1 Eyi akyi no, mehwɛ huu ɔpon a abue wɔ ɔsoro. Na nne bi akasa akyerɛ me pɛn na nnyigyei a ɛte sɛ torobɛnto no kae se, “Foro bra ha, na mɛkyerɛ wo nea ɛsɛ sɛ esi wɔ eyi akyi.”
After this I looked, and, behold, a door [was] opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard [was] as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.
2 Prɛko pɛ, na Honhom no faa me. Na ahengua bi si ɔsoro hɔ a obi te so.
And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and [one] sat on the throne.
3 Na nʼanim hyerɛn te sɛ ahwehwɛbo ne bogyanambo. Na nyankontɔn a ɛte sɛ ahabammonobo atwa ahengua no ho ahyia.
And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and [there was] a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.
4 Na ahengua nketewa aduonu anan atwa ahengua kɛse no ho ahyia a mpanyimfo aduonu anan na wɔtete so a wɔhyehyɛ ntade fitafitaa ne sikakɔkɔɔ ahenkyɛw.
And round about the throne [were] four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.
5 Na anyinam ne aprannaa bobɔ mu fi ahengua no mu. Na akanea ason a wɔasosɔ redɛw wɔ ahengua no anim. Eyinom yɛ Onyankopɔn ahonhom ason.
And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and [there were] seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
And before the throne [there was] a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, [were] four beasts full of eyes before and behind.
7 Na ɔteasefo a odi kan no te sɛ gyata; nea ɔto so abien no te sɛ nantwi ba; nea ɔto so abiɛsa no anim te sɛ onipa; na nea ɔto so anan no te sɛ ɔkɔre a ɔretu.
And the first beast [was] like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast [was] like a flying eagle.
8 Na ateasefo baanan no mu biara wɔ ntaban asia a ani tuatua akyi ne anim nyinaa. Anadwo ne awia nyinaa na wɔto dwom se,
And the four beasts had each of them six wings about [him]; and [they were] full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
9 Saa ateasefo baanan no to nnwom de hyɛ nea ɔte ahengua no so a ɔte hɔ daa daa no anuonyam, de ma no nidi, da no ase. Sɛ wɔyɛ saa a, (aiōn g165)
And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever, (aiōn g165)
10 mpanyimfo aduonu anan no butubutuw nea ɔte ahengua no so no anim som nea ɔte hɔ daa daa no. Wɔtow wɔn ahenkyɛw gu ahengua no anim ka se: (aiōn g165)
The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying, (aiōn g165)
11 “Yɛn Awurade ne Nyankopɔn, wofata sɛ wunya anuonyam, nidi ne tumi, efisɛ wo na wobɔɔ nneɛma nyinaa, na wo pɛ mu nti na wɔte hɔ.”
Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
