1 Әйсаниң Мәсиһ екәнлигигә ишәнгән һәр бир киши Худадин туғулған болиду; вә туғдурғучи [Атини] сөйидиған һәр бир киши Униңдин туғулғучиниму сөйиду.

Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one, that loveth Him that begat, loveth Him also that is begotten of Him:

2 Биз өзимизниң Худаниң балилирини сөйидиғанлиғимизни шуниңдин билимизки, Худани сөйүп, Униң әмирлиригә әмәл қилишимиздиндур.

and in this we know that we love the children of God, since we love God and keep his commandments.

3 Худани сөйүш Униң әмирлиригә әмәл қилиш демәктур; вә Униң әмирлиридә турмақ еғир иш әмәстур.

For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

4 Чүнки Худадин туғулғанларниң һәммиси бу дуния үстидин ғәлибә қилиду; вә дунияниң үстидин ғәлибә қилғучи күч — дәл бизниң етиқатимиздур.

For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that vanquisheth the world, even our faith.

5 Бу дунияниң үстидин ғәлибә қилғучи зади кимләр? Пәқәт Әйсани Худаниң Оғли дәп етиқат қилғучилар әмәсму?

Who then is he that overcometh the world, but he who believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

6 У болса су вә қан арқилиқ кәлгән зат, йәни Әйса Мәсиһдур; Униң келиши пәқәт су биләнла әмәс, бәлки қан биләнму еди. Вә бу ишларға гувалиқ бәргүчи болса Роһтур, чүнки Роһ Өзи һәқиқәттур.

This is He that came by water and by blood, even Jesus the Messiah; not with water only, but with water and blood: and of this the Spirit beareth witness, for the Spirit is truth.

7 Чүнки Униң тоғрилиқ үч гувалиқ бәргүчи бар: —

Yea there are three that bear witness, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood:

8 булар Роһ, су вә қандин ибарәттур. Бу үчиниң [гувалиғи] бирдур.

and these three agree in one.

9 Әгәр биз инсанларниң гувалиқини қобул қилсақ, Худаниң гувалиғи буларниңкидин үстүндур. Худа Өз Оғли тоғрисида шундақ гувалиқ бәргән —

Now if we admit the testimony of men, sure the testimony of God is greater: and this is the testimony of God, which He hath testified concerning his Son.

10 (Худаниң Оғлиға етиқат қилған кишиниң ичидә шу гувалиқ бардур; бирақ Худаға ишәнмигән киши Уни ялғанчи қилған болиду, чүнки У Худаниң Өз Оғлини тәстиқлиған гувалиғиға ишәнмигән)

He, that believeth on the Son of God, hath the witness in himself: he, that believeth not God, hath in effect made Him a liar, because he believed not the testimony which God hath testified of his Son.

11 гувалиқ дәл шудурки, Худа бизгә мәңгүлүк һаятни ата қилди вә бу һаятлиқ Униң Оғлидидур. (aiōnios g166)

And the testimony is this, that God hath given to us eternal life; and this life is in his Son. (aiōnios g166)

12 Шуңа Оғулға егә болған киши һаятлиққа егә болған болиду; Худаниң Оғлиға егә болмиған киши һаятлиққа егә болмиған болиду.

He that hath the Son hath life: he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

13 Мән буларни Худаниң Оғлиниң намиға етиқат қилған силәргә силәрниң мәңгүлүк һаятқа егә болғанлиғиңларни билишиңлар үчүн яздим. (aiōnios g166)

These things have I written to you, who believe on the name of the son of God, that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may the more firmly believe on the name of the Son of God. (aiōnios g166)

14 Вә бизниң Униңға болған толуқ ишәш-хатирҗәмлигимиз шундақки, Униң ирадисигә мувапиқ һәр қандақ бир ишни тилисәк, У бизни аңлайду.

And this is the confidence, which we have towards Him, that if we ask any thing according to his will, He heareth us:

15 Уни һәр немә тилигинимизни аңлайду дәп билгән екәнмиз, дуайимизда Униңдин тилигинимизгә ериштуқ, дәп билимиз.

and if we know that He heareth us in whatsoever we ask; we know that we shall have the petitions, which we have requested of Him.

16 Бириси қериндишиниң өлүмгә мәһкүм қилмайдиған бир гуна садир қилғанлиғини көрсә, униң үчүн дуа қилсун; вә Худа өлүмгә мәһкүм қилмайдиған гуна садир қилғанлар үчүн униңға һаятлиқ ата қилиду. Өлүмгә мәһкүм гунаму бардур. Униң тоғрисидин тилисун, демәймән.

If any one see his brother commit a sin which is not unto death, let him pray for him, and God will give him life, that is for them that do not sin unto death. There is a sin unto death: and for that I do not say that he should pray.

17 Һәммә һәққанийәтсизлик гунадур; вә өлүмгә мәһкүм қилмайдиған гунаму бар.

All unrighteousness indeed is sin, and yet there is a sin not unto death.

18 Худадин туғулғучиниң гуна садир қилмайдиғанлиғини билимиз; чүнки әслидә Худадин туғулған Зат бундақ кишини қоғдап қалиду вә әшу рәзил униңға тегәлмәйду.

We know that whosoever is born of God, doth not practise sin: but keepeth himself from it, and the wicked one doth not touch him.

19 Әнди өзимизниң Худадин болғанлиғимиз өзимизгә мәлум; амма пүткүл дуния болса у рәзилниң илкидидур.

We know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth under the wicked one.

20 Йәнә бизгә мәлумки, Худаниң Оғли дунияға кәлди вә Һәқиқий Болғучини тонушимиз үчүн көңлимизни йорутти; вә биз Һәқиқий Болғучиниң Өзидә, йәни Униң Оғли Әйса Мәсиһдә яшаватимиз. У болса һәқиқий Худа вә мәңгүлүк һаятлиқтур! (aiōnios g166)

But we know that the son of God is come, and hath given us understanding, that we may know Him that is true, and we are in Him that is true, and in his son Jesus Christ: He is the true God, and eternal life. (aiōnios g166)

21 Әзиз балилирим, өзүңларни һәр қандақ бутлардин сақлаңлар.

Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.
