ھېكمەت توپلىغۇچى 10

1 خۇددى ئۆلۈك چىۋىنلەر ئەتتارنىڭ ئەتىرىنى سېسىتىۋېتىدىغاندەك، ئازراققىنە ئەخمەقلىق تارازىدا دانالىق ۋە ئىززەت-ھۆرمەتتىنمۇ ئېغىر توختايدۇ.

Flies of death it causes to stink it ferments [the] oil of a perfumer [is] weighty more than wisdom more than honor folly a little.

2 دانالىقنىڭ كۆڭلى ئوڭغا مايىل، ئەخمەقنىڭكى سولغا.

[the] heart of A wise [person] [is] to right [hand] his and [the] heart of a fool [is] to left [hand] his.

3 ئەخمەق كىشى ھەتتا يولدا مېڭىۋاتقاندىمۇ، ئۇنىڭ ئەقلى كەم بولغاچقا، ئۇ ئەخمەق ئىكەنلىكىنى ھەممىگە ئايان قىلىدۇ.

And also on the way (like when a fool *Q(K)*) [is] going heart his is lacking and he says to everyone [is] a fool he.

4 ھۆكۈمدارنىڭ ساڭا ئاچچىقى كەلسە، ئورنۇڭدىن ئىستېپا بەرمە؛ چۈنكى تىنچ-سەۋرىچانلىق خاتا-سەۋەنلىكتىن بولغان زور خاپىلىقنى تىنچىتىدۇ.

If [the] spirit of the ruler it will go up towards you place your may not you leave for calmness it will cause to rest sins great.

5 قۇياش ئاستىدا يامان بىر ئىشنى كۆردۇمكى، ئۇ ھۆكۈمداردىن چىققان بىر خاتا ئىشتۇر ــ

There [is] an evil [which] I have seen under the sun like an inadvertence that [is] going forth from to before the ruler.

6 ئەخمەقلەر يۇقىرى مەنسەپتە، شۇنىڭ بىلەن تەڭ بايلار پەس ئورۇندا ئولتۇرىدۇ؛

It is put folly in high places many and rich [people] in the low place they sit.

7 مەن قۇللارنىڭ ئاتقا مىنگەنلىكىنى، ئەمىرلەرنىڭ قۇللاردەك پىيادە ماڭغانلىقىنى كۆردۇم.

I have seen slaves on horses and princes [who] walk like slaves on the ground.

8 ئورىنى كولىغان كىشى ئۇنىڭغا يىقىلىشى مۇمكىن؛ تامنى بۇزغان كىشىنى يىلان چېقىشى مۇمكىن؛

[one who] digs A pit in it he will fall and [one who] breaks through a wall it will bite him a snake.

9 تاشلارنى يۆتكىگەن كىشى تاش تەرىپىدىن يارىلىنىشى مۇمكىن؛ ئوتۇن يارىدىغان كىشى خەۋپكە ئۇچرايدۇ.

[one who] quarries Stones he will be hurt by them [one who] cleaves wood he will be endangered by them.

10 پالتا گال بولسا، بىرسى تىغىنى بىلىمىسە، پالتىنى كۈچەپ چېپىشقا توغرا كېلىدۇ؛ بىراق دانالىق ئادەمنى ئۇتۇق-مۇۋەپپەقىيەتكە ئېرىشتۈرىدۇ.

If it is blunt the iron [axe] and he not faces he has sharpened and strength he will make strong and [is] advantage (to give success *Q(k)*) wisdom.

11 يىلان ئوينىتىلماي تۇرۇپ، يىلانچىنى چاقسا، يىلانچىغا نېمە پايدا؟

If it will bite the snake with not charming and there not [is] profit for [the] master of the tongue.

12 دانا كىشىنىڭ سۆزلىرى شەپقەتلىكتۇر؛ بىراق ئەخمەقنىڭ لەۋلىرى ئۆزىنى يۇتىدۇ.

[the] words of [the] mouth of A wise [person] [are] favor and [the] lips of a fool it swallows him.

13 سۆزلىرىنىڭ بېشى ئەخمەقلىق، ئايىغى رەزىل تەلۋىلىكتۇر؛

[the] beginning of [the] words of Mouth his [is] folly and [the] end of mouth his [is] madness evil.

14 ئەمما ئەخمەق يەنىلا گەپنى كۆپەيتىدۇ. بىراق ھېچكىم كەلگۈسىنى بىلمەيدۇ؛ ئۇنىڭدىن كېيىنكى ئىشلارنى كىم ئۇنىڭغا ئېيتالىسۇن؟

And the fool he multiplies words not he knows the person what? that will be and which it will be from after him who? will he tell to him.

15 ئەخمەقلەر جاپاسى بىلەن ئۆزلىرىنى ئۇپرىتىدۇ؛ چۈنكى ئۇلار ھەتتا شەھەرگە بارىدىغان يولنىمۇ بىلمەيدۇ.

[the] toil of Fools it wearies him that not he knows to walk to a city.

16 ئى زېمىن، پادىشاھىڭ بالا بولسا، ئەمىرلىرىڭ سەھەردە زىياپەت ئۆتكۈزسە، ھالىڭغا ۋاي!

Woe! to you O land that king your [is] a youth and princes your in the morning they eat.

17 ئى زېمىن، پادىشاھىڭ مۆتىۋەرنىڭ ئوغلى بولسا ۋە ئەمىرلىرىڭ كەيپ ئۈچۈن ئەمەس، بەلكى ئۆزىنى قۇۋۋەتلەش ئۈچۈن مۇۋاپىق ۋاقتىدا زىياپەت ئۆتكۈزسە، بۇ سېنىڭ بەختىڭ!

How blessed [are] you O land that king your [is] a son of nobles and princes your at the appropriate time they eat for strength and not for drinking.

18 ھۇرۇنلۇقتىن ئۆينىڭ تورۇسى غۇلاي دەپ قالىدۇ؛ قوللارنىڭ بوشلۇقىدىن ئۆيدىن يامغۇر ئۆتىدۇ.

In laziness it sinks the rafter[s] and in lowering of hands it leaks the house.

19 زىياپەت كۈلكە ئۈچۈن تەييارلىنار، شاراب ھاياتنى خۇش قىلار؛ لېكىن پۇل ھەممە ئىشنى ھەل قىلار!

For laughter [people are] making food and wine it makes glad life and money it answers everything.

20 پادىشاھقا لەنەت قىلما، ھەتتا ئويۇڭدىمۇ تىللىما؛ ھۇجراڭدىمۇ بايلارنى تىللىما؛ چۈنكى ئاسماندىكى بىر قۇش ئاۋازىڭنى تارىتىدۇ، بىر قانات ئىگىسى بۇ ئىشنى ئايان قىلىدۇ.

Also in mind your a king may not you curse and in [the] chambers of lying down your may not you curse a rich [person] for bird of the heavens it will carry the sound and an owner (of wings *Q(K)*) it will tell [the] matter.
