يەشايا 32

1 مانا، ھەققانىيلىق بىلەن ھۆكۈمرانلىق قىلغۇچى بىر پادىشاھ چىقىدۇ؛ ئەمىرلەر بولسا توغرا ھۆكۈم چىقىرىپ ئىدارە قىلىدۇ.

Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment.

2 ھەم شامالغا دالدا بولغۇدەك، بورانغا پاناھ بولغۇدەك، قاغجىراق جايغا ئېرىق-سۇلاردەك، چاڭقاپ كەتكەن زېمىنغا قورام تاشنىڭ سايىسىدەك بولغان بىر ئادەم چىقىدۇ.

And a man shall be as a hiding-place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as streams of water in a dry place, as the shade of a great rock in a weary land.

3 شۇنىڭ بىلەن كۆرگۈچىلەرنىڭ كۆزلىرى ھېچ تورلاشمايدۇ، ئاڭلايدىغانلارنىڭ قۇلىقى ئېنىق تىڭشايدۇ؛

And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears of them that hear shall hearken.

4 بەڭباشنىڭ كۆڭلى بىلىمنى تونۇپ يېتىدۇ، كېكەچنىڭ تىلى تېز ھەم ئېنىق سۆزلەيدۇ.

The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly.

5 پەسەندىلەر ئەمدى پەزىلەتلىك دەپ ئاتالمايدۇ، پىقسىق ئىپلاسلار ئەمدى مەرد دەپ ئاتالمايدۇ،

The vile person shall be no more called liberal, nor the churl said [to be] bountiful.

6 چۈنكى پەسەندە ئادەم پەسلىكنى سۆزلەيدۇ، ئۇنىڭ كۆڭلى بۇزۇقچىلىق تەييارلايدۇ، ئىپلاسلىق قىلىشقا، پەرۋەردىگارغا داغ كەلتۈرۈشكە، ئاچلارنىڭ قورسىقىنى ئاچ قالدۇرۇشقا، چاڭقىغانلارنىڭ ئىچىملىكىنى يوقىتىۋېتىشكە نىيەتلىنىدۇ.

For the vile person will speak villainy, and his heart will work iniquity, to practice hypocrisy, and to utter error against the LORD, to make empty the soul of the hungry; and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.

7 بەرھەق، ئىپلاس ئادەمنىڭ تەدبىرلىرى قەبىھتۇر؛ ئۇ قەستلەرنى پەملەپ ئولتۇرىدۇ، مۆمىنلەرنى يالغان گەپ بىلەن، يوقسۇلنىڭ دەۋاسىدا گەپ قىلىپ ئۇنى ۋەيران قىلىشنى پەملەپ ئولتۇرىدۇ.

The instruments also of the churl [are] evil: he deviseth wicked devices to destroy the poor with lying words, even when the needy speaketh right.

8 پەزىلەتلىك ئادەمنىڭ قىلغان نىيەتلىرى بەرھەق پەزىلەتلىكتۇر؛ ئۇ پەزىلەتتە مۇقىم تۇرىدۇ.

But the liberal deviseth liberal things; and by liberal things shall he stand.

9 ئورنۇڭلاردىن تۇرۇپ، ئى خاتىرجەم ئاياللار، ئاۋازىمنى ئاڭلاڭلار! ئى ئەندىشىسىز قىزلار، سۆزلىرىمگە قۇلاق سېلىڭلار!

Rise up, ye women that are at ease; hear my voice, ye careless daughters; give ear to my speech.

10 بىر يىل ئۆتە-ئۆتمەيلا، ئى بىغەم ئاياللار، پاراكەندە قىلىنىسىلەر! چۈنكى ئۈزۈم ھوسۇلى بىكارغا كېتىدۇ، مېۋە يىغىش يوق بولىدۇ.

Many days and years shall ye be troubled, ye careless women: for the vintage shall fail, the gathering shall not come.

11 ئى خاتىرجەم ئاياللار، تىترەڭلار! ئى ئەندىشىسىز قىزلار، پاتىپاراق بولۇڭلار! كىيىمىڭلارنى سېلىۋېتىڭلار، ئۆزۈڭلارنى يالاڭ قىلىڭلار، چاترىقىڭلارغا بۆز باغلاڭلار!

Tremble, ye women that are at ease; be troubled, ye careless ones: strip ye, and make you bare, and gird [sackcloth] upon [your] loins.

12 گۈزەل ئېتىز-باغلار ئۈچۈن، مېۋىلىك ئۈزۈم تاللىرى ئۈچۈن مەيدەڭلارغا ئۇرۇپ ھەسرەت چېكىڭلار!

They shall lament for the breasts, for the pleasant fields, for the fruitful vine.

13 ئۈستىدە تىكەن-يانتاقلار ئۆسىدىغان ئۆز خەلقىمنىڭ زېمىنى ئۈچۈن، شاد-خۇرام ئۆيلەر، ۋاراڭ-چۇرۇڭ قىلىپ ئوينايدىغان بۇ شەھەر ئۈچۈن قايغۇرۇڭلار!

Upon the land of my people shall come up thorns [and] briers; also, upon all the houses of joy [in] the joyous city:

14 چۈنكى ئوردا تاشلىنىدۇ، ئادەملەر بىلەن لىق تولغان شەھەر ئادەمزاتسىز بولىدۇ، ئىستىھكام ۋە كۆزەت مۇنارلىرى ئۇزۇن زامانغىچە پەقەتلا ياۋايى ئېشەكلەر زوق ئالىدىغان، قوي پادىلىرى ئوزۇقلىنىدىغان بوز يەرلەر بولىدۇ.

Because the palaces shall be forsaken; the multitude of the city shall be left; the forts and towers shall be for dens for ever, a joy of wild asses, a pasture of flocks;

15 تاكى روھ بىزگە يۇقىرىدىن تۆكۈلگۈچە، دالالار مېۋىلىك باغ-ئېتىزلار بولغۇچە، مېۋىلىك باغ-ئېتىزلار ئورمانزار دەپ ھېسابلانغۇچە شۇ پېتى بولىدۇ.

Until the spirit shall be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness shall be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field shall be counted for a forest.

16 شۇ چاغدا ئادالەت دالانى، ھەققانىيلىق مېۋىلىك باغ-ئېتىزلارنى ماكان قىلىدۇ.

Then judgment shall dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness remain in the fruitful field.

17 ھەققانىيلىقتىن چىقىدىغىنى خاتىرجەملىك بولىدۇ، خاتىرجەملىكنىڭ نەتىجىسى بولسا مەڭگۈگە بولىدىغان ئارام-تىنچلىق ۋە ئامان-ئېسەنلىك بولىدۇ.

And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness, quietness and assurance for ever.

18 شۇنىڭ بىلەن مېنىڭ خەلقىم خاتىرجەم ماكانلاردا، ئىشەنچلىك تۇرالغۇلاردا ۋە تىنچ ئارامگاھلاردا تۇرىدۇ.

And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting-places;

19 ئورمان كېسىلىپ يىقىتىلغاندا مۆلدۈر ياغسىمۇ، شەھەر پۈتۈنلەي يەر بىلەن يەكسان قىلىۋېتىلسىمۇ،

When it shall hail, coming down on the forest; and the city shall be low in a low place.

20 سۇ بويىدا ئۇرۇق تېرىغۇچىلار، كالا ۋە ئېشەكلەرنى كەڭ دالاغا قويۇۋېتىدىغانلار بەختلىكتۇر!

Blessed [are] ye that sow beside all waters, that send forth [thither] the feet of the ox and the ass.
