1 Yeinom ne Noa mmammarima: Wɔn ne Sem, Ham ne Yafet asefoɔ. Wɔwowoo mmammarima nsuyire no akyiri.
And these [are] the generations of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth: and sons are born to them after the flood.
2 Yafet asefoɔ nie: Gomer, Magog, Media, Yawan, Tubal, Mesek ne Tiras.
Sons of Japheth [are] Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.
3 Gomer asefoɔ nie: Askenas, Rifat ne Togarma.
And sons of Gomer [are] Ashkenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah.
4 Yawan asefoɔ nie: Elisa, Tarsis, Kitim ne Rodanim.
And sons of Javan [are] Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.
5 Na wɔn asefoɔ bɛyɛɛ ɛpo so adwumayɛfoɔ wɔ nsase ahodoɔ so a na abusuakuo biara ka ne kasa nko.
By these the islands of the nations have been parted in their lands, each by his tongue, by their families, in their nations.
6 Ham asefoɔ nie: Kus, Misraim, Put ne Kanaan.
And sons of Ham [are] Cush, and Mitzraim, and Phut, and Canaan.
7 Kus asefoɔ nie: Seba, Hawila, Sabta, Raama ne Sabteka. Na Raama asefoɔ nso ne: Saba ne Dedan.
And sons of Cush [are] Seba, and Havilah, and Sabtah, and Raamah, and Sabtechah; and sons of Raamah [are] Sheba and Dedan.
8 Kus woo Nimrod. Na Nimrod bɛyɛɛ ɔkofoɔ kɛseɛ wɔ asase so.
And Cush has begotten Nimrod;
9 Na ɔyɛ ɔbɔmmɔfoɔ kɛseɛ a Awurade ahyira no, na wɔbɔ ne din ka asɛm. Na obiara a ɔyɛ akokoɔdurusɛm no, wɔde no toto Nimrod a na ɔyɛ ɔbɔmmɔfoɔ kɛseɛ a Awurade ahyira no no ho.
he has begun to be a hero in the land; he has been a hero in hunting before YHWH; therefore it is said, “As Nimrod the hero [in] hunting before YHWH.”
10 Nʼahennie hyɛɛ aseɛ wɔ Babilonia, Erek, Akad ne Kalne a, ne nyinaa wɔ Sinear asase so.
And the first part of his kingdom is Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar;

from that land he has gone out to Asshur, and builds Nineveh, even the broad places of the city, and Calah,

and Resen, between Nineveh and Calah; it [is] the great city.
13 Na Misraim woo Ludfoɔ, Anamfoɔ, Lehabfoɔ, Naftuhfoɔ,
And Mitzraim has begotten the Ludim, and the Anamim, and the Lehabim, and the Naphtuhim,
14 Patrusfoɔ, Kasluhfoɔ ne Kaftorfoɔ a wɔyɛ Filistifoɔ agyanom.
and the Pathrusim, and the Casluhim (from where have come out Philistim), and the Caphtorim.
15 Na Kanaan woo nʼabakan Sidon ne Het.
And Canaan has begotten Sidon his firstborn, and Heth,
16 Yebusifoɔ, Amorifoɔ, Girgasifoɔ,
and the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite,
17 Hewifoɔ, Arkifoɔ, Sinifoɔ,
and the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite,
18 Arwadfoɔ, Semarifoɔ ne Hamatifoɔ. Akyire yi, Kanaanfoɔ mmusua no peteeɛ.
and the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite; and afterward the families of the Canaanite have been scattered.
19 Kanaan nsase ahyeɛ trɛ firii Sidon kɔduruu Gerar de kɔsii Gasa kɔduruu Sodom ne Gomora, Adma, Seboim de kɔsi Lasa.
And the border of the Canaanite is from Sidon, [in] your coming toward Gerar, to Gaza; [in] your coming toward Sodom, and Gomorrah, and Admah, and Zeboim, to Lasha.
20 Yeinom ne Ham asefoɔ a wɔn mmusuakuo, wɔn kasa, wɔn nsase ne wɔn aman da wɔn adi.
These [are] sons of Ham, by their families, by their tongues, in their lands, in their nations.
21 Sem a na ne nua panin ne Yafet no nso woo mmammarima. Sem nananom ne Eber mma.
As for Shem, father of all sons of Eber, the older brother of Japheth, he has also begotten.
22 Sem asefoɔ nie: Elam, Asur, Arfaksad, Lud ne Aram.
Sons of Shem [are] Elam, and Asshur, and Arphaxad, and Lud, and Aram.
23 Aram asefoɔ nie: Us, Hul, Geter ne Mas.
And sons of Aram [are] Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Mash.
24 Na Arfaksad woo Sela, ɛnna Sela woo Eber.
And Arphaxad has begotten Salah, and Salah has begotten Eber.
25 Eber woo mmammarima baanu. Abakan no din de Peleg a asekyerɛ ne “nkyekyɛmu” ɛfiri sɛ, ne berɛ so na nnipa a wɔwɔ ewiase mu kyekyɛ kɔɔ kasa ahodoɔ mu na wɔbɔ hweteeɛ. Nʼakyiri ba no din de Yoktan.
And two sons have been born to Eber; the name of the first [is] Peleg (for in his days the earth has been divided), and his brother’s name [is] Joktan.
26 Yoktan woo Almodada, Selef, Hasarmawet, Yera,
And Joktan has begotten Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah,
27 Hadoram, Usal, Dikla,
and Hadoram, and Uzal, and Diklah,
28 Obal, Abimael, Seba,
and Obal, and Abimael, and Sheba,
29 Ofir, Hawila ne Yobab.
and Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab; all these [are] sons of Joktan;
30 Asase a wɔte so no trɛ firi Mesa kɔsi Sefar, ɔmantam a ɛda bepɔ so wɔ apueeɛ fam no.
and their dwelling is from Mesha, [in] your coming toward Sephar, a mountain of the east.
31 Yeinom ne Sem mmammarima, sɛdeɛ wɔn mmusua ne wɔn kasa, wɔn nsase ne wɔn amanaman te no.
These [are] sons of Shem, by their families, by their tongues, in their lands, by their nations.
32 Yeinom ne Noa mmammarima mmusua, sɛdeɛ wɔn awoɔ ntoatoasoɔ te wɔ wɔn amanaman mu. Na ɛfiri yeinom mu na nsuyire no akyiri amanaman petee asase so.
These [are] families of the sons of Noah, by their generations, in their nations, and by these the nations have been parted in the earth after the flood.
