1 Төвәндикиләр Пәрвәрдигар Исраиллар билән әһдә бағлаш үчүн Моаб зиминида Мусаға тапилиған сөзләрдур. Бу әһдә Пәрвәрдигар улар билән Һорәбдә қилған әһдидин башқа бир әһдә еди.
These are the words of the covenant, which YHWH commanded Moses to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, beside the covenant which he made with them in Horeb.
2 Муса пүткүл Исраилни чақирип уларға мундақ деди: «Силәр Пәрвәрдигарниң Мисир зиминида Пирәвнгә, униң барлиқ хизмәткарлири вә зиминниң һәммә йеридә көз алдиңларда немә иш қилғинини көрдүңлар,
And Moses called unto all Israel, and said unto them, Ye have seen all that YHWH did before your eyes in the land of Egypt unto Pharaoh, and unto all his servants, and unto all his land;
3 йәни шу чоң апәтләр билән улуқ мөҗизилик аламәт вә карамәтләрни өз көзүңлар билән көрдүңлар.
The great temptations which thine eyes have seen, the signs, and those great miracles:
4 Лекин Пәрвәрдигар силәргә бүгүнгичә чүшәнгидәк көңүл, көргидәк көз вә аңлиғидәк қулақ бәрмиди.
Yet YHWH hath not given you an heart to perceive, and eyes to see, and ears to hear, unto this day.
5 Мән қириқ жил силәрни баяванда йетәкләп жүрдүм; шу вақитларда үстүңлардики кийимлириңлар кониримиди, путуңлардики кәшиңларму конирап кәтмиди.
And I have led you forty years in the wilderness: your clothes are not waxen old upon you, and thy shoe is not waxen old upon thy foot.
6 Худа Өзиниң силәрниң Пәрвәрдигар Худайиңлар екәнлигини билсун дәп, силәргә йейишкә нан, ичишкә шарап яки күчлүк ичимлик несип қилмиди.
Ye have not eaten bread, neither have ye drunk wine or strong drink: that ye might know that I am YHWH your Elohim.
7 Силәр бу җайға йетип кәлгиниңларда Һәшбонниң падишаси Сиһон билән Башанниң падишаси Ог биз билән җәң қилғили чиқти; амма биз уларни уруп мәғлуп қилдуқ;
And when ye came unto this place, Sihon the king of Heshbon, and Og the king of Bashan, came out against us unto battle, and we smote them:
8 биз уларниң зиминлирини елип Рубәнләр билән Гадлар вә Манассәһниң йерим қәбилисигә мирас қилип бәрдук.
And we took their land, and gave it for an inheritance unto the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to the half tribe of Manasseh.
9 Әнди силәр һәммә ишлириңларда раваҗ тепиш үчүн бу әһдиниң сөзлирини тутуп, уларға әмәл қилиңлар.
Keep therefore the words of this covenant, and do them, that ye may prosper in all that ye do.
10 Бүгүн һәммиңлар — кәбилә башлиқлириңлар, ақсқаллириңлар, әмәлдарлириңлар, шуниңдәк Исраилниң һәммә әрлири,
Ye stand this day all of you before YHWH your Elohim; your captains of your tribes, your elders, and your officers, with all the men of Israel,
11 кичик балилириңлар, аяллириңлар, чедиргаһиңларда туруватқан мусапирлар, шундақла отун кәскүчилириңлар вә су тошуғучилириңларму, һәммиңлар Пәрвәрдигарниң алдида һазир туруватисиләр;
Your little ones, your wives, and thy stranger that is in thy camp, from the hewer of thy wood unto the drawer of thy water:
12 мәхсәт шуки, Пәрвәрдигар Худайиңларниң әһдисигә, йәни Пәрвәрдигар Худайиңлар бүгүн силәргә бәргән қәсими билән бағлиған әһдигә дахил болушуңлар үчүндур,
That thou shouldest enter into covenant with YHWH thy Elohim, and into his oath, which YHWH thy Elohim maketh with thee this day:
13 Вә шуниң билән тәң У силәрни бүгүн Өзигә хас бир хәлиқ қилип силәргә вәдә қилғинидәк, ата-бовилириңларға, йәни Ибраһим, Исһақ вә Яқупқа қилған қәсими бойичә өзи силәргә Худа болуштур.
That he may establish thee to day for a people unto himself, and that he may be unto thee an Elohim, as he hath said unto thee, and as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.
14 Лекин мән бу әһдә вә қәсәмни ялғуз силәр биләнла әмәс,
Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this oath;
15 бәлки бүгүн биз билән бу йәрдә Пәрвәрдигар Худайимизниң алдида туруватқанлар, шундақла бүгүн бу йәрдә биз билән биргә болмиған кишиләрниң һәммиси биләнму түзүшимән.
But with him that standeth here with us this day before YHWH our Elohim, and also with him that is not here with us this day:
16 (чүнки силәр бизниң Мисир зиминида қандақ турғанлиғимиз вә сәпиримиздә әлләрниң оттурисидин қандақ өтүп кәлгинимизни убдан билисиләр;
(For ye know how we have dwelt in the land of Egypt; and how we came through the nations which ye passed by;
17 Силәр уларниң арисидики жиргиничлик нәрсиләрни, уларниң арисидики яғач, таш, алтун вә күмүчтин ясалған бутларни көрдүңлар).
And ye have seen their abominations, and their idols, wood and stone, silver and gold, which were among them: )
18 Әһдиниң мәхсити болса, силәрниң араңлардики һәр бир әр, һәр бир аял, һәр бир аилә вә һәр бир қәбилилириңлардин бүгүн көңли Пәрвәрдигар Худайимиздин йенип, шу әлләрниң илаһлириниң қуллуғиға кирип кетидиған һеч киши болмисун, шундақла араңларда өт сүйи вә әмән чиқиридиған йилтиз пәйда болуп қалмисун үчүндур.
Lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turneth away this day from YHWH our Elohim, to go and serve the elohim of these nations; lest there should be among you a root that beareth gall and wormwood;
19 Дәрвәқә шундақ болидуки, шу ләнәт сөзлирини аңлиғанда өз көңлидә өз-өзини бәхит-бәрикәтлик санап: «Мән қанчә башбаштақлиқ билән маңсамму, теч-аманлиқта туриверимән», дегүчи шундақ бир киши болиду; нәтиҗидә, нәм йәрму чаңқақ йәргә охшашла вәйран қилиниду.
And it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst:
20 Пәрвәрдигар мундақ кишини әпу қилмайду, бәлки Пәрвәрдигарниң ғәзиви билән отлуқ қәһри түтүндәк шу кишигә чүшиду; бу китапта пүтүлгән һәммә ләнәтләр униң бешиға чүшиду; Пәрвәрдигар униң исмини асманниң тегидин өчүриду.
YHWH will not spare him, but then the anger of YHWH and his jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and YHWH shall blot out his name from under heaven.
21 Пәрвәрдигар бу қанун китавида пүтүлгән әһдиниң һәммә ләнәтлири бойичә Исраилниң барлиқ қәбилилиридин уни айрип чиқип, апәткә муптила қилиду.
And YHWH shall separate him unto evil out of all the tribes of Israel, according to all the curses of the covenant that are written in this book of the law:
22 Кәлгүси дәвир болса, йәни силәрдин кейин чиқидиған балилириңлар вә шундақла жирақ жуттин кәлгән мусапирлар Пәрвәрдигар шу зиминниң үстигә әвәткән балаю-апәтләр билән кесәлләрни көриду;
So that the generation to come of your children that shall rise up after you, and the stranger that shall come from a far land, shall say, when they see the plagues of that land, and the sicknesses which YHWH hath laid upon it;
23 Пәрвәрдигар ғәзиви вә қәһри билән вәйран қилған Содом, Гоморра, Адмаһ вә Зәбоимларниң вәйранчилиғидәк зиминниң һәммә йери гуңгутлишип, шорлишип, көйүп кәткинини, териқчилиқму, һосулму болмиғинини, от-чөпму үнмигинини көриду;
And that the whole land thereof is brimstone, and salt, and burning, that it is not sown, nor beareth, nor any grass groweth therein, like the overthrow of Sodom, and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim, which YHWH overthrew in his anger, and in his wrath:
24 буни көргәнләр, һәтта һәммә әл-жут: «Немишкә Пәрвәрдигар бу зиминға мундақ қилғанду? Немишкә Униң ғәзиви шунчә қаттиқ, әшәддий болғанду?» дәп сорайду;
Even all nations shall say, Wherefore hath YHWH done thus unto this land? what meaneth the heat of this great anger?
25 андин уларға җавап берилип: «Улар ата-бовилириниң Худаси Пәрвәрдигарниң уларни Мисир зиминидин қутқузуп чиқарғинида улар билән бекиткән әһдини ташлап,
Then men shall say, Because they have forsaken the covenant of YHWH Elohim of their fathers, which he made with them when he brought them forth out of the land of Egypt:
26 берип уларниң несивиси болмиған, өзиму тонумиған илаһларниң қуллуғиға кирип, уларға чоқунғини үчүн шундақ болди.
For they went and served other elohim, and worshipped them, elohim whom they knew not, and whom he had not given unto them:
27 Мана бу сәвәптин Пәрвәрдигарниң ғәзиви бу зиминға тутишип, бу китапта пүтүлгән һәммә ләнәтни униң үстигә кәлтүрди.
And the anger of YHWH was kindled against this land, to bring upon it all the curses that are written in this book:
28 Шуниң үчүн Пәрвәрдигар ғәзәп, аччиқ вә зор қәһр билән уларни жутидин жулуп, башқа бир жутқа ташлиди» — дейилиду.
And YHWH rooted them out of their land in anger, and in wrath, and in great indignation, and cast them into another land, as it is this day.
29 Һәр бир йошурун сирлар болса Пәрвәрдигар Худайимизниңкидур; лекин һәр қандақ ашкариланған вәһийләр болса бу қанунниң сөзлиригә әмәл қилишимиз үчүн әбәткичә биз вә балилиримизниңкидур.
The secret things belong unto YHWH our Elohim: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.
