< Marko 13 >

1 Yesu refiri asɔredan no mu hɔ no, nʼasuafoɔ no mu baako kaa sɛ, “Ɔkyerɛkyerɛfoɔ, adan yi yɛ fɛ papa. Hwɛ sɛdeɛ wɔde aboɔ asiesie afasuo no.”
And, as he was going forth out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him—Teacher! see what manner of stones, and what manner of buildings!
2 Yesu ka kyerɛɛ no sɛ, “Ɛyɛ nokorɛ deɛ, nanso wɔbɛdwiri saa ɛdan yi agu pasaa.”
And, Jesus, said unto him—Art thou beholding these great buildings? In nowise, shall there be left here, stone upon stone, which shall, in any wise, not be thrown down.
3 Ɛberɛ a ɔte Ngo Bepɔ no so a nʼani tua Yerusalem no, Petro, Yakobo, Yohane ne Andrea baa ne nkyɛn bɛbisaa no sɛ,
And, as he was sitting within the mount of Olives, over against the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew were questioning him, privately—
4 “Ɛberɛ bɛn na deɛ woreka fa asɔredan yi ho no bɛba mu. Na nsɛnkyerɛnneɛ bi bɛdi ɛkan aba ansa anaa?”
Tell us, When, these things, shall be, and, what the sign, when all these things shall be about to be concluded.
5 Yesu buaa wɔn sɛ, “Monhwɛ yie na obi annaadaa mo.
And, Jesus, began to be saying unto them—Beware, lest anyone, deceive, you;
6 Nnipa bebree de me din bɛba abɛka sɛ wɔne Agyenkwa no, na wɔadaadaa mo mu pii.
For, many, will come on my name, saying, I, am he! and, will deceive, many.
7 Akokoakoko bɛsisi afanan nyinaa, nanso ɛnyɛ ɛnonom ne awieeɛ no ho nsɛnkyerɛnneɛ.
And, when ye shall hear of wars, and rumours of wars, be not alarmed—it must needs come to pass, but, not yet, is, the end.
8 Aman bɛsɔre aman so, na ahennie asɔre ahennie so na asasewosoɔ ne ɛkɔm bɛba mmeammea. Yeinom nyinaa bɛyɛ nneɛma a ɛyɛ hu a ɛbɛba no mfitiaseɛ.
For there will arise—Nation against nation, and, kingdom against kingdom, —there will be earthquakes in places, there will be famines: —
9 “Nanso, sɛ yeinom fiti aseɛ sɛ ɛreba a, monhwɛ yie! Mobɛkɔ ɔhaw akɛseɛ mu. Esiane sɛ modi mʼakyi enti, wɔbɛtwe mo akɔ asɛnniiɛ; wɔbɛhwe mo wɔ asɔredan mu, na wɔaka nsɛm agu mo so wɔ ahemfo ne mpanimfoɔ anim. Saa ɛberɛ no ne berɛ pa a ɛsɛ sɛ moka Asɛmpa no kyerɛ wɔn.
A beginning of birth-pangs, are these things. But be, ye, taking heed, unto yourselves: they will deliver you up into high-councils, and, in synagogues, shall ye be beaten, —and, before governors and kings, shall ye be set, for my sake, for a witness unto them.
10 Na ɛsɛ sɛ Asɛmpa no di ɛkan duru ɔman biara so ansa na awieeɛ no aba.
And, unto all the nations, first, must needs be proclaimed, the glad-message.
And, when they are leading you, as they are delivering you up, be not beforehand anxious, what ye shall speak; but, whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, the same, speak, —for, ye, are not the speakers, but the Holy Spirit.
12 “Onua bɛyi onua ama sɛ wɔakum no. Saa ara na agyanom nso bɛyi wɔn mma ama. Mma bɛsɔre atia wɔn awofoɔ ama wɔakum wɔn.
And, brother, will deliver up, brother, unto death, and, father, child, and, children, will rise up, against parents, and put them to death;
13 Me enti, nnipa nyinaa bɛtan mo. Nanso, deɛ ɔbɛtumi agyina pintinn akɔsi awieeɛ no, wɔbɛgye no nkwa.
And ye will be men hated by all, because of my name; but, he that hath endured throughout, the same, shall be saved.
14 “Enti, sɛ mohunu akyiwadeɛ a ɛbɔ ɔman wɔ asɔredan mu hɔ a, ɔkenkanfoɔ, hwɛ yie! Wɔn a wɔwɔ Yudea no nnwane nkɔ mmepɔ no so.
But, when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, standing where it ought not, he that readeth, let him, think, then, they who are in Judaea, let them flee into the mountains;
15 Wɔn a wɔwɔ wɔn afie mu no nnwane a wɔnnsane nkɔ efie hɔ bio nkɔfa biribiara mmfiri hɔ.
He that is on the house-top, let him not come down, neither let him enter, to take away anything out of his louse;
16 Wɔn a wɔwɔ mfuom no nso nnsane wɔn akyi mmɛfa sika anaa ntoma wɔ efie.
And, he that hath gone into the field, let him not turn back unto the things behind, to take away his mantle.
17 Na wɔn a wɔafa afuro ne wɔn a wɔturu mma saa ɛberɛ no mu no nnue.
But alas for the women with child, and for them who are giving suck, —in those days.
18 Na mommɔ mpaeɛ na ɛberɛ a ɛsɛ sɛ modwane no anyɛ awɔberɛ.
But be praying, that it may not happen in winter.
19 Na ahohia a ɛbɛba saa mmerɛ no mu no, ɛfiri ɛberɛ a Onyankopɔn bɔɔ adeɛ no, ebi nsii da, na ebi nso rensi da.
For in those days shall be a tribulation—such, that there hath not happened, the like, from the beginning of creation which God created, until the present time, and shall in nowise happen.
20 “Gye sɛ Awurade twa saa amanehunu no so, anyɛ saa a, ɔkra baako koraa rentena ase. Nanso, ɛsiane wɔn a wɔayi wɔn no enti, ɔbɛtwa nna no so.
And, save that the Lord hath shortened the days, no flesh should be saved; but, for the sake of the chosen of whom he hath made choice, he hath shortened the days.
21 Na sɛ obi ka kyerɛ mo sɛ, ‘Agyenkwa no ni’ a, mommua.
And, then, if any, unto you, say—See! Here, is the Christ! See! there, do not believe it;
For there will arise, false Christs, and false prophets; and they will show signs and wonders, so as to deceive, if possible, the chosen.
23 Monhwɛ yie, ɛfiri sɛ, maka biribiara akyerɛ mo!
But, ye, beware: I have foretold you, all things.
24 “Ahohia no akyi no, “‘owia bɛduru sum, na ɔsrane renhyerɛn,
But, in those days, after that tribulation, the sun, shall be darkened, and, the moon, will not give her brightness,
25 na nsoromma bɛtete ahwe, na wɔbɛwoso tumi a ɛwɔ ewiem no.’
And, the stars, will, out of the heavens, be falling, —and, the powers which are in the heavens, will be shaken;
26 “Na nnipa nyinaa bɛhunu me, Agyenkwa no, sɛ mede tumi ne animuonyam nam omununkum mu reba.
And, then, will they see the Son of Man—coming in clouds, with great power and glory.
27 Na mɛsoma mʼabɔfoɔ akɔ ewiase afanan nyinaa, firi ɔsoro ano akɔka asase ano, na wɔabɛboaboa wɔn a mayi wɔn no ano.
And, then, will he send forth the messengers, and they will gather together his chosen—out of the four winds, from utmost bound of earth, unto utmost bound of heaven.
28 “Afei, monsua biribi mfiri borɔdɔma dua no ho asɛm no mu. Sɛ ɛyi mman foforɔ, sane yi ahahan foforɔ a, na ɛkyerɛ sɛ asusɔ abɛn.
Now, from the fig-tree, learn ye, the parable: —When, already, her young branch, becometh tender, and, the leaves, are sprouting, ye observe that, near, is, the summer:
29 Sɛ mohunu sɛ saa nneɛma yi a maka ho asɛm akyerɛ mo yi nyinaa afiti aseɛ resisi a, mobɛhunu sɛ me ba a mɛsane aba no abɛn.
Thus, ye also, when ye shall see these things coming to pass, observe ye, that, near, he is, at the doors.
30 Nokorɛ me se mo sɛ, awontoatoasoɔ yi rentwam, gye sɛ saa nneɛma yi nyinaa aba mu ansa.
Verily, I say unto you—In nowise, shall this generation pass away, until all these things, shall happen:
31 Ɔsoro ne asase bɛtwam akɔ, na me nsɛm deɛ, ɛrentwam da.
The heaven and the earth, shall pass away, but, my words, shall not pass away.
32 “Nanso ɛda anaa dɔn ko a awieeɛ no bɛba deɛ, obiara nnim. Ɔsoro abɔfoɔ ne mʼankasa mpo nnim. Agya no nko ara na ɔnim.
But, concerning that day or hour, no one, knoweth, neither the messengers in heaven, nor the Son, —save the Father.
33 Esiane sɛ monnim berɛ ko a asɛm yi bɛsi enti, monsiesie mo ho. Monwɛn, ntwɛn me ba no.
Be taking heed, be watching, for ye know not, when, the season [is]: —
34 Me ba no te sɛ ɔbarima bi a ɔtuu ɛkwan kɔɔ ɔman foforɔ bi so. Ɔrebɛkɔ no, ɔkyerɛɛ adwuma a nʼapaafoɔ nyɛ. Ɛnna ɔka kyerɛɛ ne wɛmfoɔ nso sɛ, ɔnwɛn hɔ yie nkɔsi sɛ ɔbɛba.
As a man from home—having left his house, and given his servants the authority, to each one, his work, —and, unto the porter, hath given command, that he should watch: —
35 “Enti, mo nso monwɛn, ɛfiri sɛ, monnim berɛ ko a efiewura no bɛba. Ɛbɛtumi aba sɛ ɔbɛba anwummerɛ, ɔdasuom, ahemadakye anaa awia.
Be watching, therefore, for ye know not, when, the master of the house, is coming, —whether at even, or at midnight, or at cock-crowing, or at early morn; —
36 Sɛ ofu mu ba a, ɛnsɛ sɛ ɔbɛto mo sɛ moadeda.
Lest, coming suddenly, he find you, sleeping.
37 Asɛm a mede agya mo ne nnipa nyinaa ni. ‘Monwɛn.’”
But, what, unto you, I say, unto all, I say: —Be watching.
