Неемія 7
1 І сталося, як був збудо́ваний мур, то повставля́в я двері, і були понаста́влювані придве́рні, співаки́ та Левити.
And it comes to pass, when the wall has been built, that I set up the doors, and the gatekeepers are appointed, and the singers, and the Levites,
2 І призна́чив я над Єрусалимом свого брата Ханані та зверхника тверди́ні Хананію, бо він був чоловік правдивий, і Бога боявся більше від багатьох інших.
and I charge my brother Hanani, and Hananiah head of the palace, concerning Jerusalem—for he [is] as a man of truth, and fearing God above many—
3 І сказав я до них: „Нехай не відчиня́ються єрусалимські брами аж до спе́ки сонця. І поки вони самі стоять, нехай позамика́ють двері, і так тримайте. І поста́вити ва́рти з єрусалимських ме́шканців, кожного на його сторожі, і кожного навпроти його дому!“
and I say to them, “Do not let the gates of Jerusalem be opened until the heat of the sun, and while they are standing by let them shut the doors, and fasten, and appoint guards of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, each at his watch, and each in front of his house.”
4 А місто було широко-просто́ре й велике, та народу в ньо́му мало, і доми не були побудо́вані.
And the city [is] broad on both sides, and great, and the people [are] few in its midst, and there are no houses built;
5 І поклав мені Бог мій на серце моє зібрати шляхе́тних, і заступників та наро́д, щоб переписати. І знайшов я книжку пе́репису тих, хто прийшов перше, а в ній я знайшов написане таке:
and my God puts it to my heart, and I gather the nobles, and the prefects, and the people, for the genealogy, and I find a scroll of the genealogy of those coming up at the beginning, and I find written in it:
6 Оце вихо́дьки з округи, що прийшли з поло́ну вигна́ння, яких вигнав був Навуходоно́сор, цар вавилонський, і вони повернулися до Єрусалиму та до Юдеї, кожен до міста свого,
These [are] sons of the province, those coming up of the captives of the expulsion that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon removed—and they return to Jerusalem and to Judah, each to his city—
7 ті, що прийшли були з Зоровавелем, Ісусом, Неемією, Азарією, Раамією, Нахаманієм, Мордехаєм, Білшаном, Місперетом, Біґваєм, Нехумом, Бааною. Число людей Ізраїлевого наро́ду:
who are coming in with Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Azariah, Raamiah, Nahamani, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispereth, Bigvai, Nehum, Baanah. The number of the men of the people of Israel:
8 синів Пар'ошових — дві тисячі сто й сімдеся́т і два,
sons of Parosh, two thousand one hundred and seventy-two;
9 синів Шеватіїних — три сотні і сімдесят і два,
sons of Shephatiah, three hundred seventy-two;
10 синів Арахових — шість сотень п'ятдеся́т і два,
sons of Arah, six hundred fifty-two;
11 синів Пахат-Моавових, із синів Ісусових та Йоавових — дві тисячі й вісім сотень вісімнадцять,
sons of Pahath-Moab, of the sons of Jeshua and Joab, two thousand and eight hundred [and] eighteen;
12 синів Еламових — тисяча двісті п'ятдеся́т і чотири,
sons of Elam, one thousand two hundred fifty-four;
13 синів Заттуєвих — вісім сотень сорок і п'ять,
sons of Zattu, eight hundred forty-five;
14 синів Заккаєвих — сім сотень і шістдеся́т,
sons of Zaccai, seven hundred and sixty;
15 синів Біннуєвих — шість сотень сорок і вісім,
sons of Binnui, six hundred forty-eight;
16 синів Беваєвих — шість сотень двадцять і вісім,
sons of Bebai, six hundred twenty-eight;
17 синів Азґадових — дві тисячі три сотні двадцять і два,
sons of Azgad, two thousand three hundred twenty-two;
18 синів Адонікамових — шість сотень шістдеся́т і сім,
sons of Adonikam, six hundred sixty-seven;
19 синів Біґваєвих — дві тисячі шістдесят і сім,
sons of Bigvai, two thousand sixty-seven;
20 синів Адінових — шість сотень п'ятдеся́т і п'ять,
sons of Adin, six hundred fifty-five;
21 синів Атерових, — з синів Хізкійїних — дев'ятдеся́т і вісім,
sons of Ater of Hezekiah, ninety-eight;
22 синів Хашумових — три сотні двадцять і вісім,
sons of Hashum, three hundred twenty-eight;
23 синів Бецаєвих — три сотні двадцять і чотири,
sons of Bezai, three hundred twenty-four;
24 синів Харіфових — сто дванадцять,
sons of Hariph, one hundred [and] twelve;
25 синів Ґів'онових — дев'ятдеся́т і п'ять,
sons of Gibeon, ninety-five;
26 людей з Віфлеєму та Нетофи — сто вісімдеся́т і вісім,
men of Beth-Lehem and Netophah, one hundred eighty-eight;
27 людей з Анототу — сто двадцять і вісім,
men of Anathoth, one hundred twenty-eight;
28 людей з Бет-Азмавету — сорок і два,
men of Beth-Azmaveth, forty-two;
29 людей з Кір'ят-Єаріму, Кефіри та Беероту — сім сотень сорок і три,
men of Kirjath-Jearim, Chephirah, and Beeroth, seven hundred forty-three;
30 людей з Рами та Ґави — шість сотень двадцять і один,
men of Ramah and Gaba, six hundred twenty-one;
31 людей з Міхмасу — сто двадцять і два,
men of Michmas, one hundred and twenty-two;
32 людей з Бет-Елу та Аю — сто двадцять і три,
men of Bethel and Ai, one hundred twenty-three;
33 людей з Нево Другого — п'ятдеся́т і два,
men of the other Nebo, fifty-two;
34 вихо́дьків з Еламу Другого — тисяча двісті п'ятдесят і чотири,
sons of the other Elam, one thousand two hundred fifty-four;
35 виходьків з Харіму — три сотні й двадцять,
sons of Harim, three hundred and twenty;
36 виходьків з Єрихону — три сотні сорок і п'ять,
sons of Jericho, three hundred forty-five;
37 виходьків з Лоду, Хадіду й Оно — сім сотень і двадцять і один,
sons of Lod, Hadid, and Ono, seven hundred and twenty-one;
38 вихо́дьків з Сенаї — три тисячі дев'ять сотень і тридцять.
sons of Senaah, three thousand nine hundred and thirty.
39 Священиків: синів Єдаїних з Ісусового дому — дев'ять сотень сімдеся́т і три,
The priests: sons of Jedaiah, of the house of Jeshua, nine hundred seventy-three;
40 синів Іммерових — тисяча п'ятдесят і два,
sons of Immer, one thousand fifty-two;
41 синів Пашхурових — тисяча двісті сорок і сім,
sons of Pashur, one thousand two hundred forty-seven;
42 синів Харімових — тисяча сімнадцять.
sons of Harim, one thousand and seventeen.
43 Левитів: синів Ісусових з Кадміїлового дому, з Годевиних синів — сімдеся́т і чотири.
The Levites: sons of Jeshua, of Kadmiel, of sons of Hodevah, seventy-four.
44 Співакі́в: синів Асафових — сто сорок і вісім.
The singers: sons of Asaph, one hundred forty-eight.
45 Придве́рних: синів Шаллумових, синів Атерових, синів Талмонових, синів Аккувових, синів Хатітиних, синів Шоваєвих — сто тридцять і вісім,
The gatekeepers: sons of Shallum, sons of Ater, sons of Talmon, sons of Akkub, sons of Hatita, sons of Shobai: one hundred thirty-eight.
46 Храмови́х підда́нців: сини Ціхині, сини Хасуфині, сини Таббаотові,
The Nethinim: sons of Ziha, sons of Hasupha, sons of Tabbaoth,
47 сини Керосові, сини Сіїні, сини Падонові,
sons of Keros, sons of Sia, sons of Padon,
48 сини Леванині, сини Хаґавині, сини Салмаєві,
sons of Lebanah, sons of Hagaba, sons of Shalmai,
49 сини Хананові, сини Ґідделові, сини Ґахарові,
sons of Hanan, sons of Giddel, sons of Gahar,
50 сини Реаїні, сини Рецінові, сини Некодині,
sons of Reaiah, sons of Rezin, sons of Nekoda,
51 сини Ґаззамові, сини Уззині, сини Пасеахові,
sons of Gazzam, sons of Uzza, sons of Phaseah,
52 сини Бесаєві, сини Меунімові, сини Нефішесінові,
sons of Bezai, sons of Meunim, sons of Nephishesim,
53 сини Бакбутові, сини Хакуфині, сини Хархурові,
sons of Bakbuk, sons of Hakupha, sons of Harhur,
54 сини Бацлітові, сини Мехидині, сини Харшині,
sons of Bazlith, sons of Mehida, sons of Harsha,
55 сини Баркосові, сини Сісерині, сини Темахові,
sons of Barkos, sons of Sisera, sons of Tamah,
56 сини Неціяхові, сини Хатіфині.
sons of Neziah, sons of Hatipha.
57 Синів Соломонових рабів: сини Сотаєві, сини Соферетові, сини Перідині,
Sons of the servants of Solomon: sons of Sotai, sons of Sophereth, sons of Perida,
58 сини Яалині, сини Дарконові, сини Ґідделові,
sons of Jaala, sons of Darkon, sons of Giddel,
59 сини Шефатіїні, сини Хаттілові, сини Похерет-Гаццеваїмові, сини Амонові, —
sons of Shephatiah, sons of Hattil, sons of Pochereth of Zebaim, sons of Amon.
60 усього цих храмови́х підда́нців та синів Соломонових рабів — три сотні дев'ятдеся́т і два.
All the Nethinim and the sons of the servants of Solomon [are] three hundred ninety-two.
61 А оце ті, що прийшли з Тел-Мелаху, з Тел-Харші, Керув-Аддону та Іммеру, та не могли дове́сти роду батьків своїх та свого насіння, чи вони з Ізраїля:
And these [are] those coming up from Tel-Melah, Tel-Harsha, Cherub, Addon, and Immer—and they have not been able to declare the house of their fathers, and their seed, whether they [are] of Israel—
62 синів Делаїних, синів Товійїних, синів Некодиних — шість сотень сорок і два.
sons of Delaiah, sons of Tobiah, sons of Nekoda, six hundred forty-two.
63 А з священиків: сини Ховаїні, сини Коцові, сини Барзіллая, що взяв жінку з дочо́к ґілеадянина Барзіллая, і став зватися їхнім ім'ям.
And of the priests: sons of Habaiah, sons of Koz, sons of Barzillai (who has taken a wife from the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite, and is called by their name).
64 Вони шукали за́пису свого родово́ду, але він не знайшовся, — і були вони ви́лучені зо свяще́нства,
These have sought their register among those reckoning themselves by genealogy, and it has not been found, and they are redeemed from the priesthood,
65 а намісник сказав їм, щоб вони не їли зо Святого Святих, аж поки не стане священик до урі́му та туммі́му.
and the Tirshatha says to them that they do not eat of the most holy things until the standing up of the priest with [the] Lights and Perfections.
66 Усього збору ра́зом — сорок дві тисячі триста й шістдеся́т,
All the assembly together [is] forty-two thousand three hundred and sixty,
67 окрім їхніх рабів та їхніх невільниць, — цих було сім тисяч триста тридцять і сім; а в них співакі́в та співа́чок — двісті й сорок і п'ять.
apart from their servants and their handmaids—these [are] seven thousand three hundred thirty-seven; and of them [are] male and female singers, two hundred forty-five.
68 Їхніх ко́ней було сім сотень тридцять і шість, їхніх мулів — двісті сорок і п'ять,
Their horses [are] seven hundred thirty-six; their mules, two hundred [and] forty-five;
69 верблю́дів — чотири сотні тридцять і п'ять, ослів — шість тисяч і сім сотень і двадцять.
camels, four hundred thirty-five; donkeys, six thousand seven hundred and twenty.
70 А частина голі́в ба́тьківських ро́дів дали́ на працю: намісник дав до скарбниці: золота тисячу даре́йків, кропи́льниць — п'ятдеся́т, священичих шат — п'ятсот і тридцять.
And from the extremity of the heads of the fathers they have given to the work; the Tirshatha has given to the treasure, one thousand drams of gold, fifty bowls, five hundred and thirty priests’ coats.
71 А з голів ба́тьківських родів дали до скарбниці на працю: золота — двадцять тисяч дарейків, а срібла — дві тисячі й двісті мін.
And of the heads of the fathers they have given to the treasure of the work, twenty thousand drams of gold, and two thousand and two hundred pounds of silver.
72 А що дала́ ре́шта наро́ду: золота — двадцять тисяч дарейків, а срібла — дві тисячі мін, а священичих шат — шістдеся́т і сім.
And that which the rest of the people have given [is] twenty thousand drams of gold, and two thousand pounds of silver, and sixty-seven priests’ coats.
73 І осілися священики, і Левити, і придве́рні, і співаки, і дехто з наро́ду, і храмові підда́нці, і ввесь Ізраїль по своїх міста́х. Як настав сьомий місяць, то Ізраїлеві сини були по своїх містах.
And they dwell—the priests, and the Levites, and the gatekeepers, and the singers, and [some] of the people, and the Nethinim, and all Israel—in their cities, and the seventh month comes, and the sons of Israel [are] in their cities.
