< Nnwom 113 >

1 Monkamfo Awurade. Monkamfo Awurade, mo a moyɛ nʼasomfo no, monkamfo Awurade din.
Hallelujah. Praise, O ye servants of the Lord, praise ye the name of the Lord.
2 Momma wɔnkamfo Awurade din, mprempren ne daa nyinaa.
Let the name of the Lord be blessed from this time forth and for evermore.
3 Efi faako a owia pue kosi faako a ɛkɔtɔ, ma wɔnkamfo Awurade din.
From the rising of the sun unto his going down the name of the Lord is praised.
4 Wɔama Awurade so aman nyinaa so, nʼanuonyam tra ɔsorosoro.
High above all nations is the Lord, above the heavens is his glory.
5 Hena na ɔte sɛ Awurade yɛn Nyankopɔn, Ɔbaako no a odi hene wɔ ɔsorosoro,
Who is like the Lord our God, who dwelleth on high?
6 ɔno na ɔbɔ ne mu ase hwɛ ɔsorosoro ne asase?
Who condescendeth to view what is done in the heavens, and on the earth?
7 Ɔma ahiafo so fi mfutuma mu na ɔma onnibi so fi nso siw so;
He raiseth up out of the dust the poor, from the dunghill he lifteth up the needy:
8 ɔde wɔn tena mmapɔmma mu, wɔn nkurɔfo mmapɔmma mu.
That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.
9 Ɔbɔ obonin atenase wɔ ne fi sɛ ɔbeatan a nʼani gye. Monkamfo Awurade.
He causeth the barren woman to dwell in the midst of [her] household, the joyful mother of children. Hallelujah.
