2 सला 6
1 और अम्बियाज़ादों ने इलीशा' से कहा, “देख, ये जगह जहाँ हम तेरे सामने रहते हैं, हमारे लिए छोटी है;
and to say son: child [the] prophet to(wards) Elisha behold please [the] place which we to dwell there to/for face your narrow from us
2 इसलिए हम को ज़रा यरदन को जाने दे कि हम वहाँ से एक एक कड़ी लेकर आएँ और अपने रहने के लिए एक घर बना सकें।” उसने जवाब दिया, “जाओ।”
to go: went please till [the] Jordan and to take: take from there man: anyone beam one and to make to/for us there place to/for to dwell there and to say to go: went
3 तब एक ने कहा, “मेहरबानी से अपने ख़ादिमों के साथ चल।” उसने कहा, “मैं चलूँगा।”
and to say [the] one be willing please and to go: went with servant/slave your and to say I to go: went
4 चुनाँचे वह उनके साथ गया, और जब वह यरदन पर पहुँचे तो लकड़ी काटने लगे।
and to go: went with them and to come (in): come [the] Jordan [to] and to cut [the] tree
5 लेकिन एक की कुल्हाड़ी का लोहा, जब वह कड़ी काट रहा था, पानी में गिर गया। तब वह चित्ला उठा, और कहने लगा, “हाय, मेरे मालिक! यह तो माँगा हुआ था।”
and to be [the] one to fall: fell(trees) [the] beam and [obj] [the] iron to fall: fell(trees) to(wards) [the] water and to cry and to say alas! lord my and he/she/it to ask
6 नबी ने कहा, “वह किस जगह गिरा?” उसने उसे वह जगह दिखाई। तब उसने एक छड़ी काट कर उस जगह डाल दी, और लोहा तैरने लगा।
and to say man [the] God where? to fall: fall and to see: see him [obj] [the] place and to shear tree: stick and to throw there [to] and to flow [the] iron
7 फिर उसने कहा, “अपने लिए उठा ले।” तब उसने हाथ बढ़ाकर उसे उठा लिया।
and to say to exalt to/for you and to send: reach hand his and to take: take him
8 अराम का बादशाह, इस्राईल के बादशाह से लड़ रहा था; और उसने अपने ख़ादिमों से मशवरा किया कि “मैं इन जगह पर डेरा डालूँगा।”
and king Syria to be to fight in/on/with Israel and to advise to(wards) servant/slave his to/for to say to(wards) place someone someone encampment my
9 इसलिए मर्द — ए — ख़ुदा ने इस्राईल के बादशाह से कहला भेजा कि “ख़बरदार तू उन जगहों से मत गुज़रना, क्यूँकि वहाँ अरामी आने को हैं।”
and to send: depart man [the] God to(wards) king Israel to/for to say to keep: careful from to pass [the] place [the] this for there Syria descended
10 और इस्राईल के बादशाह ने उस जगह, जिसकी ख़बर मर्द — ए — ख़ुदा ने दी थी और उसको आगाह कर दिया था, आदमी भेजे और वहाँ से अपने को बचाया, और यह सिर्फ़ एक या दो बार ही नहीं।
and to send: depart king Israel to(wards) [the] place which to say to/for him man [the] God (and to warn him *Q(K)*) and to keep: guard there not one and not two
11 इस बात की वजह से अराम के बादशाह का दिल निहायत बेचैन हुआ; और उसने अपने ख़ादिमों को बुलाकर उनसे कहा, “क्या तुम मुझे नहीं बताओगे कि हम में से कौन इस्राईल के बादशाह की तरफ़ है?”
and to rage heart king Syria upon [the] word: because [the] this and to call: call to to(wards) servant/slave his and to say to(wards) them not to tell to/for me who? from which/that to/for us to(wards) king Israel
12 तब उसके ख़ादिमों में से एक ने कहा, “नहीं, ऐ मेरे मालिक, ऐ बादशाह! बल्कि इलीशा', जो इस्राईल में नबी है, तेरी उन बातों को जो तू अपनी आरामगाह में कहता है, इस्राईल के बादशाह को बता देता है।”
and to say one from servant/slave his not lord my [the] king for Elisha [the] prophet which in/on/with Israel to tell to/for king Israel [obj] [the] word which to speak: speak in/on/with chamber bed your
13 उसने कहा, “जाकर देखो वह कहाँ है, ताकि मैं उसे पकड़वाऊँ।” और उसे यह बताया गया, “वह दूतैन में है।”
and to say to go: went and to see: see where? he/she/it and to send: depart and to take: take him and to tell to/for him to/for to say behold in/on/with Dothan
14 तब उसने वहाँ घोड़ों और रथों, और एक बड़े लश्कर को रवाना किया; तब उन्होंने रातों रात आकर उस शहर को घेर लिया।
and to send: depart there [to] horse and chariot and strength: soldiers heavy and to come (in): come night and to surround upon [the] city
15 जब उस मर्द — ए — ख़ुदा का ख़ादिम सुबह को उठ कर बाहर निकला तो देखा, कि एक लश्कर घोड़ों के साथ और रथों के शहर के चारों तरफ़ है। तब उस ख़ादिम ने जाकर उससे कहा, “हाय! ऐ मेरे मालिक, हम क्या करें?”
and to rise to minister man [the] God to/for to arise: rise and to come out: come and behold strength: soldiers to turn: surround [obj] [the] city and horse and chariot and to say youth his to(wards) him alas! lord my how? to make: do
16 उसने जवाब दिया, “ख़ौफ़ न कर, क्यूँकि हमारे साथ वाले उनके साथ वालों से ज़्यादा हैं।”
and to say not to fear for many which with us from whence with them
17 और इलीशा' ने दुआ की और कहा, “ऐ ख़ुदावन्द, उसकी आँखें खोल दे ताकि वह देख सके।” तब ख़ुदावन्द ने उस जवान की आँखें खोल दीं, और उसने जो निगाह की तो देखा कि इलीशा' के चारों तरफ़ का पहाड़ आग के घोड़ों और रथों से भरा है।
and to pray Elisha and to say LORD to open please [obj] eye his and to see: see and to open LORD [obj] eye [the] youth and to see: see and behold [the] mountain: mount to fill horse and chariot fire around Elisha
18 और जब वह उसकी तरफ़ आने लगे, तो इलीशा' ने ख़ुदावन्द से दुआ की और कहा, “मैं तेरी मिन्नत करता हूँ, इन लोगों को अन्धा कर दे।” इसलिए उसने जैसा इलीशा' ने कहा था, उनको अन्धा कर दिया।
and to go down to(wards) him and to pray Elisha to(wards) LORD and to say to smite please [obj] [the] nation [the] this in/on/with blindness and to smite them in/on/with blindness like/as word Elisha
19 फिर इलीशा' ने उनसे कहा, “यह वह रास्ता नहीं और न ये वह शहर है, तुम मेरे पीछे चले आओ, और मैं तुम को उस शख़्स के पास पहुँचा दूँगा जिसकी तुम तलाश करते हो।” और वह उनको सामरिया को ले गया।
and to say to(wards) them Elisha not this [the] way: road and not this [the] city to go: follow after me and to go: take [obj] you to(wards) [the] man which to seek [emph?] and to go: take [obj] them Samaria [to]
20 जब वह सामरिया में पहुँचे तो इलीशा' ने कहा, “ऐ ख़ुदावन्द, इन लोगों की आँखें खोल दे, ताकि वह देख सके।” तब ख़ुदावन्द ने उनकी आँखें खोल दीं, उन्होंने जो निगाह की, तो क्या देखा कि सामरिया के अन्दर हैं।
and to be like/as to come (in): come they Samaria and to say Elisha LORD to open [obj] eye these and to see: see and to open LORD [obj] eye their and to see: see and behold in/on/with midst Samaria
21 और इस्राईल के बादशाह ने उनको देखकर इलीशा' से कहा, “ऐ मेरे बाप, क्या मैं उनको मार लूँ? मैं उनको मार लूँ?”
and to say king Israel to(wards) Elisha like/as to see: see he [obj] them to smite to smite father my
22 उसने जवाब दिया, “तू उनको न मार। क्या तू उनको मार दिया करता है, जिनको तू अपनी तलवार और कमान से क़ैद कर लेता है? तू उनके आगे रोटी और पानी रख, ताकि वह खाएँ — पिएँ और अपने मालिक के पास जाएँ।”
and to say not to smite which to take captive in/on/with sword your and in/on/with bow your you(m. s.) to smite to set: make food: bread and water to/for face: before their and to eat and to drink and to go: went to(wards) lord their
23 तब उसने उनके लिए बहुत सा खाना तैयार किया; और जब वह खा पी चुके तो उसने उनको रुख़्सत किया, और वह अपने मालिक के पास चले गए। और अराम के गिरोह इस्राईल के मुल्क में फिर न आए।
and to feed to/for them feast great: large and to eat and to drink and to send: depart them and to go: went to(wards) lord their and not to add: again still band Syria to/for to come (in): come in/on/with land: country/planet Israel
24 इसके बाद ऐसा हुआ कि बिनहदद, अराम, का बादशाह अपनी सब फ़ौज इकट्ठी करके चढ़ आया और सामरिया का घेरा कर लिया।

25 और सामरिया में बड़ा काल था, और वह उसे घेरे रहे, यहाँ तक कि गधे का सिर चाँदी के अस्सी सिक्कों में और कबूतर की बीट का एक चौथाई पैमाना' चाँदी के पाँच सिक्कों में बिकने लगा।
and to be famine great: large in/on/with Samaria and behold to confine upon her till to be head donkey in/on/with eighty silver: money and fourth [the] kab (quano *Q(K)*) in/on/with five silver: money
26 जब इस्राईल का बादशाह दीवार पर जा रहा था, तो एक 'औरत ने उसकी दुहाई दी और कहा, “ऐ मेरे मालिक, ऐ बादशाह, मदद कर।”
and to be king Israel to pass upon [the] wall and woman to cry to(wards) him to/for to say to save [emph?] lord my [the] king
27 उसने कहा, “अगर ख़ुदावन्द ही तेरी मदद न करे, तो मैं कहाँ से तेरी मदद करूँ? क्या ख़लिहान से, या अंगूर के कोल्हू से?”
and to say not to save you LORD from where? to save you from [the] threshing floor or from [the] wine
28 फिर बादशाह ने उससे कहा, “तुझे क्या हुआ?” उसने जवाब दिया, इस 'औरत ने मुझसे कहा, 'अपना बेटा दे दे, ताकि हम आज के दिन उसे खाएँ; और मेरा बेटा जो है, फिर उसे हम कल खाएँगे।
and to say to/for her [the] king what? to/for you and to say [the] woman [the] this to say to(wards) me to give: give [obj] son: child your and to eat him [the] day and [obj] son: child my to eat tomorrow
29 तब मेरे बेटे को हम ने पकाया और उसे खा लिया, और दूसरे दिन मैंने उससे कहा, 'अपना बेटा ला, ताकि हम उसे खाएँ; “लेकिन उसने अपना बेटा छिपा दिया है।”
and to boil [obj] son: child my and to eat him and to say to(wards) her in/on/with day [the] another to give: give [obj] son: child your and to eat him and to hide [obj] son: child her
30 बादशाह ने उस 'औरत की बातें सुनकर अपने कपड़े फाड़े; उस वक़्त वह दीवार पर चला जाता था, और लोगों ने देखा कि अन्दर उसके तन पर टाट है।
and to be like/as to hear: hear [the] king [obj] word [the] woman and to tear [obj] garment his and he/she/it to pass upon [the] wall and to see: see [the] people and behold [the] sackcloth upon flesh his from house: inside
31 और उसने कहा, “अगर आज साफ़त के बेटे इलीशा' का सिर उसके तन पर रह जाए, तो ख़ुदावन्द मुझसे ऐसा बल्कि इससे ज़्यादा करे।”
and to say thus to make: do to/for me God and thus to add if to stand: stand head Elisha son: child Shaphat upon him [the] day: today
32 लेकिन इलीशा' अपने घर में बैठा रहा, और बुजु़र्ग़ लोग उसके साथ बैठे थे, और बादशाह ने अपने सामने से एक शख़्स को भेजा, पर इससे पहले कि वह क़ासिद उसके पास आए, उसने बुज़ु़गों से कहा, “तुम देखते हो कि उस क़ातिल के बेटे ने मेरा सिर उड़ा देने को एक आदमी भेजा है? इसलिए देखो, जब वह क़ासिद आए, तो दरवाज़ा बन्द कर लेना और मज़बूती से दरवाज़े को उसके सामने पकड़े रहना। क्या उसके पीछे — पीछे उसके मालिक के पैरों की आहट नहीं?”
and Elisha to dwell in/on/with house: home his and [the] old: elder to dwell with him and to send: depart man from to/for face: before his in/on/with before to come (in): come [the] messenger to(wards) him and he/she/it to say to(wards) [the] old: elder to see: behold! for to send: depart son: warrior [the] to murder [the] this to/for to turn aside: remove [obj] head my to see: behold! like/as to come (in): come [the] messenger to shut [the] door and to oppress [obj] him in/on/with door not voice: sound foot lord his after him
33 और वह उनसे अभी बातें कर ही रहा था कि देखो, कि वह क़ासिद उसके पास आ पहुँचा, और उसने कहा, “देखो, ये बला ख़ुदावन्द की तरफ़ से है, अब आगे मैं ख़ुदावन्द का रास्ता क्यूँ देखूँ?”
still he to speak: speak with them and behold [the] messenger to go down to(wards) him and to say behold this [the] distress: harm from with LORD what? to wait: wait to/for LORD still
