ज़बूर 115
1 हमको नहीं, ऐ ख़ुदावन्द बल्कि तू अपने ही नाम को अपनी शफ़क़त और सच्चाई की ख़ातिर जलाल बख़्श।
Lord, not to vs, not to vs; but yyue thou glorie to thi name.
2 क़ौमें क्यूँ कहें, “अब उनका ख़ुदा कहाँ है?”
On thi merci and thi treuthe; lest ony tyme hethene men seien, Where is the God of hem?
3 हमारा ख़ुदा तो आसमान पर है; उसने जो कुछ चाहा वही किया।
Forsothe oure God in heuene; dide alle thingis, whiche euere he wolde.
4 उनके बुत चाँदी और सोना हैं, या'नी आदमी की दस्तकारी।
The symulacris of hethene men ben siluer and gold; the werkis of mennus hondis.
5 उनके मुँह हैं लेकिन वह बोलते नहीं; आँखें हैं लेकिन वह देखते नहीं।
Tho han mouth, and schulen not speke; tho han iyen, and schulen not se.
6 उनके कान हैं लेकिन वह सुनते नहीं; नाक हैं लेकिन वह सूघते नहीं।
Tho han eeris, and schulen not here; tho han nose thurls, and schulen not smelle.
7 पाँव हैं लेकीन वह चलते नहीं, और उनके गले से आवाज़ नहीं निकलती।
Tho han hondis, and schulen not grope; tho han feet, and schulen not go; tho schulen not crye in her throte.
8 उनके बनाने वाले उन ही की तरह हो जाएँगे; बल्कि वह सब जो उन पर भरोसा रखते हैं।
Thei that maken tho ben maad lijk tho; and alle that triste in tho.
9 ऐ इस्राईल, ख़ुदावन्द पर भरोसा कर! वही उनकी मदद और उनकी ढाल है।
The hous of Israel hopide in the Lord; he is the helpere `of hem, and the defendere of hem.
10 ऐ हारून के घराने, ख़ुदावन्द पर भरोसा करो। वही उनकी मदद और उनकी ढाल है।
The hous of Aaron hopide in the Lord; he is the helpere of hem, and the defendere of hem.
11 ऐ ख़ुदावन्द से डरने वालो, ख़ुदावन्द पर भरोसा करो! वही उनकी मदद और उनकी ढाल है।
Thei that dreden the Lord, hopiden in the Lord; he is the helpere of hem, and the defendere of hem.
12 ख़ुदावन्द ने हम को याद रखा, वह बरकत देगाः वह इस्राईल के घराने को बरकत देगा; वह हारून के घराने को बरकत देगा।
The Lord was myndeful of vs; and blesside vs. He blesside the hous of Israel; he blesside the hous of Aaron.
13 जो ख़ुदावन्द से डरते हैं, क्या छोटे क्या बड़े, वह उन सबको बरकत देगा।
He blesside alle men that dreden the Lord; `he blesside litle `men with the grettere.
14 ख़ुदावन्द तुम को बढ़ाए, तुम को और तुम्हारी औलाद को!
The Lord encreesse on you; on you and on youre sones.
15 तुम ख़ुदावन्द की तरफ़ से मुबारक हो, जिसने आसमान और ज़मीन को बनाया।
Blessid be ye of the Lord; that made heuene and erthe.
16 आसमान तो ख़ुदावन्द का आसमान है, लेकिन ज़मीन उसने बनी आदम को दी है।
Heuene of `heuene is to the Lord; but he yaf erthe to the sones of men.
17 मुर्दे ख़ुदावन्द की सिताइश नहीं करते, न वह जो ख़ामोशी के 'आलम में उतर जाते हैं:
Lord, not deed men schulen herie thee; nether alle men that goen doun in to helle.
18 लेकिन हम अब से हमेशा तक, ख़ुदावन्द को मुबारक कहेंगे। ख़ुदावन्द की हम्द करो।
But we that lyuen, blessen the Lord; fro this tyme now and til in to the world.
