Псалми 130

1 Пісня сходження. Із глибин кличу я до Тебе, Господи.

“A psalm of the steps, or the goings up.” Out of the depths do I cry to thee, O LORD!

2 Володарю, почуй же мій голос, нехай схиляться вуха Твої до голосу благання мого!

O Lord! listen to my voice, Let thine ears be attentive to my supplication!

3 Якщо беззаконня Ти, Господи, пильнуватимеш, хто ж встояти зможе, Владико?

If thou, LORD, shouldst treasure up transgressions, Lord, who could stand?

4 Але в Тебе прощення, щоб мали страх [перед Тобою].

But with thee is forgiveness, That thou mayst be feared.

5 Я покладаю надію на Господа, надію має душа моя, і на слово Його сподіваюся.

I trust in the LORD; my soul doth trust, And in his promise do I confide.

6 Душа моя на Владику чекає більше, ніж сторожа ранку, так, більше, ніж сторожа ранку!

My soul waiteth for the LORD More than they who watch for the morning; Yea, more than they who watch for the morning!

7 Нехай Ізраїль сподівається на Господа, адже в Господа милість і велике визволення – у Нього.

O Israel! trust in the LORD! For with the LORD is mercy, And with him is plenteous redemption.

8 І Він визволить Ізраїля від усіх його беззаконь.

He will redeem Israel From all his iniquities.
