2 царів 10
1 А Аха́в мав сімдеся́т синів у Самарії. І понапи́сував Єгу листи, і порозсила́в до Самарії, до провідників Їзреелу, до старши́х і до вихо́вників Ахавових синів, говорячи:

2 „Як тільки при́йде лист цей до вас, — а з вами сини вашого пана, і з вами колесни́ці, і коні, і тверди́ні, і збро́я, —
and now (in/on/with to come (in): come *LB(ah)*) [the] scroll: document [the] this to(wards) you and with you son: child lord your and with you [the] chariot and [the] horse and city fortification and [the] weapon
3 то виберіть найліпшого та найвідповідні́шого з синів вашого пана, і посадіть його на трон вашого батька, та й воюйте за дім вашого пана!“
and to see: select [the] pleasant and [the] upright from son: child lord your and to set: make upon throne father his and to fight upon house: household lord your
4 А вони дуже-дуже налякалися й сказали: „Ось два царі́ не всто́яли перед ним, якже встоїмо́ ми?“
and to fear much much and to say behold two [the] king not to stand: stand to/for face: before his and how? to stand: stand we
5 І послали ті, що були над домом та над тим містом, і старші́, і виховники до Єгу, говорячи: „Ми раби твої, і зро́бимо все, що ти нам скажеш. Та ми не настано́вимо царем ніко́го, — що добре в оча́х твоїх, те роби!“

6 А він написав до них другого листа, пишучи: „Якщо ви мої, і слухня́ні моєму го́лосові, візьміть го́лови мужів, синів вашого пана, і прийдіть до мене цього ча́су взавтра до Їзреелу“(а царськи́х синів було сімдеся́т чоловіка, при міськи́х вельможах, що ви́ховали їх).
and to write to(wards) them scroll: document second to/for to say if to/for me you(m. p.) and to/for voice: message my you(m. p.) to hear: obey to take: take [obj] head human son: child lord your and to come (in): come to(wards) me like/as time tomorrow Jezreel [to] and son: child [the] king seventy man with great: large [the] city to magnify [obj] them
7 І сталося, як прийшов той лист до них, то побрали вони царських синів, та й позабивали сімдеся́т чоловіка. І посклада́ли вони їхні го́лови в ко́шики, та й послали до нього в Їзреел.
and to be like/as to come (in): come [the] scroll: document to(wards) them and to take: take [obj] son: child [the] king and to slaughter seventy man and to set: put [obj] head their in/on/with pot and to send: depart to(wards) him Jezreel [to]
8 І прибув посо́л, і доніс йому, кажучи: „Прине́сли го́лови царськи́х синів!“А він сказав: „Покладіть їх на дві купі при вході до брами до ра́нку“.
and to come (in): come [the] messenger and to tell to/for him to/for to say to come (in): bring head son: child [the] king and to say to set: put [obj] them two heap entrance [the] gate till [the] morning
9 І сталося вранці, і він вийшов і став, і сказав до всьо́го наро́ду: „Ви неви́нні. Я вчинив змову на свого пана й убив його. А хто повбивав усіх цих?
and to be in/on/with morning and to come out: come and to stand: stand and to say to(wards) all [the] people righteous you(m. p.) behold I to conspire upon lord my and to kill him and who? to smite [obj] all these
10 Знайте ж тепер, що з Господнього слова не промине́ться нічо́го, що́ Господь говорив на Ахавів дім, і Господь зробив те, що говорив був через раба Свого Іллю“.

11 І Єгу повбивав усіх позосталих з Ахавого дому в Їзреелі, і всіх вельмож його, і знайо́мих його, і священиків його, так, що не позоста́вив йому і врятованого!
and to smite Jehu [obj] all [the] to remain to/for house: household Ahab in/on/with Jezreel and all great: large his and to know his and priest his till lest to remain to/for him survivor
12 І встав він і відійшов, і пішов до Самарії. А коли він був на дорозі при Бет-Екед-Гароімі,

13 то спіткав братів Ахазії, Юдиного царя, і сказав: „Хто ви?“А ті відказали: „Ми Ахазієві брати, а йдемо́ запитати про гаразд царе́вих синів та синів цариці!“

14 А він сказав: „Схопі́ть їх живих!“І схопи́ли їх живих, і позабивали їх до ями Бет-Екеду, сорок і два чоловіка, — і він не позоставив ані одно́го з них!

15 І пішов він ізвідти, і спіткав Єгонадава, Рехавового сина, що йшов навпроти нього, і привітав його та й сказав до нього: „Чи твоє серце щире до мене, як моє серце до те́бе?“А Єгонадав відказав: „Так! Дай же свою́ ру́ку!“І той дав руку свою, і підняв його до себе до колесни́ці,

16 і сказав: „Іди ж зо мною, і приглянься до моєї запопа́дливости для Господа!“І посадили його в колесни́цю його́.
and to say to go: come [emph?] with me and to see: see in/on/with jealousy my to/for LORD and to ride [obj] him in/on/with chariot his
17 І прибув він до Самарії, і повбивав усіх позосталих в Ахава в Самарії, і ви́бив аж до кінця його, за словом Господа, що говорив був до Іллі.
and to come (in): come Samaria and to smite [obj] all [the] to remain to/for Ahab in/on/with Samaria till to destroy him like/as word LORD which to speak: speak to(wards) Elijah
18 І зібрав Єгу ввесь наро́д і сказав до них: „Ахав мало служив Ваалові, — Єгу служи́тиме йому більше!
and to gather Jehu [obj] all [the] people and to say to(wards) them Ahab to serve: minister [obj] [the] Baal little Jehu to serve: minister him to multiply
19 А тепер покличте до мене всіх пророків Ваала, усіх, хто служить йому, та всіх священиків. Нехай нікого не бракува́тиме, бо в мене велика жертва для Ваала. Кожен, хто буде відсутній, не буде живи́й!“А Єгу зробив це пі́дступом, щоб вигубити тих, хто служить Ваалові.
and now all prophet [the] Baal all to serve: minister him and all priest his to call: call to to(wards) me man: anyone not to reckon: missing for sacrifice great: large to/for me to/for Baal all which to reckon: missing not to live and Jehu to make: do in/on/with cunning because to perish [obj] to serve: minister [the] Baal
20 І сказав Єгу́: „Оголосіть святочні збори для Ваала!“І вони оголосили.
and to say Jehu to consecrate: consecate assembly to/for Baal and to call: call out
21 І послав Єгу по всьому Ізраїлю. І посхо́дилися всі, хто служить Ваалові, і не позостався ніхто, хто не прийшов би. І прибули́ вони до Ваалового дому, — і перепо́внився Ваалів дім від входу до входу.
and to send: depart Jehu in/on/with all Israel and to come (in): come all to serve: minister [the] Baal and not to remain man: anyone which not to come (in): come and to come (in): come house: home [the] Baal and to fill house: home [the] Baal lip: edge to/for lip: edge
22 І сказав він тому, хто над царсько́ю шатнею: „Винеси одежу для всіх тих, хто служить Ваалові“. І той виніс їм ту одежу.
and to say to/for which upon [the] apparel to come out: send clothing to/for all to serve: minister [the] Baal and to come out: send to/for them [the] garment
23 І ввійшов Єгу та Єгонадав, Рехавів син, до Ваалового дому, і сказав до Ваалових служи́телів: „Пошукайте й подивіться, щоб не був тут із вами ніхто з Господніх слуг, а тільки самі ті, хто служить Ваалові“.
and to come (in): come Jehu and Jonadab son: child Rechab house: home [the] Baal and to say to/for to serve: minister [the] Baal to search and to see: see lest there here with you from servant/slave LORD that if: except if: except to serve: minister [the] Baal to/for alone them
24 І ввійшли вони, щоб прине́сти жертви та цілопа́лення. А Єгу́ поставив собі назо́вні вісімдеся́т чоловіка й сказав: „Кожен, у кого втече хто з тих людей, що я ввів на ваші руки, — життя його буде за життя того́!“
and to come (in): come to/for to make: offer sacrifice and burnt offering and Jehu to set: put to/for him in/on/with outside eighty man and to say [the] man which to escape from [the] human which I to come (in): come upon hand: power your soul: life his underneath: instead soul: life his
25 І сталося, як скінчи́в він приря́джувати цілопа́лення, то Єгу сказав до бігунів та до старши́н: „Увійдіть, повбивайте їх, — нехай ніхто не вийде!“І повбивали їх ві́стрям меча́, і поскидали їх ті бігуни́ та старши́ни. Потому пішли до міста Ваалового дому.
and to be like/as to end: finish he to/for to make: offer [the] burnt offering and to say Jehu to/for to run: guard and to/for officer to come (in): come to smite them man: anyone not to come out: come and to smite them to/for lip: edge sword and to throw [the] to run: guard and [the] officer and to go: went till city house: home [the] Baal
26 І повино́сили вони бовванів Ваалового дому, і попали́ли те.
and to come out: send [obj] pillar house: home [the] Baal and to burn her
27 І розбили вони Ваалового боввана, і розбили Ваалів дім, та й зробили з нього нечисте місце, і так є аж до сьогодні.
and to tear [obj] pillar [the] Baal and to tear [obj] house: home [the] Baal and to set: make him (to/for going forth *Q(K)*) till [the] day: today
28 І ви́губив Єгу Ваала з Ізраїля.
and to destroy Jehu [obj] [the] Baal from Israel
29 Тільки не відступив він від гріхів Єровоама, Неватового сина, що вводив у гріх Ізраїля, від золотих тельці́в, що в Бет-Елі та що в Дані.
except sin Jeroboam son: child Nebat which to sin [obj] Israel not to turn aside: turn aside Jehu from after them calf [the] gold which Bethel Bethel and which in/on/with Dan
30 І сказав Госпо́дь до Єгу: „Тому́, що ти добре зробив угодне в оча́х Моїх, зробив Ахавовому домові все, що було на серці Моєму, — сиді́тимуть сини твої на Ізраїлевому троні аж до четвертого покоління “.
and to say LORD to(wards) Jehu because which be pleasing to/for to make: do [the] upright in/on/with eye: appearance my like/as all which in/on/with heart my to make: do to/for house: household Ahab son: descendant/people fourth to dwell to/for you upon throne Israel
31 Та Єгу не пильнував ходити за Зако́ном Господа, Бога Ізраїля, усім своїм серцем, не відступив від гріхів Єровоама, що вводив у гріх Ізраїля.
and Jehu not to keep: careful to/for to go: walk in/on/with instruction LORD God Israel in/on/with all heart his not to turn aside: turn aside from upon sin Jeroboam which to sin [obj] Israel
32 За тих днів розпочав Господь відру́бувати від Ізраїля частини, — і побив їх Газаїл в усій Ізраїлевій країні,
in/on/with day [the] they(masc.) to profane/begin: begin LORD to/for to cut off in/on/with Israel and to smite them Hazael in/on/with all border: area Israel
33 від Йорда́ну на схід сонця, увесь край Ґілеаду, Ґадів, Рувимів та Манасіїн, від Ароеру, що над потоком Арнон, і Ґілеад та Башан.
from [the] Jordan east [the] sun [obj] all land: country/planet [the] Gilead [the] Gad and [the] Reubenite and [the] Manassite from Aroer which upon torrent: valley Arnon and [the] Gilead and [the] Bashan
34 А решта діл Єгу, і все, що́ він зробив, і вся лица́рськість його́, — ось вони написані в Книзі Хроніки Ізраїлевих царів.
and remainder word: deed Jehu and all which to make: do and all might his not they(masc.) to write upon scroll: book Chronicles [the] day to/for king Israel
35 І спочив Єгу зо своїми батька́ми, і поховали його в Самарії, а замість нього зацарював син його Єгоахаз.
and to lie down: be dead Jehu with father his and to bury [obj] him in/on/with Samaria and to reign Jehoahaz son: child his underneath: instead him
36 А дні, що царював Єгу над Ізраїлем у Самарії, були двадцять і вісім літ.
and [the] day which to reign Jehu upon Israel twenty and eight year in/on/with Samaria
