1 Төвәндә хатириләнгини Мусаниң Иордан дәриясиниң шәрқий тәрипидики Паран билән Тофәл, Лабан, Һазирот, Ди-Заһабниң оттурисида, йәни Суфниң удулидики чөл-түзләңликтә, пүткүл Исраилға ейтқан сөзлиридур: —
These are the words which Moses spoke unto all Israel on this side of the Jordan, in the wilderness, in the plain opposite Suph, between Paran, and Tophel, and Laban, and Chazeroth, and Di-zahab.
2 Һорәб теғидин чиқип, Сеир теғиниң йоли билән Қадәш-барнеаға барғичә җәмий он бир күнлүк йол еди.
It is a journey of eleven days from Horeb by the way of mount Seir unto Kadesh-barnea'.
3 Һалбуки, Муса бу барлиқ сөзләрни Пәрвәрдигарниң уларни дәп өзигә тапилиғини бойичә Исраилларға ейтқан вақти қириқинчи жили, он биринчи айниң биринчи күни болди;
And it came to pass in the fortieth year, in the eleventh month, on the first day of the month, that Moses spoke unto the children of Israel, according to all that the Lord had commanded him concerning them;
4 бу вақит Муса Һәшбонни пайтәхт қилған Аморийларниң падишаси Сиһонни вә Аштарот вә Әдрәйни пайтәхт қилған Башанниң падишаси Огни мәғлуп қилғандин кейинки мәзгил еди.
After he had smitten Sichon the king of the Emorites, who dwelt in Cheshbon, and 'Og the king of Bashan, who dwelt at 'Ashtaroth in Edre'i.
5 Шуниң билән Иордан дәриясиниң шәрқий тәрипидики Моаб зиминида Муса [пәйғәмбәр] бу қанун-тәлимни шәрһләшкә башлап, мундақ деди: —
On this side of the Jordan, in the land of Moab, began Moses to explain this law, saying,
6 «Пәрвәрдигар Худайимиз Һорәб теғида бизгә сөз қилип: — «Силәрниң мошу тағ әтрапида турған вақтиңлар йетәрлик болди;
The Lord our God spoke unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have tarried long enough at this mount;
7 әнди бурулуп сәпәргә атлинип, Аморийлар туруватқан егизликкә вә униңға йеқин болған барлиқ җайларға, җүмлидин Арабаһ түзләңлигигә, тағлиқларға, ойманлиққа, җәнупқа, деңиз бойлириға, улуқ дәрия, йәни Әфрат дәриясиғичә Ⱪананийларниң зиминиға һәм Ливан зиминиға бериңлар.
Turn you, and take your journey, and go to the mountain of the Emorites, and unto all its neighboring places, in the plain, in the mountain, and in the lowlands, and in the southern country, and by the coast of the sea, to the land of the Canaanites, and unto the Lebanon, up to the great river, the river Euphrates.
8 Мана, Мән шу зиминни силәрниң алдиңларға қойдум; кириңлар, Пәрвәрдигар ата-бовилириңларға, йәни Ибраһим, Исһақ, Яқуп вә уларниң әвлатлириға: «Силәргә беримән» дәп қәсәм қилған зиминни егиләңлар» — дегән еди.
Behold, I have given up the land before you: go in and take possession of the land which the Lord hath sworn unto your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give it unto them and to their seed after them.
9 Шуңа Мән шу чағда силәргә: — «Мән жүкүңларни ялғуз көтирәлмәймән.
And I said unto you at that time, as followeth, I am not able alone to bear you:
10 Пәрвәрдигар Худайиңлар силәрни көпәйтти; мана, бүгүн силәр асмандики юлтузлардәк нурғунсиләр.
The Lord your God hath multiplied you, and, behold, ye are this day as the stars of heaven for multitude.
11 Ата-боваңларниң Худаси болған Пәрвәрдигар дәрвәқә силәрни һазирқидин йәнә миң һәссә көпәйткәй, шундақла вәдә қилғинидәк силәргә бәхит-бәрикәт ата қилғай!
May the Lord the God of your fathers make you a thousand times as many more as ye are; and bless you, as he hath spoken unto you.
12 Лекин мән өзүм ялғуз қандақму силәрниң җапалириңларни, жүкүңларни вә талаш-тартишиңларни көтирәләймән?
How can I by myself alone bear your cumbrance, and your burden, and your strife!
13 Өзүңлар үчүн һәр қайси қәбилилириңлардин данишмән, йорутулған мөтивәрләрни таллаңлар, мән уларни үстүңләргә йолбашчи қилимән» — дедим.
Furnish for yourselves wise and understanding men, and those known among your tribes, and I will place them as chiefs over you.
14 Силәр болсаңлар маңа: — «Сениң ейтқиниң яхши гәп болди», дедиңлар.
And ye answered me, and said, The thing which thou hast spoken is good to do.
15 Шуниң билән мән қәбилилириңлардин мунәввәр адәмләрни, йәни данишмән һәм мөтивәр адәмләрни таллап, үстүңләргә йолбашчи қилип, миң беши, йүз беши, әллик беши вә он беши қилип тайинлап, қәбилилириңлар үчүн һәр хил әмәлләрни тутушқа тиклидим.
And I took the chiefs of your tribes, wise and known men, and I set them as heads over you, captains over thousands, and captains over hundreds, and captains over fifties, and captains over tens, and as officers for your tribes.
16 Шу чағда мән араңлардики сорақчиларға: «Қериндашлириңлар арисидики әрз-дәваларни сораңлар, қериндаш билән қериндашниң оттурисида вә пухрайиң билән хошна олтарған яқа жутлуқлар оттурисида адил һөкүм чиқириңлар;
And I commanded your judges at that time, saying, Hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously, between a man and his brother, and between his stranger.
17 һөкүм чиқарғанда һеч қандақ кишиниң йүз-хатирисини қилмаңлар; мәйли кичик болсун, чоң болсун силәр һәммисиниңла ишлирини сораңлар. Силәр инсанларниң сөлитидин қорқмаслиғиңлар керәк, чүнки мошу һөкүм чиқириш иши Худаға тәвә иштур. Силәргә тәс чүшидиған иш болса, мениң алдимға елип келиңлар, мән уни аңлаймән» — дедим.
Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; the small as well as the great shall ye hear; ye shall not be afraid of any man; for the judgment belongeth to God: and the cause that is too hard for you shall ye bring unto me, and I will hear it.
18 Әйни чағда мән қилишқа керәк болған барлиқ ишлар тоғрилиқ тапилиғанмән.
And I commanded you at that time all the things which ye should do.
19 Биз Пәрвәрдигар Худайимиз бизгә буйруғандәк Һорәбтин чиқип, Аморийларниң тағлиғиға бардуқ вә силәр шу йолдики бепаян, дәһшәтлик чөлни көрдуңлар; биз униң һәммисидин өтүп, Қадәш-Барнеаға кәлдуқ.
And we departed from Horeb, and we went through all that great and terrible wilderness, which ye have seen, by the way of the mountain of the Emorites, as the Lord our God had commanded us; and we came as far as Kadesh-barnea'.
20 Вә мән силәргә: — «Силәр Пәрвәрдигар Худайимиз бизгә ата қилидиған, Аморийларниң теғиға йетип кәлдуқ.
And I said unto you, Ye are come unto the mountain of the Emorites, which the Lord our God doth give unto us.
21 Мана, Пәрвәрдигар Худайиңлар бу зиминни алдиңларға қойди; ата-боваңларниң Худаси Пәрвәрдигар силәргә ейтқандәк, шу йәргә чиқип уни егиләңлар; қорқмаңлар, һеч һодуқмаңлар» — дедим.
Behold, the Lord thy God hath given up the land before thee: go up and take possession of it, as the Lord the God of thy fathers hath spoken unto thee; do not fear, and be not discouraged.
22 Шуниң билән силәр һәммиңлар йенимға келип маңа: — «Биз зиминға кириштин илгири алдин адәмләрни әвәтәйли; улар биз үчүн у йәрни күзитип, чиқишимиз керәк болған йол вә биз учрайдиған шәһәрләр тоғрилиқ хәвәр йәткүзсун» — дедиңлар.
And ye all came near unto me and said, Let us send out men before us, that they may search out for us the land, and bring us word again concerning the way by which we must go up, and the cities to which we shall come.
23 Бу иш нәзиримгә мувапиқ көрүнүп, мән араңлардин он икки адәмни, йәни һәр қайси қәбилидин бирдин адәмни таллидим.
And the thing was pleasing in my eyes; and I took of you twelve men, one man for every tribe:
24 Улар йолға атлинип таққа берип, Әшкол җилғисиға чүшүп у йәрни тәкшүрүп көрүшти.
And they turned and went up into the mountain, and came unto the valley of Eshcol, and spied it out.
25 Улар қоллириға шу зиминдики мевиләрдин елип бизгә кәлтүрди вә мәлумат берип: «Пәрвәрдигар Худайимиз бизгә тәқдим қилған бу зимин яхшидур» — деди.
And they took in their hand some of the fruit of the land, and brought it down unto us; and they brought us word again, and said, The land which the Lord our God doth give us is good.
26 Һалбуки, силәр зиминға чиқишқа унимидиңлар, Пәрвәрдигар Худайиңларниң әмригә қарши чиқип Униңға асийлиқ қилдиңлар
But you would not go up, and ye rebelled against the order of the Lord your God;
27 вә өз чедириңларда қақшап: «Пәрвәрдигар бизгә өч болғанлиғидин бизни Аморийларниң қолиға тапшуруп һалак қилиш үчүн Мисир зиминидин чиқарған.
And ye murmured in your tents, and said, On account of the hatred of the Lord toward us, hath he brought us forth out of the land of Egypt, to deliver us into the hand of the Emorites, to destroy us.
28 Әнди биз нәгә барармиз? Чүнки қериндашлиримиз: «Шу йәрдики адәмләр биздин чоң һәм егиз бир хәлиқ екән; уларниң шәһәрлири интайин чоң, сепиллири асманға тақишидикән; униң үстигә биз шу йәрдә Анакийларни байқидуқ», дәп көңлимизни паракәндә қиливәтти» — дедиңлар.
Whither shall we go up? our brethren have made faint our heart, saying, The people is greater and taller than we; the cities are great and fortified up to heaven; and moreover the sons of the 'Anakim have we seen there.
29 Шуңа мән силәргә: «Қорқмаңлар, уларниң алдида дәккә-дүккигә чүшмәңлар;
And I said unto you, Have no dread, nor be ye afraid of them.
30 силәрниң алдиңларда маңидиған Пәрвәрдигар Худайиңлар Мисир зиминида көз алдиңларда барлиқ қилғанлиридәк силәр үчүн җәң қилиду;
The Lord your God who goeth before you, he it is who will fight for you; all just as he did for you in Egypt before your eyes;
31 силәр йәнә чөл-баявандиму барлиқ маңған йоллириңларда мошу йәргә йетип кәлгичә инсан өз оғлини қучиғида көтәргинидәк Пәрвәрдигар Худайиңларниңму силәрни көтәргинини көрдуңлар.
And in the wilderness which thou hast seen, where the Lord thy God bore thee, as a man doth bear his son, on all the way that ye have gone, until ye came unto this place.
32 Шуниңдәк гәрчә У йәнә кечидә отта, күндүздә булут ичидә силәрниң алдиңларда меңип, баргаһ тиккидәк йәрләрни издәп тепиш үчүн жүргән болсиму, бу ишта Пәрвәрдигар Худайиңларға ишәнмидиңлар.
Yet in this thing do ye not believe in the Lord your God,
Who goeth before you on the way to seek out for you a place for your encamping, in fire by night, to cause you to see on the way in which ye are to go, and in a cloud by day.
34 Пәрвәрдигар бу сөзләрни қилған авазиңларни аңлап ғәзәплинип:
And the Lord heard the voice of your words; and he was wroth, and swore, saying,
35 «Бу рәзил дәвирдикиләрдин һеч бир адәм һәр қандақ йол билән Мән ата-бовилириға тәқдим қилишни қәсәм қилған бу яхши зиминни көргүчи болмайду!
Surely there shall not one of these men of this evil generation see that good land, which I have sworn to give unto your fathers;
36 Пәқәт Йәфуннәһниң оғли Каләб пүтүн қәлби билән Пәрвәрдигарға әгәшкәчкә, шула зиминни көриду вә у өз пути билән кезип чиққан барлиқ йәрни униңға вә униң балилириға беримән» — дәп қәсәм қилди.
Save Caleb the son of Yephunneh, he shall see it, and to him will I give the land upon which he hath trodden, and to his children; because he hath wholly followed the Lord.
37 Шу чағда Пәрвәрдигар силәрниң сәвәвиңлардин мәндинму аччиқланди вә: «Сәнму шу йәргә киргүчи болмайсән.
also with me was the Lord angry for your sakes, saying, also thou shalt not go in thither.
38 лекин алдиңда хизмәттә туруватқан Нунниң оғли Йәшуа кирәләйду. Уни күчләндүргин, чүнки у Исраилларни униңға мирас қилдуриду.
Joshua the son of Nun, who standeth before thee, he shall go in thither: him encourage; for he shall cause Israel to inherit it.
39 Шуниңдәк силәрниң: «Улар [дүшмәнләрниң] олҗиси болуп қалиду» дегән кичик балилириңлар, йәни бүгүнки күндә яхши-яманни пәриқ етәлмәйдиған балилириңлар болса, кириду; Мән у йәрни уларға ата қилимән вә улар уни егиләйду.
And your little ones, of whom ye said, They will become a prey, and your children who know not this day either good or evil, these shall go in thither; and unto them will I give it, and they shall possess it.
40 Лекин силәр болсаңлар, бурулуп Қизил Деңизға баридиған йол билән чөл-баяванға қайттиңлар» — деди.
But as for you, turn you, and take your journey into the wilderness by the way of the Red Sea.
41 Шу чағда силәр маңа җавап берип: «Биз дәрвәқә Пәрвәрдигар алдида гуна садир қилдуқ. Шуниң үчүн биз һазир Пәрвәрдигар Худайимиз бизгә қилған барлиқ әмри бойичә җәң қилғили чиқимиз» — дедиңлар. Шуниң билән силәрниң һәр бириңлар өз бешимчилиқ қилип қурал-ярақлириңларни есип, таққа чиқмақчи болдуңлар.
And ye answered and said unto me, We have sinned against the Lord; we indeed will go up and we will fight, according to all that the Lord our God hath commanded us; and ye girded on every man his weapons of war, and ye insisted to go up into the mountain.
42 Лекин Пәрвәрдигар маңа: Уларға: — «Чиқмаңлар, җәң қилмаңлар, чүнки Мән араңларда әмәсмән; силәр чоқум дүшмәнлириңлар алдида мәғлуп болисиләр», дегин, деди.
And the Lord said unto me, Say unto them, Go not up, and do not fight; for I am not among you; lest ye be smitten before your enemies.
43 Мән силәргә сөз қилдим, лекин силәр қулақ салмидиңлар, бәлки Пәрвәрдигарниң сөзигә қарши чиқип асийлиқ қилип, өз бешимчилиқ қилип таққа чиқтиңлар.
And I spoke unto you; but ye would not hear; and ye rebelled against the order of the Lord, and you were presumptuous, and went up into the mountain.
44 Лекин тағда турған Аморийлар силәргә қарши атлинип, бир топ һәриләрдәк силәрни таки Хормаһғичә қоғлап, Сеирда силәрни қиличлап өлтүрди.
And the Emorites, who dwelt in that mountain: came out against you, and they pursued you, as the bees do, and they overthrew you in Seir, as far as Chormah.
45 Силәр қайтип келип Пәрвәрдигар алдида жиға-зерә көтәрдиңлар, амма Пәрвәрдигар пәрядиңларни аңлимиди, я униңға қулақ салмиди.
And ye returned and wept before the Lord; but the Lord hearkened not to your voice, nor gave ear unto you.
46 Шуниң билән силәр Қадәштә нурғун күнләр туруп қалдиңлар — силәр қанчә күнләр шу йәрдә турдуңлар!
And ye tarried in Kadesh many days, according unto the days that ye tarried there.
