Ісус Навин 21
1 І підійшли голови домів батьків Левієвих до священика Елеазара й до Ісуса, сина Навинового, та до голів домів батьків племен Ізраїлевих синів,
Then came near the heads of the fathers of the Levites to Eleazar the priest, and to Joshua the son of Nun, and to the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel;
2 та й говорили до них у Шіло́ в ханаанському кра́ї, кажучи: „Госпо́дь наказав був через Мойсея дати нам міста на сидіння, а їхні пасови́ська для нашої худоби“.
And they spoke to them at Shiloh in the land of Canaan, saying, the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses to give us cities to dwell in, with their suburbs for our cattle.
3 І дали́ Ізраїлеві сини Левитам зо свого наді́лу на нака́з Господній ті міста та їхні пасови́ська.
And the children of Israel gave to the Levites out of their inheritance, at the commandment of the LORD, these cities and their suburbs.
4 І вийшов жеребо́к для родів кегате́янина. І були синам священика Аарона з Левитів від племени Юдиного, і від племени Симеонового, і від племени Веніяминового тринадцять міст.
And the lot came out for the families of the Kohathites: and the children of Aaron the priest, [who were] of the Levites, had by lot out of the tribe of Judah, and out of the tribe of Simeon, and out of the tribe of Benjamin, thirteen cities.
5 А Кега́товим синам, що позосталися з ро́дів племени Єфремового й з племени Данового та з половини племени Манасіїного жеребко́м дісталося десять міст.
And the rest of the children of Kohath [had] by lot out of the families of the tribe of Ephraim, and out of the tribe of Dan, and out of the half-tribe of Manasseh, ten cities.
6 А для Ґершонових синів від родів Іссаха́рового племени, і від Аси́рового племени, і від Нефтали́мового племени, і від половини Манасі́їного племени в Башані жеребком дісталося тринадцять міст.
And the children of Gershon [had] by lot out of the families of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the half-tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.
7 Мерарі́євим синам за їхніми ро́дами дісталося від племени Руви́мового, і від племени Ґа́дового, і від племени Завуло́нового — дванадцять міст.
The children of Merari by their families [had] out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.
8 І дали Ізраїлеві сини Левитам ті міста та їхні пасови́ська, як наказав був Господь через Мойсея, жеребко́м.
And the children of Israel gave by lot to the Levites these cities with their suburbs, as the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses.
9 І дали вони з племени синів Юдиних та з племени синів Симеонових ті міста, що будуть нижче на́звані йме́нням свої́м.
And they gave out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, these cities which are [here] mentioned by name,
10 I було для Ааронових синів із родів кегатеянина, з Левієвих синів, бо їм був жеребок найперше.
Which the children of Aaron, [being] of the families of the Kohathites, [who were] of the children of Levi, had: for theirs was the first lot.
11 І дали їм місто Кір'ят, батька ве́летнів Арби, воно Хевро́н, на Юдиних горах, та його пасови́ська навколо нього.
And they gave them the city of Arba the father of Anak (which [city is] Hebron) in the hill -[country] of Judah, with its suburbs round it.
12 А мійське поле та оселі його дали Калеву, синові Єфуннеєвому, на власність його.
But the fields of the city, and its villages, they gave to Caleb the son of Jephunneh for his possession.
13 А синам священика Ааро́на дали місто схо́вища вбійника: Хевро́н та його пасови́ська, і Лівну та її пасови́ська,
Thus they gave to the children of Aaron the priest, Hebron with its suburbs, [to be] a city of refuge for the slayer; and Libnah with its suburbs,
14 і Яттір та його пасови́ська, і Ештемоа та її пасовиська,
And Jattir with its suburbs, and Eshtemoa with its suburbs,
15 і Холон та його пасовиська, і Девір та його пасовиська,
And Holon with its suburbs, and Debir with its suburbs,
16 і Аїн та його пасовиська, і Ютту та її пасовиська, Бет-Шемеш та його пасовиська, — дев'ять міст від двох тих племе́н.
And Ain with its suburbs, and Juttah with its suburbs, [and] Beth-shemesh with its suburbs; nine cities out of those two tribes.
17 А від Веніями́нового племени: Ґів'он та його пасовиська, Ґеву та її пасовиська,
And out of the tribe of Benjamin, Gibeon with its suburbs, Geba with its suburbs,
18 Анатоль та його пасовиська, і Алмон та його пасовиська, — міст четверо.
Anathoth with its suburbs, and Almon with its suburbs; four cities.
19 Усіх міст Ааронових синів, священиків, — тринадцять міст та їхні пасови́ська.
All the cities of the children of Aaron, the priests, [were] thirteen cities with their suburbs.
20 А ро́дам Кегатових синів, Левитам, що позостали від Кегатових синів, міста́ їхнього жеребка́ були́ від Єфремового пле́мени.
And the families of the children of Kohath, the Levites who remained of the children of Kohath, even they had the cities of their lot out of the tribe of Ephraim.
21 І дали їм місто схо́вища вбійника: Сихем та його пасови́ська, на Єфремовій горі, і Ґезер та його пасовиська.
For they gave them Shechem with its suburbs in mount Ephraim, [to be] a city of refuge for the slayer; and Gezer with its suburbs,
22 І Ківцаїм та його пасовиська, і Бет-Хорон та його пасовиська, міст четверо.
And Kibzaim with its suburbs, and Beth-horon with its suburbs; four cities.
23 А від Данового племени: Елтеке та його пасовиська, Ґіббетон та його пасовиська,
And out of the tribe of Dan, Eltekeh with its suburbs, Gibbethon with its suburbs,
24 Айялон та його пасовиська, Ґат-Ріммон та його пасовиська, — міст четверо.
Ajalon with its suburbs, Gath-rimmon with its suburbs; four cities.
25 А від половини Манасіїного племени: Таанах та його пасовиська, і Ґат-Ріммон та його пасовиська, — міст двоє.
And out of the half-tribe of Manasseh, Taanach with its suburbs, and Gath-rimmon with its suburbs; two cities.
26 Усіх міст — десять та їхні пасовиська для родів позосталих Кегатових синів.
All the cities [were] ten with their suburbs, for the families of the children of Kohath that remained.
27 А для Ґершонових синів з Левієвих ро́дів від половини Манасіїного племени місто схо́вища вбійника: Ґолан у Башані та його пасовиська, і Беештера та її пасовиська, — міст двоє.
And to the children of Gershon, of the families of the Levites, out of the [other] half-tribe of Manasseh [they gave] Golan in Bashan with its suburbs, [to be] a city of refuge for the slayer, and Beesh-terah with its suburbs; two cities.
28 А від Іссаха́рового племени: Кіш'йон та його пасовиська, Доврат та його пасовиська,
And out of the tribe of Issachar, Kishon with its suburbs, Dabareh with its suburbs,
29 Ярмут та його пасовиська, Ен-Ґаннім та його пасовиська, міст четверо.
Jarmuth with its suburbs, En-gannim with its suburbs; four cities.
30 А від Асирового племени: Міш'ал та його пасовиська, Ардон та його пасовиська,
And out of the tribe of Asher, Mishal with its suburbs, Abdon with its suburbs,
31 Хелкат та його пасовиська, Рехов та його пасовиська, — міст четверо.
Helkath with its suburbs, and Rehob with its suburbs; four cities.
32 А від Нефтали́мового племени місто схо́вища вбійника: Кедеш у Ґаліл та його пасовиська, і Хаммот-Дор та його пасовиська, і Картан та його пасовиська, — міст троє.
And out of the tribe of Naphtali, Kedesh in Galilee with its suburbs, [to be] a city of refuge for the slayer; and Hammoth-dor with its suburbs, and Kartan with its suburbs; three cities.
33 Усіх міст Ґершо́нових за їхніми родами — тринадцять міст та їхні пасови́ська.
All the cities of the Gershonites, according to their families, [were] thirteen cities with their suburbs.
34 А для родів Мерарієвих синів, Левитів, позосталих від племени Завуло́нового: Йокнеам та його пасовиська, Карта та її пасовиська.
And to the families of the children of Merari, the rest of the Levites, out of the tribe of Zebulun, Jokneam with its suburbs, and Kartah with its suburbs,
35 Дімна та її пасовиська, Нагалал та його пасовиська, — міст четверо.
Dimnah with its suburbs, Nahalal with its suburbs; four cities.
36 А від Рувимового племени: Бецар та його пасовиська, і Ягца та її пасови́ська,
And out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer with its suburbs, and Jahazah with its suburbs,
37 Кедемот та його пасови́ська, і Мефаат та його пасовиська, — міст четверо.
Kedemoth with its suburbs, and Mephaath with its suburbs; four cities.
38 А від Ґадового племени місто схо́вища вбійника: Рамот у Ґілеаді та його пасовиська, і Маханаїм та його пасовиська,
And out of the tribe of Gad, Ramoth in Gilead with its suburbs [to be] a city of refuge for the slayer; and Mahanaim with its suburbs,
39 Хешбон та його пасовиська, Язер та його пасовиська, — усіх міст четверо.
Heshbon with its suburbs, Jazer with its suburbs; four cities in all.
40 Усіх міст для Мерарієвих синів за їхніми ро́дами, що позосталися з Левієвих ро́дів, було за їхнім жеребко́м дванадцять міст.
So all the cities for the children of Merari by their families, which were remaining of the families of the Levites, were [by] their lot twelve cities.
41 Усіх Левієвих міст серед вла́сности Ізраїлевих синів — сорок і вісім міст та їхні пасовиська.
All the cities of the Levites within the possession of the children of Israel [were] forty and eight cities with their suburbs.
42 Будуть ті міста такі: кожне місто з пасовиськом його навколо нього, — так для всіх тих міст.
These cities were every one with their suburbs around them. Thus [were] all these cities.
43 І дав Господь Ізраїлеві ввесь той край, що присягну́в був дати його́ їхнім батька́м, і вони посіли його та й осілися в ньому.
And the LORD gave to Israel all the land which he swore to give to their fathers: and they possessed it, and dwelt in it.
44 І Господь дав їм мир навко́ло, усе так, як присягнув був їхнім батька́м. І ніхто зо всіх їхніх ворогів не встояв перед ними, — усіх їхніх ворогів Господь дав у їхню руку.
And the LORD gave them rest on all sides, according to all that he swore to their fathers: and there stood not a man of all their enemies before them; the LORD delivered all their enemies into their hand.
45 Нічо́го не було неви́конаного з усього того доброго слова, що Господь говорив до Ізраїлевого дому, — усе збуло́ся.
There failed not aught of any good thing which the LORD had spoken to the house of Israel; all came to pass.
