2 कुरिन्थियों 9
1 जो ख़िदमत मुक़द्दसों के वास्ते की जाती है, उसके ज़रिए मुझे तुम को लिखना फ़ज़ूल है।
For concerning the ministering to the saints, it is superfluous for me to write to you.
2 क्यूँकि मैं तुम्हारा शौक़ जानता हूँ, जिसकी वजह से मकिदुनिया के लोगों के आगे तुम पर फ़ख़्र करता हूँ कि अख़िया के लोग पिछले साल से तैयार हैं और तुम्हारी सरगर्मी ने अकसर लोगों को उभारा।
For I know your readiness of mind, of which I boast in behalf of you to the Macedonians, that Achaia was prepared a year ago; and your zeal stirred up the greater part of them.
3 लेकिन मैने भाइयों को इसलिए भेजा कि हम जो फ़ख़्र इस बारे में तुम पर करते हैं वो बे'असल न ठहरे बल्कि तुम मेरे कहने के मुवाफ़िक़ तैयार रहो।
But I sent the brethren, that our boasting of you should not prove unfounded in this respect; that, as I said, ye may be prepared;
4 ऐसा न हो कि अगर मकिदुनिया के लोग मेरे साथ आएं और तुम को तैयार न पाएँ तो हम ये नहीं कहते कि तुम उस भरोसे की वजह से शर्मिन्दा हो।
lest, should the Macedonians come with me, and find you unprepared, we (not to say ye) should be put to shame in respect to this confidence.
5 इसलिए मैंने भाइयों से ये दरख़्वास्त करना ज़रूरी समझा कि वो पहले से तुम्हारे पास जाकर तुम्हारी मो'ऊदा बख़्शिश को पहले से तैयार कर रखें ताकि वो बख़्शिश की तरह तैयार रहें न कि ज़बरदस्ती के तौर पर।
I thought it necessary therefore to exhort the brethren to go before to you, and make up beforehand your bounty, which was already announced, that the same might be ready, as a matter of bounty, and not of covetousness.
6 लेकिन बात ये है कि जो थोड़ा बोता है वो थोड़ा काटेगा और जो बहुत बोता है वो बहुत काटेगा।
But this there is to say: He that soweth sparingly, shall reap also sparingly; and he that soweth bountifully, shall reap also bountifully.
7 जिस क़दर हर एक ने अपने दिल में ठहराया है उसी क़दर दे, न दरेग़ करके न लाचारी से क्यूँकि ख़ुदा ख़ुशी से देने वाले को अज़ीज़ रखता है।
Each one, as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity; for God loveth a cheerful giver.
8 और ख़ुदा तुम पर हर तरह का फ़ज़ल कसरत से कर सकता है। ताकि तुम को हमेशा हर चीज़ ज़्यादा तौर पर मिला करे और हर नेक काम के लिए तुम्हारे पास बहुत कुछ मौजूद रहा करे।
And God is able to make every blessing abound toward you, that ye, always having all sufficiency in everything, may abound to every good work;
9 चुनाँचे कलाम में लिखा है कि उसने बिखेरा है उसने कंगालों को दिया है उसकी रास्तबाज़ी हमेशा तक बाक़ी रहेगी। (aiōn g165)
as it is written: “He dispersed abroad, he gave to the poor; his righteousness remaineth for ever.” (aiōn g165)
10 पस जो बोने वाले के लिए बीज और खाने के लिए रोटी एक दुसरे को पहुँचाता है वही तुम्हारे लिए बीज बहम पहुँचाए गा; और उसी में तरक़्क़ी देगा और तुम्हारी रास्तबाज़ी के फलों को बढ़ाएगा।
Now, he that ministereth seed to the sower, and bread for food, will supply and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;
11 और तुम हर चीज़ को बहुतायत से पाकर सब तरह की सख़ावत करोगे; जो हमारे वसीले से ख़ुदा की शुक्रगुज़ारी के ज़रिए होती है।
while ye are enriched in everything to all liberality, which worketh out through us thanksgiving to God;
12 क्यूँकि इस ख़िदमत के अन्जाम देने से न सिर्फ़ मुक़द्दसों की ज़रूरते पूरी होती हैं बल्कि बहुत लोगों की तरफ़ से ख़ुदा की शुक्रगुज़ारी होती है।
for the ministration of this service not only supplieth the wants of the saints, but also overfloweth through many thanksgivings to God;
13 इस लिए कि जो नियत इस ख़िदमत से साबित हुई उसकी वजह से वो ख़ुदा की बड़ाई करते हैं कि तुम मसीह की ख़ुशख़बरी का इक़रार करके उस पर ता'बेदारी से अमल करते हो और उनकी और सब लोगों की मदद करने में सख़ावत करते हो।
while by the proof afforded by this ministration they glorify God for your obedience to your profession in regard to the gospel of Christ, and for the liberality of your contribution in regard to them and in regard to all;
14 और वो तुम्हारे लिए दुआ करते हैं और तुम्हारे मुश्ताक़ हैं इसलिए कि तुम पर ख़ुदा का बड़ा ही फ़ज़ल है।
while with supplication for you they long after you on account of the exceeding grace of God to you.
15 शुक्र ख़ुदा का उसकी उस बख़्शिश पर जो बयान से बाहर है।
Thanks be to God for his unspeakable gift.
