Від Луки 24
1 Первого ж дня тижня, вельми рано, прийшли вони на гріб, несучи, що наготовили, пахощі, і другі з ними.
But on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they came to the tomb, bringing the spices which they had prepared.
2 Знайшли ж камінь відкочений від гробу.
They found the stone rolled away from the tomb.
3 І ввійшовши не знайшли тїла Господа Ісуса.
They entered in, and did not find the body of the Lord Yeshua.
4 І сталось, як здумілись вони від сього, ось два Чоловіки стояли перед ними в шатах ясних.
It happened, while they were greatly perplexed about this, look, two men stood by them in dazzling clothing.
5 Як же полякались вони й нахилили лице до землї, рекли до них: Чого шукаєте живого між мертвими?
Becoming terrified, they bowed their faces down to the earth. They said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead?
6 Нема Його тут, а встав. Згадайте, як Він промовляв до вас, ще бувши в Галилеї,
He is not here, but is risen. Remember what he told you when he was still in Galila,
7 глаголючи: Що мусить Син чоловічий бути виданим у руки чоловіків грішників, і бути рознятим, і третього дня воскреснути.
saying that the Son of Man must be delivered up into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again?"
8 І згадали слова Його,
Then they remembered his words.
9 і, вернувшись од гробу, сповістили про се все одинайцятьох і всїх инших.
And returning from the tomb, they told all these things to the eleven and to all the rest.
10 Була ж Мария Магдалина, та Йоанна, та Мария Яковова, й инші з ними, шо оповідали перед апостолами се.
Now they were Maryam Magdelaitha and Yukhan and Maryam the mother of Yaquv and the other women with them told these things to the apostles.
11 І явились перед ними яко видумка слова їх, і не поняли віри їм.
These words seemed to them to be nonsense, and they did not believe them.
12 Петр же, вставши, побіг до гробу; й нахилившись побачив тільки полотно, що лежало, й пійшов, сам у собі дивуючись тим, що сталось.
But Kipha got up and ran to the tomb. Stooping and looking in, he saw the strips of linen by themselves, and he departed to his home, wondering what had happened.
13 І ось двоє з них ійшло того ж дня на село, зване Емаус, гоней з шістьдесять од Єрусалиму.
And look, two of them were going that very day to a village named Emaus, which was about seven miles from Urishlim.
14 І розмовляли вони між собою про все те, що стало ся.
They talked with each other about all of these things which had happened.
15 І сталось, як розмовляли вони та перепитувались, і сам Ісус наближившись, ійшов з ними.
It happened, while they talked and questioned together, that Yeshua himself came near, and went with them.
16 Очі в їх були вдержані, щоб не пізнали Його.
But their eyes were kept from recognizing him.
17 Рече ж до них: Що се за речі, про котрі розмовляєте між собою йдучи, та сумуєте?
And he said to them, "What are these words that you are exchanging with each other as you walk?" And they stood still, looking sad.
18 Озвав ся ж один, на ймя Клеопа й каже до Него: Хиба Ти один захожий у Єрусалимі, і не знаєш, що стало ся в йому сими днями?
One of them, named Qalyopa, answered him, "Are you the only stranger in Urishlim who does not know the things which have happened there in these days?"
19 І рече їм: Що ж таке? Вони ж сказали Йому: Про Ісуса Назарянина, що був муж пророк, сильний ділом і словом перед Богом і всїм народом,
He said to them, "What things?" They said to him, "The things concerning Yeshua, the Natsraya, a man who was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people;
20 як видали Його архиєреї та князї нащі на суд смертний і розпяли Його.
and how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him up to be condemned to death, and crucified him.
21 Ми ж уповали, що се Він, що має збавити Ізраїля; а до всього того третій се день іде сьогоднї, як се стало ся;
But we were hoping that it was he who would redeem Israyel. Yes, and besides all this, it is now the third day since these things happened.
22 тільки ж і жінки деякі з наших налякали нас, бувши рано при гробі
Also, certain women of our company amazed us, having arrived early at the tomb;
23 і, не знайшовши тїла Його, прийшли оповідуючи, що явленнє ангелів бачили, котрі глаголють, що Він живий.
and when they did not find his body, they came saying that they had also seen a vision of angels, who said that he was alive.
24 І пійшли деякі з наших до гробу, й знайшли так, як і жінки казали; Його ж не бачили.
Some of us went to the tomb, and found it just like the women had said, but they did not see him."
25 І рече Він до них; о безумні і лїниві серцем вірувати всьому, що промовили пророки!
Then he said to them, "O foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken.
26 Чи не мусїв се терпіти Христос і ввійти в славу свою?
Did not the Meshikha have to suffer these things and to enter into his glory?"
27 І, почавши від Мойсея і від усіх пророків, виясняв Їм у всіх писаннях про Него.
Beginning from Mushe and from all the prophets, he explained to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself.
28 І наближались до села, куди йшли, й Він зробив, нїби хоче йти далі.
They drew near to the village, where they were going, and he acted like he would go further.
29 Вони ж удержували Його, кажучи: Зостань ся з нами; бо вже надвечір, і нахилив ся день. І ввійшов, щоб зостатись із ними.
They urged him, saying, "Stay with us, for it is almost evening, and the day is almost over." He went in to stay with them.
30 І сталось, як сидів Він за столом а ними, взявши хліб, благословив, і переломивши, подав їм.
It happened, that when he had sat down at the table with them, he took the bread and gave thanks. Breaking it, he gave to them.
31 їм же відкрились очі, й пізнали вони Його; й став ся Він невидимий їм.
Their eyes were opened, and they recognized him, and he vanished out of their sight.
32 І казали вони один до одного: Хиба ж серце наше не горіло в нас, як промовляв до нас у дорозї, і як розкривав нам писання?
And they said to one another, "Weren't our hearts burning within us, while he spoke to us along the way, and while he opened the Scriptures to us?"
33 І, вставши тієї ж години, вернулись у Єрусалим і знайшли згромаджених одинайпять, і тих, що були з ними,
They rose up that very hour, returned to Urishlim, and found the eleven gathered together, and those who were with them,
34 як говорили: Що встав Господь справді і явив ся Симонові.
saying, "The Lord is risen indeed, and has appeared to Shimon."
35 І розповіли вони, що сталось у дорозї, і як пізнали Його в ламанню хлїба.
They related the things that happened along the way, and how he was recognized by them in the breaking of the bread.
36 Як же се вони говорили, сам Ісус став посеред них, і рече їм: Упокій вам.
As they said these things, Yeshua himself stood among them, and said to them, "Peace be to you."
37 Вони ж, полякавшись і перестрашившись, думали, що духа бачять.
But they were terrified and filled with fear, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.
38 І рече їм: Чого стрівожились? і чого думки встають у серцях ваших?
He said to them, "Why are you troubled? Why do doubts arise in your hearts?
39 Дивіть ся на руки мої і ноги мої, що се сам я. Дотикайтесь мене й вбачайте; бо дух тїла й костей не має, як бачите, що я маю.
See my hands and my feet, that it is truly me. Touch me and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones, as you see that I have."
40 І, се глаголючи, показав їм руки й ноги.
When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his feet.
41 Ще ж як не поняли вони віри з радощів та дивувались, рече їм: Маєте що їсти тут?
While they still did not believe for joy, and wondered, he said to them, "Do you have anything here to eat?"
42 Вони ж Йому подали риби печеної частину та медового стільника (крижку).
And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish.
43 І взявши, їв перед ними.
And he took it and ate in front of them.
44 Рече ж їм: Оце ж слова, що глаголав я до вас, ще бувши з вами, що мусить справдити ся все, писане в законі Мойсейовому, й пророках, і псальмах про мене.
And he said to them, "This is what I told you, while I was still with you, that all things which are written in the Law of Mushe, the Prophets, and the Psalms, concerning me must be fulfilled."
45 Тодї розкрив їм розум розуміти писання,
Then he opened their minds, that they might understand the Scriptures.
46 і рече їм: Що так написано й так треба було терпіти Христу й воскреснути з мертвих третього дня;
He said to them, "Thus it is written, for the Meshikha to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day,
47 і проповідуватись в імя Його покаянню і відпущенню гріхів між усїма народами, почавши від Єрусалиму.
and that repentance leading to forgiveness of sins should be preached in his name to all the nations, beginning at Urishlim.
48 Ви ж сьвідки сього.
You are witnesses of these things.
49 І ось я посилаю обітуваннє Отця мого на вас; ви ж сидіть у городі Єрусалимі, поки одягнетесь силою звиш.
And look, I send forth the promise of my Father on you. But wait in the city until you are clothed with power from on high."
50 І вивів їх геть аж до Витаниї, і, знявши руки свої, благословив їх.
He led them out as far as Beth-Naiya, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.
51 І сталось, як благословляв їх, одступив од них і вознїс ся на небо.
It happened, while he blessed them, that he departed from them, and was carried up into heaven.
52 Вони ж, поклонившись Йому, вернулись у Єрусалим, з радощами великими;
They worshiped him, and returned to Urishlim with great joy,
53 і пробували раз у раз у церкві, хвалячи й благословлячи Бога. Амінь.
and were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God.
