1 Na Suhini Bildad buaa sɛ,
Then answered Bildad the Shuchite, and said,
2 “Tumi ne suro wɔ Onyankopɔn; ɔno na ɔhyehyɛ pɛpɛyɛ wɔ ɔsorosoro.
Dominion and dread are with him: he maketh peace in high places.
3 Wɔbɛtumi akan nʼakodɔm anaa? Hwan na ne hann nto ngu ne soɔ?
Can the number of his hosts be given? and over whom riseth not his light?
4 Ɔdasani bɛtene Onyankopɔn anim sɛn, na ɛbɛyɛ dɛn na deɛ ɔbaa awo no ho bɛteɛ?
How then can man be justified with God? or how can be one that is born of woman?
5 Mpo sɛ ɔsrane nhyerɛn na nsoromma ho nte wɔ nʼani so a,
Behold, even as regardeth the moon, that is not bright; yea, the stars are not pure in his eyes.
6 na nkantom onipa a ɔte sɛ nsaama, onipa ba a ɔyɛ ɔsonsono kɛkɛ!”
How much less the mortal, the mere worm? and the son of earth, the mere maggot?
