Йов 5
1 Ану клич, — чи є хто, щоб тобі відповів? І до ко́го з святих ти вдаси́ся?
to call: call out please there to answer you and to(wards) who? from holy to turn
2 Бо гнів побиває безглу́здого, а за́здрощі смерть завдаю́ть нерозумному!
for to/for fool(ish) to kill vexation and to entice to die jealousy
3 Я бачив безумного, я́к він розсівся, — та зараз оселя його спорохня́віла.
I to see: see fool(ish) to uproot and to curse pasture his suddenly
4 Від спасі́ння далекі сини його, вони без рятунку поча́влені бу́дуть у брамі!
to remove son: child his from salvation and to crush in/on/with gate and nothing to rescue
5 Його жни́во голодний поїсть, і з-між те́рну його забере́, — і спра́гнені ось поковта́ють маєток його!
which harvest his hungry to eat and to(wards) from thorn to take: take him and to long for snare strength: rich their
6 Бо нещастя вихо́дить не з по́роху, а горе росте не з землі, —
for not to come out: come from dust evil: trouble and from land: soil not to spring trouble
7 бо люди́на народжується на стражда́ння, як іскри, щоб уго́ру летіти.
for man to/for trouble to beget and son: type of flash to exult to fly
8 А я б удава́вся до Бога, і на Бога б поклав свою справу, —
but I to seek to(wards) God and to(wards) God to set: put cause my
9 Він чинить велике та недосліди́ме, предивне, якому немає числа,
to make: do great: large and nothing search to wonder till nothing number
10 бо Він дає дощ на пове́рхню землі, і на поля́ посилає Він воду,
[the] to give: give rain upon face: surface land: country/planet and to send: depart water upon face: surface outside
11 щоб поста́вить низьки́х на високе, і зміцни́ти спасі́ння засмучених.
to/for to set: make low to/for height and be dark to exalt salvation
12 Він розві́ює за́думи хитрих, і не виконують плану їх ру́ки,
to break plot prudent and not to make: do hand their wisdom
13 Він мудрих лука́вством їх ло́вить, і рада круті́йська марно́ю стає, —
to capture wise in/on/with be shrewd they and counsel to twist to hasten
14 вдень знахо́дять вони темноту́, а в по́лудень ма́цають, мов уночі!
by day to meet darkness and like/as night to feel in/on/with midday
15 І Він від меча урято́вує бідного, а з міцно́ї руки — бідаря́,
and to save from sword from lip their and from hand: power strong needy
16 і стає́ться надія нужде́нному, і замкнула уста́ свої кривда!
and to be to/for poor hope and injustice to gather lip her
17 Тож блаженна люди́на, яку Бог карта́є, і ти не цурайсь Всемогу́тнього кари:
behold blessed human to rebuke him god and discipline Almighty not to reject
18 Бо Він рану завда́сть — і перев'я́же, Він ламає — й виго́юють руки Його!

19 В шістьох лихах спаса́є тебе, а в сімох не діткне́ тебе зло:

20 Викупля́є тебе Він від смерти за голоду, а в бою́ — з рук меча.

21 Як бич язика́ запанує, сховаєшся ти, і не будеш боятись руїни, як при́йде вона.

22 З насилля та з голоду бу́деш сміятись, а земно́ї звіри́ни не бійся.
to/for violence and to/for famine to laugh and from living thing [the] land: soil not to fear
23 Бо з камі́нням на полі є в тебе умова, і звір польови́й прими́рився з тобою.
for with stone [the] land: country covenant your and living thing [the] land: country to ally to/for you
24 І дові́даєшся, що наме́т твій спокійний, і перегля́неш домі́вку свою́, — і не зна́йдеш у ній недоста́тку.
and to know for peace tent your and to reckon: list pasture your and not to sin
25 І довідаєшся, що числе́нне насіння твоє, а наща́дки твої — як трава на землі!
and to know for many seed: children your and offspring your like/as vegetation [the] land: soil
26 І в дозрілому ві́ці до гробу ти зі́йдеш, як збіжжя доспі́ле ввіхо́дить до клуні за ча́су свого!
to come (in): come in/on/with vigor to(wards) grave like/as to ascend: establish stack in/on/with time his
27 Отож, досліди́ли ми це — й воно так, послухай цього́, — й зрозумій собі все!“
