< 2 Korintofoɔ 6 >
1 Anuanom a yɛne Onyankopɔn bom yɛ adwuma, yɛsrɛ mo sɛ, Onyankopɔn adom a mo nsa aka no, monnnye no kwa.
As God’s fellow workers, then, we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain.
2 Onyankopɔn se, “Ɛberɛ a ɛsɛ mu no, mɛbua wo, na nkwagyeɛ da no, mɛboa wo.” Montie! Dɔnhwere yi mu na ɛsɛ sɛ monya Onyankopɔn adom, na ɛnnɛ ne nkwagyeɛ da no.
For He says: “In the time of favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” Behold, now is the time of favor; now is the day of salvation!
3 Yɛmmpɛ sɛ obiara bɛnya yɛn adwuma ho asɛm bɔne aka enti yɛmmpɛ sɛ yɛde suntidua to obiara kwan mu.
We put no obstacle in anyone’s way, so that no one can discredit our ministry.
4 Biribiara a yɛbɛyɛ no, ɛsɛ sɛ yɛda yɛn ho adi sɛ Onyankopɔn nkoa na yɛde boasetɔ tumi gyina ɔhaw ne amaneɛ nyinaa ano.
Rather, as servants of God we commend ourselves in every way: in great endurance; in troubles, hardships, and calamities;
5 Wɔahwe yɛn, wɔde yɛn ato afiase, ɛdɔm baa yɛn so, wɔama yɛayɛ adwuma a ɛboro yɛn so, yɛasi pɛ, akyene kɔm.
in beatings, imprisonments, and riots; in labor, sleepless nights, and hunger;
6 Nanso, yɛnam yɛn kronnyɛ, osuahunu, boasetɔ ne ayamyɛ so ada yɛn ho adi sɛ yɛyɛ Onyankopɔn asomfoɔ. Afei, yɛnam Honhom Kronkron no so, yɛn nokorɛ dɔ,
in purity, knowledge, patience, and kindness; in the Holy Spirit and in sincere love;
7 yɛn nokwasɛm a yɛka ne Onyankopɔn tumi so kyerɛ sɛ yɛyɛ Onyankopɔn asomfoɔ. Tenenee ne yɛn akokyɛm a yɛde kɔ ɔtamfoɔ so na yɛde bɔ yɛn ho ban nso.
in truthful speech and in the power of God; with the weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the left;
8 Sɛ wɔhoahoa yɛn o, sɛ wɔgu yɛn anim ase o, sɛ wɔya yɛn o, sɛ wɔkamfo yɛn o, yɛkɔ so ara som Onyankopɔn. Wɔbu yɛn sɛ atorofoɔ nanso yɛka nokorɛ.
through glory and dishonor, slander and praise; viewed as imposters, yet genuine;
9 Wɔyɛ wɔn ho sɛdeɛ wɔnnim yɛn nanso obiara nim yɛn. Yɛwuiɛ, sɛdeɛ mohunu no, nanso yɛte ase. Ɛwom sɛ wɔtwee yɛn aso nanso wɔankum yɛn.
as unknown, yet well-known; dying, and yet we live on; punished, yet not killed;
10 Wɔmaa yɛn werɛ hoeɛ nanso yɛn ani gye daa. Yɛsɛ ahiafoɔ nanso yɛma nnipa bebree nya wɔn ho. Asɛ yɛn nsam nni hwee, nanso yɛwɔ biribiara.
sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything.
11 Me nnamfonom a mowɔ Korinto, yɛabue yɛn akoma mu aka nokorɛ akyerɛ mo.
We have spoken freely to you, Corinthians. Our hearts are open wide.
12 Yɛmfaa biribiara nsiee mo wɔ yɛn akoma mu na mo na mode nsɛm asie yɛn wɔ mo akoma mu.
It is not our affection, but yours, that is restrained.
13 Seesei, mekasa mekyerɛ mo sɛ me mma: sɛdeɛ yɛdwene mo ho no, mo nso monnwene yɛn ho saa ara bi. Mommfa biribiara nsie yɛn. Mommue mo akoma mu!
As a fair exchange, I ask you as my children: Open wide your hearts also.
14 Monnyaa mo ho mma abosonsomfoɔ, ɛfiri sɛ, moyɛ no saa a, ɛnyɛ yie. Ɛbɛyɛ dɛn na deɛ ɛyɛ ne deɛ ɛnyɛ ahyia? Ɛbɛyɛ dɛn na hann ne sum atena faako?
Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership can righteousness have with wickedness? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness?
15 Ɛbɛyɛ dɛn na Kristo ne ɔbonsam adwene ahyia? Ɛdeɛn na ogyidini ne deɛ ɔnyɛ ogyidini wɔ yɛ?
What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?
16 Ɛbɛyɛ dɛn na Onyankopɔn asɔredan ne ɔbonsam ahoni ayɛ nhyehyɛeɛ? Yɛyɛ Onyankopɔn a ɔte ase no asɔredan sɛdeɛ Onyankopɔn no ankasa aka sɛ, “Mede me nkurɔfoɔ bɛyɛ me fie na matena wɔn mu; mɛyɛ wɔn Onyankopɔn na wɔayɛ me nkurɔfoɔ.”
What agreement can exist between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will dwell with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be My people.”
17 Ɛno enti, “Monkɔ. Momfiri hɔ nkɔ mommfa mo ho nka biribiara a ɛho nteɛ. Awurade na ɔseɛ. Monte mo ho mfiri deɛ ɛho nte ho, na mɛgye mo.”
“Therefore come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.”
18 Na, “Mɛyɛ mo Agya, na mobɛyɛ me mmammarima ne me mmammaa.” Otumfoɔ Awurade na ɔseɛ.
And: “I will be a Father to you, and you will be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.”
