< Nnwom 65 >
1 Dawid dwom. Ao, Onyankopɔn, ayɛyie retwɛn wo wɔ Sion, na yɛbɛdi yɛn bɔ a yɛahyɛ wo no so.
To the chief Musician, A Psalm [and] Song of David. Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Zion: and to thee shall the vow be performed.
2 Ao, wo a woyɛ mpaeɛbɔ tiefoɔ, wo nkyɛn na nnipa nyinaa bɛba.
O thou that hearest prayer, to thee shall all flesh come.
3 Ɛberɛ a yɛn bɔne menee yɛn no, wo na wɔde yɛn mmaratoɔ kyɛɛ yɛn.
Iniquities prevail against me: [as for] our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away.
4 Nhyira nka wɔn a woyi wɔn ma wɔbɛn wo sɛ wɔntena wʼadihɔ hɔ! Nneɛma pa a ɛwɔ wo fie ahyɛ yɛn ma, deɛ ɛwɔ wʼasɔredan kronkron mu no.
Blessed [is the man whom] thou choosest, and causest to approach [to thee], [that] he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, [even] of thy holy temple.
5 Wode tenenee nnwuma a ɛyɛ nwanwa ma yɛn mmuaeɛ, Ao Onyankopɔn yɛn agyenkwa. Woyɛ asase so afanan nyinaa anidasoɔ ne ɛpo so akyirikyiri nso.
[By] terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; [who art] the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off [upon] the sea:
6 Wonam wo tumi so yɛɛ mmepɔ de daa wʼahoɔden adi.
Who by his strength setteth fast the mountains; [being] girded with power:
7 Wodwodwoo ɛpo nworosoɔ, asorɔkye no a ɛbobɔ ne amanaman no hooyɛ.
Who stilleth the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult of the people.
8 Wɔn a wɔte akyirikyiri no suro wʼanwanwadeɛ. Ɛfiri faako a adeɛ kye kɔsi deɛ onwunu dwoɔ, wofrɛ ahurisie nnwom wɔ hɔ.
They also that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid at thy tokens: thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice.
9 Wohwɛ asase no gugu so nsuo; woma no yɛ asase pa ma ɛboro so. Wode nsuo hyɛ Onyankopɔn nsuwansuwa ma sɛdeɛ ɛbɛma nnipa no aduane. Sɛdeɛ woayɛ no nie.
Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, [which] is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.
10 Wofɔɔ deɛ woafuntum hɔ fɔkyee na wokaa nkofie no sram so; wode nsuo petee so maa no yɛɛ bɛtɛɛ na wohyiraa ɛso afifideɛ.
Thou waterest the ridges of it abundantly: thou settlest the furrows of it: thou makest it soft with showers: thou blessest the springing of it.
11 Wode nnɔbaeɛ bebree wiee afe no, na wo nteaseɛnam yɛɛ ma buu so.
Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness.
12 Ɛserɛ so wira dɔɔso na anigyeɛ baa nkokoɔ so.
They drop [upon] the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice on every side.
13 Nnwankuo ahyɛ adidibea hɔ ma na ayuo akata mmɔnhwa no so; wɔbɔ ose, to ahosɛpɛ dwom. Wɔde ma dwomkyerɛfoɔ.
The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing.
