Ісая 40
1 Утіша́йте, втіша́йте наро́да Мого́, говорить ваш Бог!
Comfort comfort people my he says God your.
2 Промовляйте до серця Єрусалиму, і закли́чте до нього, що ви́повнилась його доля тяжка́, що вина йому ви́бачена, що він за свої всі гріхи вдвоє взяв з руки Господа!
Speak to [the] heart of Jerusalem and proclaim to it that it has been completed service its for it has been accepted iniquity its that it has received from [the] hand of Yahweh double for all sins its.
3 Голос кли́че: На пустині вготу́йте дорогу Господню, в степу ви́рівняйте битий шлях Богу нашому!
A voice [is] calling in the wilderness make clear [the] way of Yahweh make straight in the desert plain a highway for God our.
4 Хай піді́йметься всяка доли́на, і хай зни́зиться всяка гора́ та підгі́рок, і хай стане круте́ за рівни́ну, а па́сма гірські́ — за доли́ну!
Every valley it will be lifted up and every mountain and hill they will become low and it will become the steep [place] level ground and the rough places a plain.
5 І з'я́виться слава Господня, і разом побачить її кожне тіло, бо у́ста Господні оце прорекли́!
And it will be revealed [the] glory of Yahweh and they will see [it] all flesh together for [the] mouth of Yahweh it has spoken.
6 Голос кли́че: „Звіща́й!“Я ж спитав: „Про що буду звіща́ти? Всяке тіло — трава, всяка ж слава — як цвіт польови́й:
A voice [is] saying proclaim and he said what? will I proclaim all flesh [is] grass and all loyalty its [is] like [the] flower of the field.
7 трава засихає, а квітка зів'я́не, як по́дих Господній пові́є на неї! Справді, наро́д — то трава:
It dries up grass it withers a flower if [the] breath of Yahweh it blows on it truly [is] grass the people.
8 Трава засихає, а квітка зів'я́не, Слово ж нашого Бога пові́ки стоя́тиме!
It dries up grass it withers a flower and [the] word of God our it will stand for ever.
9 На го́ру високу зберися собі, благові́снику Сіону, свого голоса сильно підви́щ, благові́снику Єрусалиму! Підви́щ, не лякайся, скажи містам Юди: Ось Бог ваш!
On a mountain high go up yourself O bearer of news of Zion lift up with strength voice your O bearer of news of Jerusalem lift [it] up may not you be afraid say to [the] cities of Judah here! God your.
10 Ось при́йде Господь, Бог, як сильний, і буде раме́но Його панувати для Ньо́го! Ось із Ним нагоро́да Його, а перед обличчям Його — відпла́та Його.
Here! [the] Lord Yahweh a strong [one] he will come and arm his [is] ruling for him here! reward his [is] with him and recompense his [is] before him.
11 Він ота́ру Свою буде па́сти, як Па́стир, раме́ном Своїм позбирає ягня́та, і на лоні Своє́му носи́тиме їх, дійнякі́в же прова́дити буде!
Like a shepherd flock his he will shepherd in arm[s] his he will gather lambs and in bosom his he will carry [them] nursing [ewes] he will lead.
12 Хто во́ди помі́ряв своєю долонею, а п'я́дею ви́міряв небо, і трети́ною міри обняв пил землі, і гори ті зва́жив ваго́ю, а взгі́р'я — шалька́ми?
Who? has he measured in [the] hollow of hand his [the] waters and [the] heavens with span has he marked off? and has he contained? in third of a measure [the] dust of the earth and has he weighed? with balance mountains and hills with scales.
13 Хто Господнього Духа збагну́в, і де́ та люди́на, що ради свої подава́ла Йому́?
Who? has he directed [the] spirit of Yahweh and [the] person of counsel his will he inform? him.
14 З ким ра́дився Він, і той напоу́мив Його, та навчав путі пра́ва, і пізна́ння навчив був Його, і Його напоу́мив дороги розумної?
With whom? did he take counsel and did he give understanding? him and did he teach? him [the] path of justice and did he teach? him knowledge and [the] way of understanding will he inform? him.
15 Таж наро́ди — як кра́пля з відра́, а важать — як порох на ша́льках! Таж Він острови́ підіймає, немов ту пили́нку!
There! nations like a drop from a bucket and like [the] dust of scales they are regarded there! islands like fine [dust] he lifts.
16 I Ливана не ви́стачить на запалі́ння жерто́вне, не стане й звір'я́ його на цілопа́лення!
And Lebanon not [is] sufficiency of burning and animal[s] its not [is] sufficiency of burnt offering.
17 Насу́проти Нього всі люди — немов би ніщо́, порахо́вані в Нього марно́тою та порожне́чею.
All the nations [are] as nothing before him from nothingness and emptiness they are regarded by him.
18 І до ко́го вподо́бите Бога, і подобу яку ви поста́вите по́руч із Ним?
And to whom? will you liken! God and what? likeness will you compare to him.
19 Ма́йстер божка́ відлива́є, золота́р же його криє золотом, та виливає йому срібляні́ ланцюжки́.
The idol he has cast a craftsman and a metalsmith with gold he will overlay it and chains of silver [is] refining.
20 Убогий на да́ра такого бере собі дерево, що не гниє́, розшукує впра́вного ма́йстра, щоб поставив божка́, який не захита́ється.
The impoverished [person] a contribution wood [which] not it will rot he chooses a craftsman skillful he seeks for himself to prepare an idol [which] not it will be shaken.
21 Хіба ви не знаєте, чи ви не чули, чи вам не спові́щено зда́вна було́, чи ви не зрозуміли підва́лин землі?
¿ Not do you know ¿ not do you hear ¿ not has it been told from [the] beginning to you ¿ not have you understood [the] foundations of the earth.
22 Він Той, Хто сидить понад кру́гом землі, а мешка́нці її — немов та сарана́. Він небо простя́г, мов ткани́ну тонку́, і розтягнув Він його, мов наме́та на ме́шкання.
The [one who] sits above [the] circle of the earth and inhabitants its [are] like grasshoppers the [one who] stretched out like curtain [the] heavens and he spread out them like tent to dwell in.
23 Він Той, Хто князі́в оберта́є в ніщо́, робить су́ддів землі за марно́ту:
The [one who] appoints rulers to nothing judges of [the] earth like nothingness he makes.
24 вони не були ще поса́джені, і не були ще посі́яні, і пень їхній в землі ще не закоріни́вся, та як тільки на них Він дмухну́в, вони повсиха́ли, і буря поне́сла їх, мов ту солому!
Even not they have been planted even not they have been sown even not it has taken root in the ground rootstock their and also he blows on them and they have dried up and a tempest like chaff it carries off them.
25 І до кого Мене́ прирівня́єте, і йому́ буду рівний? говорить Святий.
And to whom? will you liken me and I may be equal? he says [the] holy [one].
26 Підійміть у височину́ ваші очі й побачте, хто те все створи́в? Той, Хто зо́рі виво́дить за їхнім числом та кличе ім'я́м їх усіх! І ніхто не загу́биться через всесильність та всемогу́тність Його́.
Lift up height eyes your and see who? did he create these the [one who] brings out by number host their all of them by name he calls from greatness of strength and a strong [one] of power any not it is missing.
27 По́що говориш ти, Якове, і кажеш, Ізраїлю: „Закрита доро́га моя перед Господом, і від Бога мого відійшло́ моє право“.
Why? do you say O Jacob so you may declare? O Israel it is hidden way my from Yahweh and from God my justice my it passes away.
28 Хіба ж ти не знаєш, або ти не чув: Бог відві́чний — Господь, що кі́нці землі Він створи́в? Він не зму́чується та не вто́млюється, і не збагне́нний розум Його.
¿ Not do you know or? not have you heard [is] a God of perpetuity - Yahweh [the one who] created [the] ends of the earth not he grows weary and not he becomes weary there not [is] inquiry to understanding his.
29 Він зму́ченому дає силу, а безси́лому — міць.
[he is] giving To the weary [person] strength and to [those who] there not [is] power strength he increases.
30 І пому́чаться хлопці й пото́мляться, і юнаки́ спотикну́тись — спіткну́ться,
And they may grow weary youths so they may become weary and young men certainly they stumble.
31 а ті, хто наді́ю склада́є на Господа, силу відно́влять, кри́ла піді́ймуть, немов ті орли́, будуть бігати — і не пото́мляться, будуть ходити — і не пому́чаться!
And [those who] wait for Yahweh they will renew strength they will go up wing[s] like eagles they will run and not they will become weary they will walk and not they will grow weary.
