Псалми 126
“A psalm of the steps, or the goings up.” When the LORD brought back the captivity of Zion, We were like them that dream.
2 Наші у́ста тоді були́ повні весе́лощів, а язик наш — співа́ння! Казали тоді між наро́дами: Велике вчини́в Господь з ними!“
Then was our mouth filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing. Then said they among the nations, “The LORD hath done great things for them!”
3 Велике вчини́в Господь з нами, — були ра́дісні ми!
Yea, the LORD hath done great things for us, For which we are glad.
4 Вернися ж із нашим поло́ном, о Господи, немо́в ті джере́ла, на пі́вдень!
Bring back, O LORD! our captivity, Like streams in the South!
5 Хто сіє з слізьми́, зо спі́вом той жне:
They who sow in tears Shall reap in joy.
6 все хо́дить та плаче, хто но́сить торби́ну насіння на по́сів, — та ве́рнеться з співом, хто но́сить снопи́ свої!
Yea, he goeth forth weeping, bearing his seed; He shall surely come back rejoicing, bearing his sheaves.
