1 Monkamfo Awurade. Ao me ɔkra, kamfo Awurade!

2 Mɛkamfo Awurade me nkwa nna nyinaa; mɛto ayɛyi dwom ama me Onyankopɔn, sɛ mete ase yi.

Mi soule, herie thou the Lord; Y schal herie the Lord in my lijf, Y schal synge to my God as longe as Y schal be. Nile ye triste in princis;

3 Mommfa mo ho nto mmapɔmma so, adasamma a wɔrentumi nnye nkwa.

nether in the sones of men, in whiche is noon helthe.

4 Sɛ wɔn honhom tu kɔ a, wɔsane kɔ dɔteɛ mu, saa da no ara wɔn nsusuiɛ nyinaa yɛ kwa.

the Lord liytneth blynde men. The Lord reisith men hurtlid doun; the Lord loueth iust men.

9 Awurade hwɛ ahɔhoɔ so na ɔwowa nwisiaa ne akunafoɔ, na amumuyɛfoɔ akwan deɛ, ɔdane ani.

The Lord kepith comelyngis, he schal take vp a modirles child, and widewe; and he schal distrie the weies of synners.

10 Sion, Awurade wo Onyankopɔn di ɔhene daa daa, wɔ awoɔ ntoatoasoɔ nyinaa so. Monkamfo Awurade.

The Lord schal regne in to the worldis; Syon, thi God schal regne in generacioun and in to generacioun.
