1 до коринтян 3
1 І я, браття, не міг говорити до вас, як до духовних, але як до тіле́сних, як до немовля́т у Христі.
AND I, brethren, have been unable to speak to you as unto spiritual men, but as to carnal, even as to babes in Christ.
2 Я вас годува́в молоком, а не твердо́ю ї́жею, бо ви не могли її їсти, та й тепер ще не можете,
And I have given you milk to drink, and not meat: for hitherto ye have not been capable of it, yea, even to the present moment ye are not capable of it.
3 бо ви ще тіле́сні. Бо коли за́здрість та суперечки між вами, то чи ж ви не тілесні, і хіба не по-лю́дському робите?
For ye are still carnal: for since there are among you envy, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as other men?
4 Бо коли хто каже: „Я ж Павлів“, а інший: „Я Аполло́сів“, то чи ж ви не тіле́сні?
For when one saith, I am indeed of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal?
5 Бо хто ж Аполло́с? Або хто то Павло? Вони тільки служи́телі, що ви ввірували через них, і то скільки кому́ дав Госпо́дь.
Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but the ministers through whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to each of us?
6 Я посадив, Аполло́с поливав, Бог же зрости́в,
I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.
7 тому́ ані той, хто са́дить, ані хто полива́є, є щось, але Бог, що ро́дить!
So then neither is he that planteth any thing, nor he that watereth; but God who giveth the increase.
8 І хто са́дить, і хто поливає — одне, і кожен оде́ржить свою нагоро́ду за працею сво́єю!
Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: but every one shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.
9 Бо ми співробі́тники Божі, а ви — Боже поле, Божа буді́вля.
For we are God’s fellowlabourers: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building.
10 Я за благодаттю Божою, що да́на мені, як мудрий будівни́чий, основу поклав, а інший будує на ній; але нехай кожен пильнує, я́к він будує на ній!
According to the grace of God given unto me, as a skilful architect, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every one take heed how he buildeth upon it.
11 Ніхто бо не може покла́сти іншої основи, окрім покла́деної, а вона — Ісус Христос.
For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus the Messiah.
12 А коли хто на цій основі будує з золота, срібла, дорогоцінного камі́ння, із дерева, сіна, соломи,
But if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, timbers, hay, stubble;
13 то буде ви́явлене ді́ло кожного, бо виявить день, тому що він огнем об'явля́ється, і огонь ді́ло кожного ви́пробує, яке воно є.
every man’s work shall be made manifest: for that day shall declare it, for it shall be laid open by fire; and the fire shall prove every man’s work of what sort it is.
14 І коли чиє ді́ло, яке збудував хто, усто́їть, то той нагороду оде́ржить;
If any man’s work which he hath built abide the trial, he shall receive a reward.
15 коли ж ді́ло згорить, той матиме шкоду, та сам він спасе́ться, але́ так, як через огонь.
If any man’s work be burnt up, he shall suffer loss: but himself shall be saved; yet so as through the fire.
16 Чи не знаєте ви, що ви — Божий храм, і Дух Божий у вас пробува́є?
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
17 Як хто ні́вечить Божого храма, того зні́вечить Бог, бо храм Божий святий, а храм той — то ви!
If any man prophane the temple of God, him will God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
18 Хай не зво́дить ніхто сам себе́. Як кому з вас здається, що він мудрий в цім віці, нехай стане нерозумним, щоб бути премудрим. (aiōn g165)
Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you thinketh himself a wise man in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. (aiōn g165)
19 Цьогосві́тня бо мудрість — у Бога глупо́та, бо написано: „Він ловить премудрих у хи́трощах їхніх!“
For the wisdom of this world is folly in the sight of God. For it is written, “He entangleth the wise in their own craftiness.”
20 І зно́ву: „Знає Госпо́дь думки мудрих, що марно́тні вони!“
And again, “The Lord knoweth the reasonings of the wise, that they are futile.”
21 Тож нехай ніхто не хва́литься людьми́, бо все ваше:
Wherefore let no man glory in men. For all things are your’s;
22 чи Павло, чи Аполло́с, чи Ки́фа, чи світ, чи життя, чи смерть, чи тепе́рішнє, чи майбутнє — усе ваше,
whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all things are your’s;
23 ви ж Христові, а Христос — Божий!
and ye are Christ’s; and Christ is God’s.
