1 Wɔde ma dwonkyerɛfo. Koramma dwom. Wɔto no “alamot” sanku nne so. Onyankopɔn ne yɛn guankɔbea ne yɛn ahoɔden, amanehunu mu boafo a ɔwɔ hɔ bere biara.
To the chief Musician. Of the sons of Korah. On Alamoth. A song. God is our refuge and strength, a help in distresses, very readily found.
2 Enti sɛ asase ani dan butuw, na mmepɔw tutu kogu po ase a, yɛrensuro,
Therefore will we not fear though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the heart of the seas;
3 sɛ po bɔ asorɔkye na ehuru na ɛma nkoko wosow mpo a, yɛrensuro.
Though the waters thereof roar [and] foam, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. (Selah)
4 Asuten bi wɔ hɔ a ne nsuwansuwa de anigye ba Onyankopɔn kuropɔn mu, beae kronkron a Ɔsorosoroni no te.
There is a river the streams whereof make glad the city of God, the sanctuary of the habitations of the Most High.
5 Onyankopɔn te kuropɔn no mu, na ɔrenhwe ase; Onyankopɔn bɛboa no anɔpahema.
God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her at the dawn of the morning.
6 Amanaman yɛ hoo, na ahenni hwehwe ase; ɔma ne nne so ma asase nan.
The nations raged, the kingdoms were moved; he uttered his voice, the earth melted.
7 Asafo Awurade ka yɛn ho. Yakob Nyankopɔn yɛ yɛn aban.
Jehovah of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our high fortress. (Selah)
8 Bra bɛhwɛ Awurade nnwuma, ɔsɛe a ɔde aba asase no so.
Come, behold the works of Jehovah, what desolations he hath made in the earth:
9 Ɔma akodi gyae kosi asase ano. Obubu agyan mu na ɔsɛe peaw; ɔde ogya hyew nkatabo.
He hath made wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariots in the fire.
10 Monyɛ komm na munhu sɛ me ne Onyankopɔn; wɔbɛma me so wɔ amanaman no mu, wɔbɛma me so wɔ asase so.
Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.
11 Asafo Awurade ka yɛn ho; Yakob Nyankopɔn yɛ yɛn aban.
Jehovah of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our high fortress. (Selah)
