< Nnwom 65 >
1 Wɔde ma dwonkyerɛfo. Dawid dwom. Yɛn Nyankopɔn, ayeyi retwɛn wo wɔ Sion, na yebedi yɛn bɔ a yɛahyɛ wo no so.
For the Leader. A Psalm. A Song of David. Praise waiteth for Thee, O God, in Zion; and unto Thee the vow is performed.
2 Wo a woyɛ mpaebɔ tiefo, wo nkyɛn na nnipa nyinaa bɛba.
O Thou that hearest prayer, unto Thee doth all flesh come.
3 Bere a yɛn bɔne menee yɛn no, wo na wode yɛn mmarato kyɛɛ yɛn.
The tale of iniquities is too heavy for me; as for our transgressions, Thou wilt pardon them.
4 Nhyira nka wɔn a wuyi wɔn ma wɔbɛn wo sɛ wɔntena wʼadiwo hɔ! Nneɛma pa a ɛwɔ wo fi ahyɛ yɛn ma, nea ɛwɔ wʼasɔredan kronkron mu no.
Happy is the man whom Thou choosest, and bringest near, that he may dwell in Thy courts; may we be satisfied with the goodness of Thy house, the holy place of Thy temple!
5 Wode trenee nnwuma a ɛyɛ nwonwa ma yɛn mmuae, Onyankopɔn, yɛn agyenkwa, asase so mmaa nyinaa anidaso ne po so akyirikyiri nso.
With wondrous works dost Thou answer us in righteousness, O God of our salvation; Thou the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of the far distant seas;
6 Wonam wo tumi so yɛɛ mmepɔw de daa wʼahoɔden adi.
Who by Thy strength settest fast the mountains, who art girded about with might;
7 Wudwudwoo po asorɔkye ano, asorɔkye no mmobɔwee, ne amanaman no hooyɛ.
Who stillest the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the tumult of the peoples;
8 Wɔn a wɔte akyirikyiri no suro wʼanwonwade; faako a ade kye, nea anwummere yera, wofrɛ ahurusi nnwom wɔ hɔ.
So that they that dwell in the uttermost parts stand in awe of Thy signs; Thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice.
9 Wohwɛ asase no gugu so nsu; woma no yɛ asase pa ma ɛboro so. Wode nsu hyɛ Onyankopɔn nsuwansuwa ma sɛnea ɛbɛma nnipa no aduan, efisɛ saa ne nea woahyɛ.
Thou hast remembered the earth, and watered her, greatly enriching her, with the river of God that is full of water; Thou preparest them corn, for so preparest Thou her.
10 Wofɔw nea woafuntum hɔ no fɔkyee na wokaa nkɔmoa no kataa so; wode nsu petee so ma no yɛɛ bɛtɛɛ na wuhyiraa so afifide.
Watering her ridges abundantly, settling down the furrows thereof, Thou makest her soft with showers; Thou blessest the growth thereof.
11 Wode nnɔbae bebree wiee afe no, na wo nteaseɛnam yɛɛ ma buu so.
Thou crownest the year with Thy goodness; and Thy paths drop fatness.
12 Sare so nwura dɔɔso na anigye baa nkoko so.
The pastures of the wilderness do drop; and the hills are girded with joy.
13 Nguankuw ahyɛ adidibea hɔ ma na awi akata aku no so; wɔbɔ ose, to ahosɛpɛw dwom.
The meadows are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, yea, they sing.
