1 देखो! कैसी अच्छी और खु़शी की बात है, कि भाई एक साथ मिलकर रहें!

Behold how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell in unity.

2 यह उस बेशक़ीमत तेल की तरह है, जो सिर पर लगाया गया, और बहता हुआ दाढ़ी पर, या'नी हारून की दाढ़ी पर आ गया; बल्कि उसके लिबास के दामन तक जा पहुँचा।

Like the precious ointment on the head, that ran down upon the beard, the beard of Aaron, Which ran down to the skirt of his garment:

3 या हरमून की ओस की तरह है, जो सिय्यून के पहाड़ों पर पड़ती है! क्यूँकि वहीं ख़ुदावन्द ने बरकत का, या'नी हमेशा की ज़िन्दगी का हुक्म फ़रमाया।

As the dew of Hermon, which descendeth upon mount Sion. For there the Lord hath commandeth blessing, and life for evermore.
