ज़बूर 98

1 ख़ुदावन्द के सामने नया हम्द गाओ क्यूँकि उसने 'अजीब काम किए हैं। उसके दहने हाथ और उसके पाक बाज़ू ने उसके लिए फ़तह हासिल की है।

A Psalme. Sing vnto the Lord a newe song: for hee hath done marueilous things: his right hand, and his holy arme haue gotten him the victorie.

2 ख़ुदावन्द ने अपनी नजात ज़ाहिर की है, उसने अपनी सदाक़त क़ौमों के सामने ज़ाहिर की है।

The Lord declared his saluation: his righteousnes hath he reueiled in the sight of ye nations.

3 उसने इस्राईल के घराने के हक़ में अपनी शफ़क़त — ओ — वफ़ादारी याद की है, इन्तिहाई ज़मीन के लोगों ने हमारे ख़ुदा की नजात देखी है।

He hath remembred his mercy and his trueth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth haue seene the saluation of our God.

4 ऐ तमाम अहल — ए — ज़मीन! ख़ुदावन्द के सामने ख़ुशी का नारा मारो; ललकारो और खु़शी से गाओ और मदहसराई करो।

All the earth, sing ye loude vnto the Lord: crie out and reioyce, and sing prayses.

5 ख़ुदावन्द की सिताइश सितार पर करो, सितार और सुरीली आवाज़ से।

Sing prayse to the Lord vpon the harpe, euen vpon the harpe with a singing voyce.

6 नरसिंगे और करना की आवाज़ से, बादशाह या'नी ख़ुदावन्द के सामने खु़शी का नारा मारो।

With shalmes and sound of trumpets sing loude before the Lord the King.

7 समन्दर और उसकी मा'मूरी शोर मचाएँ और जहान और उसके बाशिंदे।

Let the sea roare, and all that therein is, the world, and they that dwell therein.

8 सैलाब तालियाँ बजाएँ; पहाड़ियाँ मिलकर ख़ुशी से गाएँ।

Let the floods clap their hands, and let the mountaines reioyce together

9 ख़ुदावन्द के सामने, क्यूँकि वह ज़मीन की 'अदालत करने आ रहा है। वह सदाक़त से जहान की, रास्ती से क़ौमों की 'अदालत करेगा।

Before the Lord: for he is come to iudge the earth: with righteousnesse shall hee iudge the world, and the people with equitie.
