштин нәпрәтләнмигәнлигиң түпәйлидин, әнди қан сени қоғлап жүриду.

Therefore, as I live, Declareth My Lord Yahweh, Surely regarding blood, will I deal with thee, Blood therefore, shall pursue thee, -Since blood thou hast not hated, Therefore blood, shall pursue thee,

7 Мән Сеир теғини вәйранә вә чөл-баяван қилип, униңдин бесип өткүчи һәм униңға қайтқучини үзүп ташлаймән.

So then I will deliver up Mount Seir to desolation after desolation, - And will cut off therefrom him that passeth by and him that returneth,

8 Мән униң тағлирини өлтүрүлгәнлири билән толдуримән; сениң егизликлириңдә, сениң җилғилириңда, сениң барлиқ җиралириңда қилич билән өлтүрүлгәнләр жиқилиду.

And I will fill his mountains with his slain, — As for thy hills and thy hollows and all thy channels, they who are thrust through by the sword shall fall therein:

9 Мән сени мәңгүгә вәйранә қилимән; сениң шәһәрлириң адәмзатсиз болиду; вә силәр Мениң Пәрвәрдигар екәнлигимни тонуп йетисиләр.

Desolations age-abiding, will I make thee, And thy cities, shall not be inhabited, - So shall ye know that, I, am Yahweh.

10 — Чүнки сән: «Бу икки әл, икки мәмликәт Мениңки болиду, биз уларға егә болимиз» дегиниң түпәйлидин — гәрчә Мән Пәрвәрдигар шу йәрдә болған болсамму —,

Because thou hast said, the two nations, and the two lands, mine, shall become, that we may possess it Whereas Yahweh, had been there,

11 әнди Мән һаятим билән қәсәм қилимәнки, — дәйду Рәб Пәрвәрдигар, — Мән сениң нәпритиңдин чиққан аччиғиң бойичә вә һәситиң бойичә саңа муамилә қилимән; Мән үстүңгә һөкүм чиқирип җазалишим билән, Мән улар арисида Өзүмни көрситимән.

Therefore as I live, Declareth My Lord Yahweh, I will even deal according to thine anger, and according to thine envy, wherewith thou hast dealt, out of thy hatred with them, - So will I make myself known among them as soon as I shall judge thee

12 Шуниң билән сениң Исраил тағлириға қарап: «Улар вәйран болди, улар бизгә йәм болушқа тәқдим қилинди» дегән барлиқ һақарәтлириңни Мән Пәрвәрдигарниң аңлиғинимни сәнләр тонуп йетисиләр.

And thou shalt know that, I Yahweh, have heard all thy revilings which thou hast uttered against the mountains of Israel saying, They have become desolate, — To us, have they been given for food;

13 Униң үстигә ағзиңларда силәр Маңа қарши чиқип өзүңларни чоң көрситип, Маңа күпүрлүк қилған сөзүңләрни көпәйткәнсиләр; Мән уларни аңлидим.

And so ye have magnified yourselves against me with your mouth, And have caused to abound against me your words, —I, have heard!

14 Шуңа Рәб Пәрвәрдигар мундақ дәйду: — Пүткүл йәр йүзи шатлинип кәткинидә, Мән сени вәйранә қилимән.

Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, — When all the earth is rejoicing, a desolation, will I make thee:

15 Исраил җәмәтиниң мираси вәйран қилинғанда буниңдин сән шатланғиниңдәк, Мәнму саңа шундақ қилимән; сәнму, и Сеир теғи вә барлиқ Едом — силәрниң барлиғиңлар вәйранә болиду; вә [Едомийлар] Мениң Пәрвәрдигар екәнлигимни тонуп йетиду».

As thou didst rejoice over the inheritance of the house of Israel because it had become a desolation, so, will, I, do unto thee, — A desolation, shalt thou become, O Mount Seir And all Edom all of it, So shall they know that, I, am Yahweh.
