ज़बूर 86
1 ऐ ख़ुदावन्द! अपना कान झुका और मुझे जवाब दे, क्यूँकि मैं ग़रीब और मोहताज हूँ।
The preier of Dauid. Lord, bowe doun thin eere, and here me; for Y am nedi and pore.
2 मेरी जान की हिफ़ाज़त कर, क्यूँकि मैं दीनदार हूँ, ऐ मेरे ख़ुदा! अपने बन्दे को, जिसका भरोसा तुझ पर है, बचा ले।
Kepe thou my lijf, for Y am holi; my God, make thou saaf thi seruaunt hopynge in thee.
3 या रब्ब, मुझ पर रहम कर, क्यूँकि मैं दिन भर तुझ से फ़रियाद करता हूँ।
Lord, haue thou merci on me, for Y criede al day to thee;
4 या रब्ब, अपने बन्दे की जान को ख़ुश कर दे, क्यूँकि मैं अपनी जान तेरी तरफ़ उठाता हूँ।
make thou glad the soule of thi seruaunt, for whi, Lord, Y haue reisid my soule to thee.
5 इसलिए कि तू या रब्ब, नेक और मु'आफ़ करने को तैयार है, और अपने सब दुआ करने वालों पर शफ़क़त में ग़नी है।
For thou, Lord, art swete and mylde; and of myche merci to alle men inwardli clepynge thee.
6 ऐ ख़ुदावन्द, मेरी दुआ पर कान लगा, और मेरी मिन्नत की आवाज़ पर तवज्जुह फ़रमा।
Lord, perseyue thou my preier with eeris; and yyue thou tente to the vois of my bisechyng.
7 मैं अपनी मुसीबत के दिन तुझ से दुआ करूँगा, क्यूँकि तू मुझे जवाब देगा।
In the dai of my tribulacioun Y criede to thee; for thou herdist me.
8 या रब्ब, मा'मूदों में तुझ सा कोई नहीं, और तेरी कारीगरी बेमिसाल हैं।
Lord, noon among goddis is lijk thee; and noon is euene to thi werkis.
9 या रब्ब, सब क़ौमें जिनको तूने बनाया, आकर तेरे सामने सिज्दा करेंगी और तेरे नाम की तम्जीद करेंगी।
Lord, alle folkis, whiche euere thou madist, schulen come, and worschipe bifore thee; and thei schulen glorifie thi name.
10 क्यूँकि तू बुजु़र्ग है और 'अजीब — ओ — ग़रीब काम करता है, तू ही अकेला ख़ुदा है।
For thou art ful greet, and makinge merueils; thou art God aloone.
11 ऐ ख़ुदावन्द, मुझ को अपनी राह की ता'लीम दे, मैं तेरी रास्ती में चलूँगा; मेरे दिल को यकसूई बख़्श, ताकि तेरे नाम का ख़ौफ़ मानूँ।
Lord, lede thou me forth in thi weie, and Y schal entre in thi treuthe; myn herte be glad, that it drede thi name.
12 या रब्ब! मेरे ख़ुदा, मैं पूरे दिल से तेरी ता'रीफ़ करूँगा; मैं हमेशा तक तेरे नाम की तम्जीद करूँगा।
Mi Lord God, Y schal knouleche to thee in al myn herte; and Y schal glorifie thi name withouten ende.
For thi merci is greet on me; and thou deliueridist my soule fro the lower helle. (Sheol h7585)
14 ऐ ख़ुदा, मग़रूर मेरे ख़िलाफ़ उठे हैं, और टेढ़े लोगों जमा'अत मेरी जान के पीछे पड़ी है, और उन्होंने तुझे अपने सामने नहीं रख्खा।
God, wickid men han rise vp on me; and the synagoge of myyti men han souyt my lijf; and thei han not set forth thee in her siyt.
15 लेकिन तू या रब्ब, रहीम — ओ — करीम ख़ुदा है, क़हर करने में धीमा और शफ़क़त — ओ — रास्ती में ग़नी।
And thou, Lord God, doynge merci, and merciful; pacient, and of myche merci, and sothefast.
16 मेरी तरफ़ मुतवज्जिह हो और मुझ पर रहम कर; अपने बन्दे को अपनी ताक़त बख़्श, और अपनी लौंडी के बेटे को बचा ले।
Biholde on me, and haue mercy on me, yyue thou the empire to thi child; and make thou saaf the sone of thin handmayden.
17 मुझे भलाई का कोई निशान दिखा, ताकि मुझ से 'अदावत रखने वाले इसे देख कर शर्मिन्दा हों क्यूँकि तूने ऐ ख़ुदावन्द, मेरी मदद की, और मुझे तसल्ली दी है।
Make thou with me a signe in good, that thei se, that haten me, and be aschamed; for thou, Lord, hast helpid me, and hast coumfortid me.
