And I saw another, a mighty messenger, descending out of heaven, —arrayed with a cloud, and, the rainbow, was upon his head, and, his face, was as the sun, and, his feet, were as pillars of fire,
2 Na nhoma ketewaa bi kura no a wabue mu. Ɔde ne nan nifa sii po so na benkum no si asase so.
and [he was] holding in his hand a little scroll, opened; and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left upon the land,
3 Ɔde nne kɛse teɛɛ mu sɛnea gyata bobɔ mu. Ɔteɛɛ mu no, aprannaa ason kasae.
and cried out with a loud voice, just as a lion, roareth. And, when he cried out, the seven thunders uttered their own voices.
4 Wɔkasae no, na mepɛ sɛ mekyerɛw. Nanso metee nne bi fii ɔsoro a ɛkae se, “Ma nsɛm a aprannaa ason no kaa no nka wo tirim. Nkyerɛw!”
And, when the seven thunders had spoken, I was about to write, and I heard a voice out of heaven, saying—Seal up the things which the seven thunders have uttered, and do not write, them.
5 Ɛhɔ ara ɔbɔfo a mihuu sɛ ogyina hɔ a ne nan baako si po so na baako si asase so no maa ne nsa nifa so kɔɔ soro,
And, the messenger, whom I saw standing upon the sea and upon the land, lifted up his right hand unto heaven,
6 na ɔde Onyankopɔn a ɔte hɔ daa daa a ɔbɔɔ ɔsoro ne asase ne po ne nea ɛwɔ mu nyinaa no din kaa ntam. Ɔbɔfo no kae se, “Beresɛe biara nni hɔ. (aiōn g165)
and sware, by him that liveth unto the ages of ages, who created heaven, and the things that are therein, and the earth, and the things that are therein, [and the sea, and the things that are therein, ] Delay, no longer, shall there be; (aiōn g165)
7 Na sɛ ɔbɔfo a ɔto so ason no hyɛn ne torobɛnto no a, ansa na Onyankopɔn bewie nʼahintasɛm mu nhyehyɛe no, sɛnea ɔka kyerɛɛ nʼasomfo a wɔyɛ adiyifo no.”
but, in the days of the sounding of the seventh messenger, as soon as he is about to blow his trumpet, then shall have been completed the sacred secret of God as he told the good-news unto his own servants the prophets.
8 Afei nne a metee sɛ efi ɔsoro no kasa kyerɛɛ me bio se. “Kɔ na kogye nhoma a wɔabue mu a ɔbɔfo a ogyina po ne asase so no kitae no.”
And, the voice which I had heard out of heaven, [I] again [heard] talking with me; and saying—Go take the opened scroll, that is in the hand of the messenger who is standing upon the sea and upon the land.
9 Mekɔɔ ɔbɔfo no nkyɛn kɔka kyerɛɛ no se ɔmfa nhoma ketewa no mma me. Ɔka kyerɛɛ me se, “Gye na kɔwe. Ɛbɛkeka wɔ wo yam, nanso wʼanom de, ɛbɛyɛ dɛ te sɛ ɛwo.”
And I went away unto the messenger, asking him to give me the little scroll; and he saith unto me—Take it, and eat it up; and it shall embitter thy belly, but, in thy mouth, shall be sweet as honey.
10 Migyee nhoma ketewa no fii ne nsam wee, na ɛyɛɛ dɛ te sɛ ɛwo wɔ mʼanom. Nanso, memenee akyi no, ɛmaa me yam kaw me.
And I took the little scroll out of the hand of the messenger, and did eat it up; and it was, in my mouth, as honey, sweet, and, when I had eaten it, embittered was my belly.
11 Afei wɔka kyerɛɛ me se, “Kɔ so ka nea ɛbɛba kyerɛ aman bebree sofo, ɔkasahorow ne ahemfo nso.”
And they say unto me—It behoveth thee again to prophesy against peoples and nations and tongues, and many kings.
