David and the leaders of the army selected some of the sons of Asaph, Heman, and Jeduthun to prophesy with harps, with stringed instruments, and with cymbals. Here is the list of the men who performed this service:
2 Асафниң оғуллиридин Заккур, Йүсүп, Нитания вә Ашарилаһ бар еди; Асафниң оғуллириниң һәммиси Асафниң көрсәтмисигә қарайтти; Асаф падишаниң көрсәтмиси бойичә бешарәт берип сөзләйтти.
From the sons of Asaph: Zaccur, Joseph, Nethaniah, and Asharelah, the sons of Asaph, under the direction of Asaph, who prophesied under the king's supervision.
3 Йәдутунға кәлгәндә, униң Гәдалия, Зери, Йәшая, Шимәй, Һашабия вә Маттитияһ дегән алтә оғли болуп, атиси Йәдутунниң көрсәтмисигә қарайтти. Йәдутун Пәрвәрдигарға тәшәккүр ейтип мәдһийә оқуш үчүн чилтар челип бешарәт берәтти.
From the sons of Jeduthun: Gedaliah, Zeri, Jeshaiah, Shimei, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six in all, under the direction of their father Jeduthun, who played the harp for giving thanks and praising Yahweh.
4 Һеманниң болса, униң Буккия, Маттания, Уззийәл, Шәбуйәл, Йәримот, Һанания, Һанани, Әлията, Гиддалти вә Ромамти-Езәр, Йошбикаша, Маллоти, Һотир вә Махазиот дегән оғуллири бар еди.
From the sons of Heman: Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shubael, and Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, Romamti-Ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth.
5 Буларниң һәммиси Һеманниң оғуллири болуп, Худаға болған мәдһийисини яңритиш үчүн қоюлған (Һеман болса падишаға Худаниң сөз-каламини йәткүзидиған алдин көргүчи еди); Худа Һеманға он төрт оғул, үч қиз ата қилған еди.
All these were the sons of Heman the king's prophet. God gave Heman fourteen sons and three daughters to lift up his horn.
6 Буларниң һәммиси атилириниң башламчилиғида болуп, Пәрвәрдигарниң өйидә нәғмә-нава қилиш үчүн, җаң-җаң, тәмбур вә чилтар челип Худаниң өйидики вәзиписини өтәйтти. Асаф, Йәдутун вә Һеман [бу ишларда] падишаниң көрсәтмисигә қарайтти.
All these were under the direction of their fathers. They were musicians in Yahweh's house, with cymbals and stringed instruments as they served in God's house. Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman were under the king's supervision.

They and their brothers who were skilled and trained to make music to Yahweh numbered 288.

They cast lots for their duties, all alike, the same for the young as well as the old, the teacher as well as the student.

Now regarding Asaph's sons: The first lot fell to Joseph's family; the second fell to Gedaliah's family, twelve persons in number;

the third fell to Zaccur, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

the fourth fell to Izri, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;
